The Journey of Darren and Karren

Chapters 13.

"I'm fine" Karren said.

"That's not good. If not immediately in the compress will bruise," said Deric.

Not long after the nurse arrived. The nurse gives Deric an ice pack. The nurse offered to help, but Deric refused.

"Is there anything else you need, sir, Miss?" ask the nurse kindly.

"No. Thank you," replied Deric.

"I'm sorry, then" said the nurse.

The nurse left the room. Deric compresses Karren's face with an ice pack. Karren grimaced in pain His clenched hand felt a pain in the corner of his lips.

"Sorry, I'll be softer" said Deric.

Deric did very carefully, hoping not to hurt Karren.

Karren holds Deric's hand, "It's okay, Deric. It's not as painful as you think. Rather than that, you should also be compressed. Your face is bruised from being hit by Young Jun. I will compress you," Karren smiled.

Deric frowned, "Stupid base! Not being sick means being sick. Do you think I can't see. You're in so much pain that you clench your hands? fuckin' hell! I should have tamed that crazy guy. Maybe he's your head" said Deric angrily.

Karren smiled, he moved the ice pack from his face to Deric's face.  Karren answered Deric's nagging. Or to yourself a fool. And that left Deric speechless.

"I-it .. I don't mean to insult you. I'm just pissed off" Deric murmured.

Karren smiled, "I know. Shut up, let me compress your face" Karren said.

Karren's phone rings, Karren gets a call from Alberto. Karren asks Deric to compartmentalize his own face, as he must accept the call.

"Hallo, Pi .. " answered Karren.

"Karren, where are you? Are you ads in the hospital?" ask Alberto.

"Yes, Pi. I'm in the hospital. What's up?" ask Karren.

"Have you heard, that Lee Young Jun died?" ask Alberto.

Karren rounded his eyes, "A-what?" karren.

Karren's hand shook, his phone dropped. Deric took Karren's phone and talked to Aleberto. Karren cries, blaming himself for the passing of Young Jun. Karren sobbed and covered his face with two hands. Karren cursed himself.

"How can it be like this? Previously Deric was exposed to hot soup because of me, now Young Jun got hit after we had a fight and I kicked him out." Karren's inner self.

Alberto was shocked, but he could not say anything. After speaking with Deric, Alberto ended his call.

Karren and Deric come to the funeral home. The two paid their last respects to Lee Young Jun. Karren and Deric meet Papa and Mama Young Jun to convey their condolences.

"Thank you, it has come" said Papa Yong Jun.

"I'm sorry, if during Young Jun's life made mistakes both intentional and unintentional. I hope you guys will forgive him for keeping Young Jun calm" Mama Young Jun said.

"Dear, calm yourself. You better take a break" said Papa Yong Jun. He asked his secretary to take his wife to the break room.

Papa Young Jun invited Karren to speak with four eyes. He said he had heard what really happened to Alberto. Papa Young Jun apologizes, for the unethical actions of his son slapping Karren. He tells about Young Jun's past.

When Young Jun was a child, around the age of ten, did not know because of what Young Jun attacked his entire family. Young Jun tragically killed Papa, Mama and his biological brother.

Lee Jun Ho, the person called Papa at this time, turned out to be Lee Young Jun's real uncle. And is the younger brother of Lee Young Jun. Karren. Deric was also silent, sitting next to Karren. Deric stared at the photo of Yong Jun who was far ahead. Deric still does not expect, if his rival suffered a bad thing and died.

"i don't know how I responded to what happened to you, Jun. However, I hope that you can rest in peace and quiet. I know, you hate me and don't like me, but I don't really hate you. I just regret your rude attitude towards Karren. I'm sorry Lee Young Jun," in Deric's heart.
