Then, a doctor appears and goes in to check on Rania's condition.

He was doctor Frans. One of Zein Arka's family's personal doctors in addition to Viona's.

"Good night sir, sorry... I have to re-examine the state of the Madam, whether it has improved or not" said Frans doctor.

"Please Doc...!" zein replied smiling and inviting.

Doctor Frans approached Rania. "How's Madam doing? Has it improved?" ask Dr. Frans with a smile.
