The Love of Habib

The Love of Habib
Chapters 10.11

Grandpa just said that he knew habib Khalid. If you know habib Khalid then you should be able to help him get close to the habib, much easier than fumbling around without a way here.

But instead of helping, his grandfather refused and instead warned him not to make trouble.

"I won't do it." Grandpa said firmly.

Father and Mother looked at each other, as if sharing understanding, they then compactly looked at Grandma for help.

Grandma looked at their gazes and immediately understood. Without even getting a signal from them, grandma would definitely help her beloved granddaughter talk.

"Aira is a good girl. Can-"

"I told you not to provoke the boy but you guys insisted instead. After all if that kid really liked Aira, she would have been here a long time ago. But in fact he never came here except that day when he came looking for me." Cut grandfather gives affirmation.

Grandfather seems to say that habib Khalid came on that day not because of Aira's birthday, but to visit grandfather. Indeed, at that time habib Khalid said nothing to all of them and did not even say hello to grandfather. But after seeing the impeccably handsome face of habib Khalid, grandfather immediately remembered the boy who had shaken hands with him.

Seeing how many years had passed now, the new grandfather realized that it was time for the boy to come.

Grandfather knew immediately that the intention of Habib Khalid's arrival at that time was a reminder that it was time for Aish to leave this house.

Grandpa is a bit reluctant, especially when he sees his grandson being dragged away by his own children and wife like revealing that they can't wait to push Aish out of this house.

Disappointed, but everything happened. As they said before, Aish will eventually leave this house as well.

"What do you mean, grandpa?" Aira obviously did not accept it.

He always assumed that the arrival of Habib Khalid at that time was because he was having a birthday.

Grandfather refused to explain the same thing over and over again. He then got up from his seat and said, "What I'm saying, you all must understand." After that grandfather then brought his footsteps towards the back garden to relax.

Aira really couldn't take it. He looked at the faces of his parents for an explanation. But both Father and Mother had nothing to say. They were confused by the truth they received and even more embarrassed because the grandfather said clearly that Aira was not enough to attract the attention of the habib.

Then, what business did Habib Khalid come to find grandfather on that day?

Didn't habib Khalid not speak or even greet grandfather?

But why do you believe that the man Khalid was looking for was himself and not Aira?

"Your grandfather is very serious this time. Aira, forget about this guy. There's still a lot of guys out there who like Grandma's grandchildren." The word grandmother suggested her beloved granddaughter.

Aira pouting. His heart burned with anger and shame. He was very disappointed with his grandfather for not supporting him and he was even more disappointed when he thought of Grandpa saying plainly that Habib Khalid did not like him!

"Grandfather said, only Aish's brother is the best. If Aish's brother were to ask for help, grandfather would definitely not turn him down." Slowly her tears began to fall.

He is very sad in the eyes of his family now.

Aira shook her head in denial. It's no secret that the only thing Grandpa cares about in this house is Aish.

Grandpa always treated Aish well, even better than the granddad's daughters. Though Aish is a vain child, likes to make trouble and is hostile to everyone in the house. Aira is so inexhaustible why does grandpa love Aish so much?

"Don't think too far, son. Even though Aish wants it, habib Thalib is unlikely to fall in love with a girl who lacks religious knowledge like Aish? Clearly Aira was much better than him." The word grandmother gives comfort.

Dad's face was immediately gloomy when he heard it. Aish is his daughter. Although Aish is not as good as Aira, it is still her daughter. Dad, of course, is not happy if his daughter is looked down upon by grandma. But since Grandma was his mother, Dad decided to shut up and say nothing.

What a naive thing, Dad always kept quiet even when aunt and uncle said bad things to Aish.

Aira finally felt comforted,"Grandmother, don't say that. Aish's sister is my sister." Said Aira pretending to be upset.

Grandma smiled and said nothing.

Although Aira is not satisfied with grandfather because she prefers Aish, but Aira is very satisfied with grandma because the most grandmother likes in this house is her.

...****...

In the afternoon, Aish and her two best friends come home from school. The three of them walked together with other roommates including Siti. While passing through the footpath in front of the mosque, their attention was suddenly drawn by the crowd crowding a black van. Looks like a boarding school has someone coming.

"Where are they all going?" Gisel asked astonished to see the other friends also join the crowd.

Surprisingly, in the crowd there was no man. All of them are quite strange women in the eyes of Aish and his two best friends.

The city was also tempted to leave. But when he saw how dense the people in front of the car were, he immediately undoes his intentions. He thought they could meet on another occasion.

"Today Sarifah Nadira returned from Egypt. Reportedly he will continue his schooling in the boarding school like his brother Sarifah Nasifa." Siti replied without covering up her voice of admiration.

Who would not be amazed and honored if the place they were walking in was also spawning by noble descendants?

In addition, looking at the faces of noble descendants is a pleasure that not everyone gets on this earth.

"Sarifahs?" Confused Aish.

Siti looked to the side, looking at Aish's confusion. Naturally, Aish may not be too in contact with things that smell of religion before entering this boarding school.

"Yes, Sarifah is the same as Habib, they are both descendants of the Prophet. Both brother Nasifa, brother Nadira, and habib Thalib are descendants of the Prophet. Do you not realize that the aura carried by Habib Thalib is very special and different from those around him?" Summarize Siti explained.

They all also knew that the aura possessed by Habib Khalid and the other noble descendants was much more special. In addition, looking at their faces is a pleasure that can only be felt by the heart.

The pleasure that can be felt by those who have long missed the beloved of Allah, the prophet Muhammad Saw.

"Descendant of the Prophet?" Aish's forehead is wrinkled.
