After the blood transfusion is complete. Rey came out of the operating room with a slightly limp body. Then approached Zein who was sitting on the bench. He sat right next to Zein.

"Thank you..!" zein said slowly.

"Thank you for what? If for the blood I gave Rania, you don't have to say it! That's my job..!" Rey said it proudly.

"Stop acting like you're her husband! Can't you put yourself in his place!" reply Zein firmly.

It felt like the day was too tiring for Zein to have to continue his battle with his ex-wife's lover. "okay.oke... So, let's compete healthily? I won't bother Rania in rude ways anymore, surely it will make her hate me even more. So from now on, I won't appear in front of you. But... Instead I will be behind your scenes, and I will destroy you. Until you have nothing and Rania will come back to me? How, fair right?" rey said relaxed and confident.

After a few hours they waited in front of the operating room. The doctor came out and showed a sighing expression.

"How's my wife doing, Doc?"

"How's my girlfriend doing, Doc?"

The two people asked along with different sentences at the end. Making the doctor confused to hear it, are they joking? Obviously the woman inside was the wife of Mr. Zein, the owner of the hospital. Who is the man who claims to be her lover?

"Mrs Rania made it through her critical period, sir. And now in recovery, you can see it now, but otherwise no commotion. Because it'll affect his condition." Do not want to be made dizzy, finally the doctor only told the happy news about the success of Rania through her critical period in the Operating room. And now it is in recovery time.

"Thank you, Doctor." said Zein quickly, then he immediately went inside, as if impatiently wanting to see his wife's face.

Likewise with Rey, he joined Zein in to see Rania's condition. But unfortunately, this time Zein does not want to compromise with him, he holds Rey back from entering. Glanced at Ronald's face and asked him to take care of Rey.

"Let GO...! How dare you touch me!" ry snapped with sharp glaring eyes and fended off Ronald's rough hands and tidied back his clothes that were tangled due to Ronald's pull.

Meanwhile inside, Zein is seen sitting on a bench near the mattress where Rania is stiff and unconscious. He grabbed Rania's hand which was still connected to the infuse hose on the back of her palm and touched it very gently, then kissed Rania's hand gently.

Rania is still unconscious. Zein kept looking at Rania's face. There was a smile on his face. A few minutes later Rania moved her middle finger slowly. Zein glanced at his finger that kept moving then he smiled happily.

"Darling... Are you conscious?" Zein whispered softly in Rania's ear.

"Hem... Z... Zein, is that you?" rania asked in a still limp voice.

"Of course it's me, baby..." Zein raised her head and revealed her face right in front of Rania's face.

Rania smiled faintly, then in her eyes her husband's face that looked tangled.

"Are you waiting here a long time, Zein?" ask Rania.

"Yes, of course... How could I leave my wife who was struggling in the Operating Room?" zein replied teasingly, while touching Rania's cheek.

Rania smiled again, but this time, a smile blushed in embarrassment.

Meanwhile outside the operating room.

Damnit... Why so long? What are they really doing inside? Rey's mind is upset.

Waiting outside for too long makes Rey nervous. Finally he knocked on the door with a slow knock. Afraid if too hard will disturb Rania, actually he just wanted to make sure Rania's condition, if it had improved. He's going home. Although he knew, Rania would definitely throw him out when she saw him.

I heard a knock behind the door. Rania was surprised and turned her eyes to the door.

"Who is that, Zein? Did you tell my parents?" ask Rania worried.

He did not want his parents to know his current condition. He didn't want to make them worry about his current situation.

"I don't think so, honey. I haven't told them about your current situation. I'm afraid to make them anxious, maybe after this, I'll call them about your situation." Zein replied.

"Ja... No, don't tell them about my situation, Zein! I don't want them to worry." ask Rania while holding Zein's hand.

"Alright if that's your wish." Zein replied briefly.

Tok tok tok tok

The sound of knocking behind the door was heard again.
