Now it's done check the contents. Anisa rubbed her stomach slowly and did not expect to be a mother of two children at once. The doctor told her that Anisa had to take care of her health because she was pregnant with two children at once and it was not easy. After being prescribed by the Doctor, Anisa then goes out to see Key.

"Sister, is it done?"

"Already," Anisa answered briefly.

"Where is my nephew?" key smiled.

"Thank God she is healthy" said Anisa who immediately looked at her stomach and rubbed her flat stomach.

"I wouldn't tell Key that I'm pregnant with twins. Let my husband know first about this happy news." Inner Anisa.

"Silver wants to make up for the medicine and vitamins first," said Anisa smiled faintly.

"I'll take you, brother."

Anisa nodded slowly and accompanied Key to make up for his medicine and vitamins. After that they drove the car towards the hospital owned by the Sanjaya family. When he arrived at the hospital Anisa looked at his watch and showed at twelve or less five minutes. After entering the hospital, Anisa walked to the room where her husband worked. Key went to his Papa's room. Yudha works as an obstetrician while Keifano works as a Cardiologist. Anisa came into the room and there was no one. Then her husband went to lunch.

"My husband, where are you?" tanya Anisa sent a WhatsApp message to Keifano.

Anisa waited for a few minutes and there was no answer from her husband. Anisa still thinks positively that her husband might be on his way to lunch. Then Anisa decided to leave the room and when she came out of the room there was a Sister who was passing by.

"Loh Bu Anisa, how come she's here? Shouldn't be with Dr. Keifano."

The sister looks confused because she saw Anisa carrying a bag that the Sister could have guessed contained food for lunch.

"What's up, Sus?"

"So I saw Bu Anisa's husband going to lunch at the front cafe. Doctor Keifano was seen in a hurry and happened to cross paths with me as he exited his room."

"Thank you Sister for the information."

"Together Mum."

The nurse then left. Key came out of his dad's room because he was going to lunch. Karin brought provisions and delivered by his driver. Key walked into his sister's room.

"What's up, brother? And where's Keifano's sister?" ask Key.

"Your sister's going to the front cafe."

"We're following up."

Anisa nodded and they finally decided to go to the front cafe. When she arrived at the new cafe to enter the VIP room smoke-free Anisa surprised by the sight that made her hurt. Her husband smiled and stretched out his hands. Anisa sees her husband hugging another woman. Key clenched his hand to see his sister accused him of cheating on her with Anisa but in reality he was having an affair with a woman who was none other than his ex, Cassandra. When Key was about to approach his sister and her affair was Anisa then pulled Key's shirt. Anisa does not want to be in direct contact with her sister-in-law so Anisa pulls Key's shirt.

"We go home" she said with tears in her eyes.

"But Brother..."

Anisa shakes her head in a sign of disagreeing that Key will approach them. Anisa leaves Key still stunned to see her brother making out. Key then decided to pursue his brother-in-law who was in pain was sad when his brother-in-law was hurt by his own brother.

Key is afraid that Anisa will do nothing when she finds out that her husband is cheating on her. Key soon caught up with Anisa. Key was relieved Anisa was in her car. Key thought that Anisa would crash herself on the highway like a frustrated crowd. But Key was thankful Anisa didn't do anything stupid. Key got into his car immediately.

"Sister Anisa..." Key felt sad his sister-in-law was crying sobbing at this moment.

"Sister Anisa don't be sad."

Key scrunched his forehead. "Why Brother? Even Brother was very enthusiastic to tell Kak Keifano that Brother is pregnant."

"You see they look so happy. I just feel like the third person among them."

"Sister don't talk like that. Brother Keifano's brother's husband and we should have run him over and asked for an explanation."

"We'll just go home, Key. Brother wants to stay at Abi and Umi's house."

Key then drove his car towards the house.

"Stop Key," Anisa's orders.

Key stopped the car.

"What's up, brother?" Key was confused because Anisa suddenly spoke like that.

Anisa did not answer Key's question and then got out of her car carrying a bag containing lunch. Key smiled even though his brother-in-law was sad but still thinking about others. Anisa gives lunch to her husband to a street beggar. Key was even more amazed by his brother-in-law.

"If only I were in the position of Big Brother and I would never hurt a woman as good as Anisa," he said, looking at her brother-in-law's familiarity with the street beggar.

Anisa also gave money to the beggar. After that Anisa returned to Key's car. A few dozen minutes later, Anisa and Key arrived home. Anisa then goes to her room and just picks up her car keys, before long Anisa comes down from her room.

"Where else to go?" ask Karin in surprise.

"Anisa wants to go home. Mama can Anisa temporarily stay at Umi and Abi's house?"
