Misunderstand

The man bounced away until he fell. As if still not satisfied, someone who had floated the kick chased the man to hit him again, but unfortunately the man ran too fast to be chased.

Immediately, the man who helped Rania came back to Rania who looked scared of her.

Rania retreated slowly trying to get away from the man who had just helped her.

"Ja... Don't be afraid of me, I won't do you any harm" the man assured the frightened-looking Rania.

"The... Who're you?" rania asked, still with a trembling body.

"I'm David... I happen to be walking around here and seeing you being bullied. Please don't be afraid...! Let me help and drive you home." David asked as he continued to approach Rania.

Not so long after David approached, Rania suddenly fell unconscious. Finally David lifted Rania's body and carried her.

Just a few steps David carrying Rania, Zein suddenly came to him.

"Davids... What are you doing...?" zein asked with a sharp look then glanced at his unconscious wife in David's sling.

"Zein.." David did not continue his words.

Zein immediately punches David in the face and forces Rania out of David's hands, holding him and carrying him immediately.

Meanwhile David was still confused why did Zein suddenly hit him in the face? Holding his cheek in pain from the blow his friend was flying blindly without hearing the explanation, David wiped the blood that began to flow from the corner of his lips.

"Darling... Wake up, it's me, why are you going alone? Stubborn." as he walked quickly, Zein kept calling Rania affectionately.

Hearing Zein mention Rania with a affectionate call, David finally understood the reason Zein hit him suddenly. Apparently Zein had misunderstood her. But David still followed Zein from behind after knowing that the woman he had just helped was the wife of Zein, his own friend.

Until finally Zein arrived in his room, put Rania on a mattress and then enveloped Rania's body. Then Zein opened her phone and contacted Yina. As soon as Yina answered her call. "Take the doctor to my room right now...!" zein hurriedly asked Yina to bring a doctor for him and end her call.

Before long, the doctor came and knocked on the door.

"Come in." orders Zein from inside the room.

Then the doctor and his assistant immediately entered with medical equipment.

"Excuse me sir, can I check on Mrs?" the doctor said politely.

"Please Doc, quickly check on my wife and please do your best!" sahut Zein in a panicked tone.

Zein stood next to the doctor who was examining Rania. Then the doctor injected tranquilizers and pain relievers in Rania's body.

"So far the condition of the Madam is fine, it's just that." explained the doctor, had not had time to explain Rania's condition, Zein immediately cut his sentence. "Just why Doc?" ask Zein worriedly.

"Just right now Madam is experiencing a little stress that may be caused by some bad events that have happened to her in the last few days, sorry... Sir, this is just my conclusion." explained the doctor.

The instant Zein bowed silently, thinking about the last events that Rania experienced was enough to drain her mind and shake her soul.

If it's true, this is all you... I'll teach you a lesson, Rey. Just wait for my arrival. Inner Zein was full of probing and suspecting Rey.

"Thank you, Doc." said Zein briefly.

The doctor immediately came out of the room.

Meanwhile, outside looked David and also Yina were waiting outside.

"Davids... What's with your face?" Yina was surprised to see the blood on the corner of David's lips and tried to hold David's cheek that looked swollen.

David avoided it. "Aarghs... It's okay, it's a common thing that happens to men, like not knowing men" David replied, holding his sore lips.

Ahhe... It hurts so much, this punch reminds me of a character named samson. David's mind was whimpering in pain. He did not want to show his pain in front of a woman including Yina.

Not long after the doctor left the room. Zein rushed out and found David and Yina standing outside her room.

"You guys.." Zein hasn't been able to continue the sentence, Yina cut. "Zein, how's your wife doing right now?" ask Yina curiously.

Likewise with David, David only nodded as if he wanted to hear a response from Zein.

"Oh yeah... How could you have been there at the time?" asked Zein while throwing a glance at David.

Yina looked surprised at Zein's words. But he just kept quiet and tried to listen to them. Curious as to what was really going on, seeing David also get hurt.

"Actually you misunderstood, Zein... So I saw your wife being bullied by a big man. And I kicked him until he bounced, but unfortunately when I tried to chase after him, he ran away and disappeared. "I... Yes together, Zein." Yina answered hurriedly and left with David.
