CHAPTER 33 - The Bitter Reality

Karin instantly her tears dripped. Karin remembered talking to Yudha in the car, that she had yelled at Yudha because Yudha asked her to get married when she graduated from High School. It is not that Karin does not want to get married quickly with Yudha but she is still not ready if she has to be a young mother. Then Karin felt pain when exposed to the broken glass.

"Oh my goodness Non Karin was hurt. Don't wait here for a second. Auntie will get you a box of P3K" said Bi Ika.

Karin simply nodded and grimaced as she saw her bloody foot hit by the broken glass. After 10 minutes Bi Ika had finally treated Karin's wounds.

Karin then put her foot into her room.

"Flame..... Taps...... Taps......."

Karin was in her room. Closing the door and turning around he saw the fresh rose that Yudha had given him this afternoon when they met at the restaurant. Karin's tears fell back as she recalled Yudha's sweet treatment earlier this afternoon.

"Sister Yudha forgive Karin. Karin is wrong, Karin has hurt Brother. Brother Yudha hold on for me. I'll be at the Hospital to see you soon" said Karin, putting down a bouquet of red roses that Yudha had given.

Karin then wiped her tears and took her jacket and bag. Karin walked slowly out of her room. When she came out of her room there was Mama Angel who was going to her room Karin.

"Well, why are you crying?" ask Mama Angel.

"Sir Yudha...... Brother Yudha accident. Hicks..."

Mama Angel hugged her and calmed her niece. However, he is now the responsibility of Karin while in Indonesia, because his sister-in-law is far away in South Korea. Mama Angel already considers Karin as her own child.

Karin simply nodded and walked towards the terrace of the house. On the terrace Karin immediately contacted Risa and told her that Yudha was in an accident. Risa and Rey were shocked because they had finished their walk together now Yudha was in an accident and was being treated in the hospital room. Risa and Rey go straight to the hospital according to the address Karin gave. Karin did not forget to also contact her future father-in-law Mama Sabrina. Now Mama Sabrina and Papa Yudhistira are on their way to the hospital. Papa Kevin and Mama Angel are ready.

"Let's go, son" said Papa Kevin.

"Yes Pa."

Mama Angel sat in the back accompanying Karin who had been crying. Papa Kevin drove his car at a moderate speed.

"Darling, you don't cry. Mama's sure Yudha's gonna be okay. You are calm, son," said Mama Angel while wiping away her only nephew's tears.

"Yes Ma." Karin hugged Mama Angel.

Yudha is in the IGD. The man who helped Yudha was waiting there and soon Mama Sabrina and Papa Yudhistira came.

"How did my son get into an accident, sir?"

"Look sir, there's a truck in the other direction speeding up, kept the father trying to dodge and finally his car hit a tree."

Papa Yudhistira and Mama Sabrina are shocked to hear the chronology of her son's accident.

"Good doc. Do your best for my son. Save my son doc no matter what the cost."
