It is the Red Spirit.
When the Red Spirit walked over, the soldiers immediately stood up. But the Red Spirit moved the red whip in his hand and struck it in the air, giving a burst of energy that pushed everyone back to their seats. He got closer with strong steps. The red whip disappeared from his hand, and the Red Spirit remained with the umbrella covered in his left hand. When he was very close to the soldier who was sitting at the front, a sound like fireworks erupted in the sky 2 times. Everyone's eyes were drawn to look up at the sky.
When everyone was busy looking up at the sky in surprise, suddenly the Red Spirit was already kneeling before the God Princess. She offered her hand warmly, then when the God Princess greeted her, she brought the two of them up and opened her umbrella. The God Princess heard the people exclaiming from behind the Red Spirit and she tilted her body to look over. People stared at the sky in horror and wonder while pointing. When people stood up, they seemed to want to avoid something falling from the sky, yet the God Princess did not know what it was. As he observed for longer, he was shocked by the sound of something falling from the sky so loudly. He could hear it also hit the umbrella of the Red Spirit, but to his surprise he closed his eyes for a moment. After opening his eyes and observing the surroundings, only then could he truly understand.
The thing that fell down earlier was the viscous black blood liquid of the demons. The fall was even more devastating than the huge rain that came suddenly, more like a bucket of water that was suddenly spilled completely onto the ground. He could see all the soldiers covered in black blood from top to bottom impeccably. Their figures became jet black and unknown. He could hear several horrified sounds and several nauseous sounds appearing simultaneously from the surroundings. But when she looked at her own body, her golden dress was not stained with those blood spots at all. He looked up at the red umbrella on his head, then at the face of the Red Spirit.
The man was looking at her emotionlessly. His face was blank, but his eyes pierced through the eyes of the God Princess. He hasn't spoken for a while. Only when the God Princess blinked did the Red Spirit move her hand to get rid of the hair stuck to the collar of the God Princess's dress. In an instant, the hair of the God Princess fell down neatly on her back. As if satisfied to see it, the Red Spirit smiled and said, "Are you hurt?"
"No" replied the God's Princess. "Are you hurt?"
"No" answered the Red Spirit. He seemed to want to say something, but his mouth did not open when another voice interrupted him.
"Red Spirit!" It was the voice of the God of War and Wisdom. His figure which was also flooded with black blood stood on their left side, a bit far away. His sword unsheathed in his hand and his eyes stared furiously at the Red Spirit. "What kind of humiliation is this!" He screamed again.
The Red Spirit twisted her body without letting the God Princess out of the shade of her umbrella. He stared back at the God General. "What kind of humiliation is this? You're raving on my land." Sounds cold.
"How dare you talk to me!" The God General sounded angry.
"How dare you boast of coming to my land just to shame yourself" replied the Red Spirit.
The face of the God General flushed. "How dare you insult a god!"
Hearing this the Red Spirit laughed mockingly. "God? What is god? There is no 'god' in you. You don't even have followers. None of you still have followers. How dare you call yourself gods?
"You!!" This time the God General of Bloodshed and Revenge stood up and got angry. "You don't know anything about gods! Shut your mouth!"
"Then what do you know about gods? Noble and mighty? Do you realize you just lost to a monster like me? Two God Generals and his army lost to a monster? Is that a god?" The Red Spirit asked coldly. "You've been sitting around too long enjoying empty status. You no longer know the man you used to be proud of. There is no god sitting in a bandage of conceit, they are just empty barrels."
"Don't you dare speak as if you know us or our humans" the God of Bloodshed and Revenge said as he clenched his teeth. "You don't deserve to talk to that dirty mouth of yours, so keep your mouth shut. Face me if you dare."
The Red Spirit's eyes flashed upon hearing this. "I accept your challenge. But if you lose, you'll have to give up your status to me."
"General of the Gods!" The God Princess exclaimed from behind the Red Spirit. "Please don't do this, God General. He only provokes anger, do not eat his words. We are right to enter the land of Hell for sacred duty, but this remains its dwelling place. Forcing it out with our reckless actions is a mistake. We should thank you."
"Daughter God! Do you know what you're saying!?" The God General of Bloodshed and Revenge said. "This monster!"
"Please, God General, I am fully aware. Let me talk." The God Princess once again raised her tone, this time even she advanced in front of the Red Spirit. But then he removed all emotions from his face then turned his back on the two God Generals, his eyes staring at the Red Spirit.
He's expanding, "Master... Red Spirit, I apologize for our reckless actions that made you uncomfortable in your own land, to the extent that you have to intervene in our matters. Please release us for now so that we can return to Heaven and improve ourselves. We will try to solve our problems without disturbing your calm later on. Instead, from now on we will take into account your actions as kindness and will stop bothering you."
The Red Spirit stood still for a while while staring at the God Princess who was bowing respectfully before him. "As far as I know, you gods believe that every good will be paid for with a gift. What can you give me?"
"I will listen to your one request and grant it," replied the God Princess without raising her face.
"Daughter of the Gods!" The God General of War and Wisdom began to exclaim. "Why you!"
"All right." The thundering voice of the Red Spirit numbed the voice of the God General. He thrust out his hand to raise the face of the God Princess to have the two of them look back. "I will let go of this matter and let you return to your land. But I assume Heaven owes me, and I will come one day to collect it." He paused for a moment. "This princess, is a well-mannered god, more worthy than you. I will abolish his debt because he has bowed to me. You guys hear that? If I say Heaven owes me, this god is out of debt."
Wail and scorn were heard from all around him, but the Red Spirit remained with his face. This time he spoke to the God Princess, but his voice was loud so that the god generals and his troops could hear him. "Do you know you deserve to be a god more than all the other gods?"
The God Princess blinked once. "I don't dare" he replied. This was the best answer he could give, because he had a lot of intent in his speech and was trying to give the right words.
But the Red Spirit seemed to ignore the intent that the God Princess was trying to give. "God, did you know that it takes a miracle to elevate a human soul to a god?" He looked up with a snob. From his eyes was a flame. "His soul must have been loved so much by you in Heaven."
"Shut your mouth!" The God of War and Wisdom suddenly said.
Instead, the Red Spirit smiled sneered. "You love him so much but you can't do anything and can just sit still. Have you ever asked yourself if you deserve to be a god? Have you ever experienced what he felt, done to the extent of what he did, sacrificed what he had even though he no longer had it? Do you feel worthy of being compared to him?"
"He did everything and lost everything, but you did nothing and just sat waiting for an indefinite amount of time, for the possibility of being feared. Vain. None of you want to fall like that. None of you will sacrifice yourself and carry his soul. Is that how the great gods treated his soul!?" The Red Spirit raised his tone. Disgust was clearly reflected on his face.
At this point, the God Princess felt her entire face and ears hot. She wanted to hide behind the sleeves of her long dress, yet she was too afraid to move. As for the gods, their faces were flushed and hot with anger. What the God Princess felt after hearing these words was very different from what the gods felt. It was as if these words contained different meanings to both of them.
"He held his honor as a god in his heart, not on his status." This crushing blow was unleashed by the merciless Red Spirit, making the gods grab his teeth and gulp down his own saliva. "Should I remind you?"
"That's enough!" The God General of Bloodshed and Revenge shouted.
Simultaneously, the feeble voice of the God Princess dyed the Red Spirit's ears. Only he could hear her voice at that moment, so he knew very well that the God Princess must have spoken to him. "That's enough, Master of the Spirit." When the Red Spirit lowered his head to look at her, the God Princess turned her eyes away, her forehead shriveled and the ends of her two eyes reddened.
Like being struck by lightning, that quickly the Red Spirit squinted his eyes, then looked up to look at the two God Generals. "You better get out of here before I embarrass you any further. You guys have to go or I'll take bail. Otherwise," she paused for a moment, then her hands wrapped around the body of the God Princess. "I'm not going to give you back your bail."
Elsewhere, the Red Spirit landed with the God Princess. The two landed near a boulder, the Daughter of God leaning against the stone, squeezed by the Red Spirit before her, still in the shadow of the Blind Sheath. At that time the God Princess immediately took off her two hands that had been coiling on the Red Spirit's body as a pedestal, and this time both hands immediately rose to cover her face. Behind the sleeves of her dress, her head bowed, her eyes closed and her forehead shriveled. He could feel the Red Spirit's hand on his head, rubbing his head slowly.
They remained in that position for quite some time, until then the Red Spirit raised its voice. "Are you afraid of me?" Ask. The God Princess shook her head vigorously without letting go of her hand which was still hiding her face. "Then why won't you see me?"
Hearing that the God Princess shuddered. He held back his embarrassment and then raised his head. The eyes of the Red Spirit staring at him displayed no expression but a sense of understanding. The God Princess turned her eyes back a moment later. "You don't have to do it. You will only humiliate me." said the God Princess.
The Red Spirit smiled hearing that, his hand did not stop wiping the head of the God Princess. "God deserves to be reminded. They are old and many of them are intentionally forgotten. They look at you better and learn from you."
"I don't want to be seen like that," the God Princess grumbled. "I'll just be embarrassed. I'm no better than the other gods, I don't feel worthy to be a role model. Stop provoking the gods" he said.
"You are my god, how can I not boast of you in the presence of all beings?" The Red Spirit said with a smile. "You are a humble and courteous god, you respect the beliefs of others and do not force others to follow you. But I'm different. Glorifying and boasting of my gods is my nature, whatever I do, everything will always be to glorify your glory, for to me you are the only god worthy to be in Heaven."
The God's Princess's forehead shriveled slightly. "That's overkill. As your god, I forbid you to do so. There was nothing good from bragging about something," The God Princess then said resolutely, although her eyes still did not stare at the Red Spirit.
The little heart of the Red Spirit cheered boisterously, yet he kept his face calm and only his mysterious smile graced his face. "Well, whatever you want" he replied. His voice was light and cheerful, accompanied by laughter. Although he said he would keep his face, after all his feelings escaped also through his words. How can he calm down? The god he adored had just acknowledged himself.
The God Princess was still silent for a moment while trying to control herself. When his courage had gathered, he looked up at the Red Spirit. "What sacrifice were you talking about? What needs to be sacrificed to bring one's soul into a god?"
"Oh, it only took a hundred people to gather together and pray while fasting for forty days. A god should be able to gather that many souls and instruct them to rest and pray, but no one dares to do so for fear of breaking the laws of Heaven" replied the Red Spirit.
"And you did? How can you find a hundred men to sit down and pray?"
"I'm not looking for anyone, I'm doing it myself."
The face of the God Princess was dyed in confusion hearing that. "How's it?"
"I rest before you and pray for a thousand days without ceasing" replied the Red Spirit.
The God Princess blinked. "And do you know which prayer to say?"
"I have lived a very long time to know which prayer to say at certain moments" replied the Red Spirit quietly, without any sign of pride in his tone. "What I did was enough to lead you to the door of Heaven and break it down so you could enter. Heaven already likes your soul so much, so they'll definitely accept you."
The Daughter of God fell silent again, this time her eyes looked into the dark purplish eyes of the Red Spirit who was unperturbed at her. From the wide-open eyes of the God Princess, flashed a gorgeous flashing golden light. Sighing, the God Princess lowered her head and was stunned for a moment before then dropping her head onto the chest of the Red Spirit. Instantly also a wooden scent filled his head, and he clasped the red robe of the man before him, pulling himself closer to the scent of the wood. In front of him, the Red Spirit restrained the head of the God Princess to remain in her arms.
"Why did you do it for me? Why do you like me so much? What...what did I do to deserve your love?" The whisper appeared almost like a gargle, but that was because the God Princess said it while immersing her face deep in the robe of the Red Spirit. He did not even want to raise his face.
But the Red Spirit heard this. With a smile he said, "You've trusted me when the whole world doesn't accept me. That's more than enough for me."
The God Princess sounded sigh again. "I don't want to leave you. Please don't leave me."
The Red Spirit laughed hearing this, then hugged her and gently swayed her body left and right. "I'm not leaving you. Just call me and I'll come anytime, anywhere" he said. "But." He paused for a moment. "You must go back to Heaven."
This time the God Princess raised her head. "Oh you're going to return me to heaven? I thought you were going to threaten Heaven by kidnapping me?"
"I was bluffing. But actually it's just an excuse so I can talk to you alone "he replied. His smile seemed to be playing.
"Right, it would be a bigger problem if you really kidnapped me. We can meet again another time."
"of course. I'm sorry if I scared you earlier. I'll send you my apology tonight."
When the God Princess returns to Heaven, she must be confronted with gods including the Heavenly Prince who are worried about her, as well as thirst for information. So as they spoke in the Heavenly Great Hall, the God Princess did not lie and said that the Red Spirit was just bluffing by taking her running away, but sending her back unharmed. He allowed himself to be examined by the gods of health sciences to ensure that he was well and that the Red Spirit did not harm him.
After he was shown to be unharmed, the gods began to wonder as some cursed, what exactly was the purpose of the Red Spirit suddenly coming and killing the Union, then kidnapping the God's Princess. After a somewhat fraught debate, the God Princess managed to convince the gods (at the time) that the Red Spirit meant nothing but to ridicule Heaven's incompetence against the Union, then bluff that the inhabitants of Heaven lift their feet from the land of Hell where they live.
The talk of the day closed with half tense conditions and unanswered questions, but the gods covered their mouths each and one after another left the Heavenly Great Hall. The God Princess did not forget to pass on the little god's message earlier to the Heavenly Prince, so she spoke when only the two of them stayed in the hall. Afterwards, he returned to his room to rest.
We have already discussed before that the sky of Heaven is never night, yet it does not make the gods escape from the concept of time. Only, the concept of the time of the gods was so different from that of humans, that humans could not understand it. So when the God Princess had already removed her sword and she sat on the floor at the edge of her room, looking up at the sky, she exclaimed softly "Oh, it's already starting the night", even though at that time the sky of Heaven was still colored gold as usual.
He sat for a long time on the floor, thinking and reminiscing a lot. He remembered that he had left his paper flowers with the little god. He wished he could make it again, then make it a decoration in his room. He looked around, observing the golden-tinted furniture surrounding him. Maybe the next paper flower is also the color of gold?
But then he began to observe more closely and realized that not all of his room was golden. There was a vase of box flowers on the table overgrown with small red flowers, there was a red lantern that did not light on the side of the bed, the golden chair had a red bearing, and there was a red lantern, on the shelf displaying his books are decorated with red ornaments, including a large red ribbon decorated with white beads, and, there is a jewelry box on the shelf that if opened will display red colored jewel earrings. It was all gold and red. Then he thought back, maybe the next paper flower was red.
He recalled again that all of those items were not he could alone, but rather a gift. The gifts are red because they come from the Red Spirit. He often gave the God's Princess the gifts she got during her travels either anywhere, on Earth or in Hell. He made everything new, then gave it to the God Princess. He was truly a benevolent figure to her, yet extremely haughty to the other gods.
He had long since dissolved in his mind until a rustling sound rang out in the sky and instantly his attention was severed into the sky. That whip-like sound still appeared for a few seconds without being, until finally a long red streak appeared that emitted sparks rising into the sky. The line stopped rising at a point, right before the God Princess, then exploded into an enormous red spark. It was easy for the God Princess to declare that it was fireworks. The fireworks appeared 3 times in the sky, then silence again colored the sky of Heaven.
Faintly, the God Princess heard a noise from outside her room, then she fell silent and smiled while laughing coyly. He could hear some voices saying "what is that? A new threat?", "is it a delivery from Hell?", "is it a danger?", "what do you think, should we consider it a threat?", and so on. But the God Princess still laughed softly while shaking her head.
"I think it's pretty. I accept your apology."
