THE HEART OF THE MAFIA

THE HEART OF THE MAFIA
The breathe!

Evans took out all his weapons from the small one all the way to the long one and placed them on the floor.

“They are definitely not people here.”

“Aaaaahhh Shouted Alea loudly.

Quickly, Evans pulled the wife's body away until a shot so close to the wife hit the iron fringe of the boat's head.

“You all right, baby?” evans asked combing the face up to Alea's body with a frightened look.

Alea nodded slowly with a tense expression. “I'm fine, Ev.”

“Alright then. We're running away from them, baby. Get ready on the count of three, gas. I'll divert them.”

“Ya,” replied Alea short with a great shaking body.

They were in the middle of the sea with a fierce-looking fight in the ocean.

“Prepare dear...”.

Alea stared at the sea of glasses with minimal light from the illumination of his speed boat.

Alea focused both his eyes as well as his mind while Evans gave a long shot towards the ships in front of him.

“Three!”

Alea was shocked to hear his directions. Directed by his speed boat straight forward speeding at a fast speed while gripping the wheel tightly.

Alea tried to stay focused on the dark sea accompanied by a trembling body. It's not the time this time he's weak and crying because Evans will protect him.

Even the man remained standing behind him as a shield to protect him with one hand Evans held on to the iron beside him so that his body could remain standing firmly while aiming a shot at the ships in front of him who now follows him.

“Direct to right, Lea.”

Alea nodded preparedly, even though Evans behind her did not see it. Alea swiftly followed Evans' instructions. One hand swerved to the right with the steering wheel of the boat. Evans' body shifted slightly to cover his body from the side where their boat drove by cutting the path of his opponent's ship.

With a quick motion, Evans immediately passed the bullet without stopping until they did not have a chance to shoot back.

Alea tried to remain calm maintaining his position despite his body being shaken at the speed of his speedy boat. Let the sea water hit his face.

“Ck! They are many, but they are not trained enough. All right, let's finish it now,” Evans said behind him.

Evans ducked down to retrieve his long-barreled weapon that looked heavier and also larger than usual.

Evans passed a bullet that rattled and…

Booooms!

The Duarrrr!

Such a loud echoing sound made Alea's eyeballs tickle. It's already exploding small ships right behind it. The ship that had been teaching him was destroyed already with the people inside.

Alea so focused on the sound of the explosion that was loud enough, making the direction of his ship lead to a collection of flames from the explosion.

However, Evans quickly swerved it in time until the two could pass through it with Alea's eyes not off towards the burning ships.

‘Oh, jeez. It's been like in an action movie though it's not the first time I've seen it. Horrible things like this still scare me and will never get used to, her inner’.

But this is what J Evander Duquaire Colliettie looks like. Alea had to wake up and should have gotten used to it because Alea was now the wife of The Black Rose, the Italian ruler.

“You all right, Lea?”

Evans hugged the wife's stiff body with an empty look.

“Do not be afraid, Honey. I'm here to protect you and I won't give you mere—“

Dorr!!!

“Oh...Shhit!” dismember Evans.

The shot from the opponent hit his arm making the man hiss. But still holding Alea's body firmly held by his weapon.

“Job!” dismember Evans.

The man again took up his great weapon and then unsheathed the long snout right at the opposing ships.

The whistling sound coming from the long barrel weapon was thundering, accompanied by a plume of black smoke above the dark sky.

The second explosion was large enough to cause all of his opponent's ships to be smashed to pieces with blood on Evans' arms seeping out.

Alea sobbed at the injured husband. Unfortunately the man did not appear to be in pain and laughed slowly making Alea more crying while holding both arms that flowed blood would two bullets that penetrated two arms Evans.

Alea held back the steering wheel, then wiped away her tears.

“You're hurt, Ev.”

“Hm. I'm not-what-what. Don't be afraid anymore, Lea. You are safe and we are safe.”

Alea wiped her tears after looking back at Evans.

“It looks like they've..”

Evans' body slightly staggered and the sound of gunfire from the other direction was heard together. There were many ships now approaching towards his boat.

Alea could see one of Evans' men looking in all directions, he stopped his ship seeing that help was coming.

 “Ev...” Call Evans.

“They came to pick us up,” Alea told the husband.

Unfortunately, there is no confirmation from Evans. Alea immediately turned to look at the husband who was only silent.

Evans hugged the wife's body tightly and kissed the top of her head as a sign of the success of the wife who saved her.

“Good work, my wife. You survived as I promised. We're safe now, baby. Let's go home,” Evans said, clasping his hand tightly.

The man stood up with a stagger. A few seconds later, he began to lose consciousness from the gunshot wounds Evans had not only on his arms.

However, there was one more gunshot wound that hit Evans' waist until the man was deprived of blood.

Her body back staggered to the side and—

Byurran!!!

Alea was surprised to find Evans just falling into the water.

“Ev...” Shouted Alea.

He stood staring at the dark sea. Alea instead quickly moved into the water to help Evans, but she stood up with her body shaking violently.

“Au–”

Alea closed her eyes, she resisted the trauma inside her to get into the water.

For a moment, Alea's gaze blurred accompanied by a quick breath and a head that was pulsing so hard. The shadow of her drowning made the woman close her eyes to expel the fear within her.

‘Save Alea's husband, wake up and not your eyes,’ Alea's heart said.

Alea opened both of her eyes quickly, instead Alea could not swim. However, the shadow drowned when small frightened him.

After successfully controlling herself, Alea immediately jumped into the water and entered into the sea that was so cold that it was quite calm.

His head was throbbing pain, but Alea ignored it and the woman came back against the painful shadows that traumatized her to swim.

“Don't now you're weak, Alea. There's Evans there you have to save,” Alea said again, opening her eyes to look for Evans.

Although the throbbing pain in his head was afflicting, Alea did not want to lose Evans.

He swam deeper with both eyes in search of Evans' whereabouts.

Alea smiled and was a little relieved when she saw the body of the husband drowning at the bottom of the ocean with both eyes closed.

Alea approached and clasped Evans' hand to rise to the surface.

His arms hugged the husband's neck tightly. His heart was happy to bring Evans back to the surface of the sea so cold it froze his body.

“Haaah..”.

Alea gasped out of the water with a deep breath. He pulled her out of the water and gave her first aid so she could breathe.

Alea opened her husband's airway and checked his breathing. Not wanting to lose Evans, Alea placed one of her hands on the other and held it together. Alea performed a resuscitation technique to get her husband to breathe again.

“I beg you, darling. His breath. I beg...” Alea said as he repeated a cycle of thirty chest compressions and two breath reliefs.

Tears fell, Evans still did not wake up and breathe. Lucas who had just arrived looked in wonder at Alea who was helping her husband.

So did Mika who immediately contacted someone and also Evans' personal doctor.

“Alea...”.

“Don't talk to me right now, Luc. I don't want to listen to anything,” Alea said as she gave a breath of help.

Lucas is ready to help Alea, but the woman refuses to take his place believing Evans will not leave her.

“I beg you, hold on my husband. I beg...”.

Alea continued to perform the Resuscitation Technique, in the second that Alea smiled as she kissed Evans' forehead as the man spewed water from his mouth.

Evans' breathing, back. Alea's two eyes that had been flooding in since then were violently removed to look at the husband who opened both eyes.

“Lea..”.

“Ev...” Alea hugged gently with caution Evans' head.

“I beg you, hold on my husband. Please, stay alive. You are the one who does not want to lose me.

“I too, do not want to lose you. You have to live for me, J Evander Duquaire Colliettie,” Alea whispered in Evans' ear that closed his eyes again.

“Helicopter has arrived, Madam. We take Mr home to the mansion!”
