At 07:30 six Indonesian students were seen gathering at Rotterdam Station. Train tickets are in hand, their journey is about to begin. It did not take long, only about 40 minutes they had arrived at Amsterdam Station which from the outside did not look like a station.
Even though it was Saturday morning, the atmosphere of the station was already busy. Clouds and friends do not feel the need to hurry so they really take advantage of the time available for a relaxing tour. While out of the station do not forget they took the time to take photos from various angles.
Their first destination this morning was a residential neighborhood known as Jordaan. Every Saturday there is a street in this neighborhood that turns into a market. Actually they do not intend to shop, but just want to enjoy the atmosphere of housing and fun in it. Passing through the rows of buildings on the left and right sides of the canal which is very typical of Europe, giving a different impression to them.
Satisfied to look around at the market and buy a very Asian snack, namely spring rolls, they also lead to a house building. Located in the same residential neighborhood, this house is known as the home of Anne Frank, a young girl who is famous for writing diaries during World War II and has made her films.
Simply passing in front of him while taking some photos, they also continue the journey on foot to reach the Royal Palace (Royal Palace) which until now is sometimes still used for royal ceremonies.
Behind the palace there is a square-like field with a monument located in the middle.
This place is called Dam Square (Dam Square) and the war memorial is called the National Monument.
But do not imagine Monas in Jakarta.
Aurora and Saras took the time to play with the pigeons on this field. Together they are also seen tourists from various countries sitting casually enjoying the Dam Field.
From that location they return on foot to Bloemenmarkt or Floating Flower Market. Everyone is curious because they imagine it like a floating market in Banjarmasin. It turns out that the shape of this market is still like stalls but the location is on the side of the canal.
Various colorful flowers and seeds sold look attractive. Saras who was fond of flowers was unceasingly amazed and was busy documenting the various types of flowers he saw. He was always left out of his friends because he stopped at almost every stall.
Without feeling the journey has lasted for two hours. Their next destination was lunch while relaxing in the park. No longer on foot, this time they use the tram to approach the location of the famous park in Amsterdam, namely Vondel Park (Vondel Park).
By noon there are many locals and tourists who enjoy this park, just sit back, ride a bike, or take a walk. Fortunately there were still empty seats not far from the path they could use to rest.
As commanded, each person immediately opened their own bag and took out a drinking bottle. The sound of drinking water being swallowed quickly was heard.
“Wuih, tired as well yes it turns out,” Iqbal who first voiced after finishing his sip.
Saras answered while wiping his mouth, ”Iya nih... gempoooorrrr. How many kilos are we on?”
He asked a question that really did not need to be answered.
While exhaling heavily and relaxing his shoulders and back, Saras straightened his legs which he felt let out a weary scream.
“Lunch is here, right us?” This time Aurora who asked and immediately answered Singgih, ”Iya. It's not 12 yet, but it's okay. The journey is still long.”
“What supplies do you bring?” asked Saras while taking out the supply from his bag.
“Aaaah, the simple ones. Bring sandwiches. This also Singgih kok that make.” Luke explains the three of them.
Saras replied quickly, “Enak very you two just eat.”
“Yeeeee... ngiri yes? Stop by nyantei kok!” Luke seduces Saras.
“Huuuu, why!” Sergeh Saras while his lips bent.
Luke and another friend just laughed lightly in response to Saras.
No one heard a voice, only the wind that clashed with the leaves, as they enjoyed each other's provisions. I don't know what's on their minds, but everyone seems to be enjoying a simple lunch in the open area filled with fresh air.
“Great wisdom yes, Au.” Saras leaned his body while talking to Aurora who was sitting next to him.
“Iya, Race. Can relax kayak gini, the scenery is fresh, the brain also feels fresh ya.”
Singgih sitting next to Saras chimed, ”Iya, but tomorrow Monday start mumet again, new block lecture.”
Saras smacked his left hand into the Singgih backpack he was holding.
“Iiiiih, don't ngingetin first ‘napa!”
His head turned towards Singgih.
“This relaxing morning again santaaaiii..” Saras emphasized the word ‘santai’ as his eyebrows shot up and his eyes slightly widened, as if he was in a big rage.
Singgih just laugh then answer plain, ”Kan reality.”
Saras pretended to still not accept and then raised his hand towards Singgih and performed gestures like he was pinching while smiling menacingly.
Stop standing up while hugging his bag and being flushed away from Saras.
”Ampun Buuuu .. mercy.”
His voice sounded mercifully pleading for mercy coupled with his deliberate body bowing respectfully, but a teasing grin surfaced on his face.
Aurora laughed loudly without a sound to see the behavior of the two friends. In another chair, a pair of Awan eyes enjoyed Aurora's beautiful face while pretending to be busy tidying up her bag.
Aurora is actually curious about the contents of the museums, it's just that other friends are not so interested because considering the entrance ticket is quite decent. Not to mention the ticket purchase queue is usually long. So they just went around looking at the museum from the outside, while of course taking many photos as mementos.
In front of the Rijk Museum there is a park that also looks crowded. Children crowded around the dancing fountain, parents waiting while sitting around in the available chairs. In this park there is also a chessboard with pieces that are jumbo size. There were no tourists playing chess there.
Saras and Aurora can be seen taking turns taking photos in front of a large writing that reads ‘I amSterdam’.
The clouds approached them. “Here I helped photoin you two.”
Saras handed over his HP to the Clouds and immediately took a position to be photographed alone with Aurora.
Once done Saras directly call Awan, ”Come photos together, Mas. Replace ....”
The clouds were not good to refuse so he handed Saras' HP to Aurora and his eyes had collided with Aurora.
“Eh, is he angry?"
When Aurora took the photo, the clouds did not see anymore gazes or angry looks on Aurora's face.
“Mmm, what was wrong earlier?” thought Cloud.
As the day moved on from midday, Clouds and friends continued on their way. On foot they want to see Leidseplein, an area that is said to be the center of nightlife in Amsterdam and a place of choice for locals and tourists to hang out late at night. Of course they could not enjoy the atmosphere because it was not the time.
Before arriving in Leidseplein they took the time to immortalize themselves on a bridge that divides the canal is wide enough. The view of the canal with Dutch house buildings and bicycles on the side of the bridge is a portrait of the canal that is often served to tourists.
Their last destination before returning to Amsterdam Station was the Red Light District. This area is actually a prostitution area, but it is legal.
That is why some refer to Amsterdam as ‘Sin City’. In addition to prostitution, marijuana and marijuana can also be consumed legally in this city.
Of the six of them only the Clouds have ever passed through this famous place. The other five people were eager to see this place out of curiosity. What the hell is it like?
Although the new day to the afternoon and the sky is still quite bright, it turns out that the activities in the area have already taken place. However, since it was not yet night, there were no visible red lights lighting up the entire way.
Rows of shops with large glass display cases on the front can clearly show young women with very minimal clothing in them.
There should be no cameras or photo-taking in this place, should not tempt those behind the glass, and should not stand watching but then waltz away.
Everyone has rules.
Aurora and Saras walked nervously while holding hands with straight-forward gazes but tried to glance at the rows of shops.
Aurora said slowly, ”Duh Ras, how can they like it.”
Saras replied with a low volume almost whispered, ”Well we do not know what they are experiencing, feeling, and thinking.”
Aurora mutters, “Iya anyway, Ras.”
The other four men tried to walk casually despite admitting their hearts were both beating faster. No one spoke until at the end of the road Luke's first voice was heard.
“Astyamaaa.. I took a really long breath earlier.”.
Hearing Luke's sentence inevitably the other five people immediately laughed out loud.
“Halaaaah, your kayak, Bal!” Lukas still blushed in embarrassment while punching softly on Iqbal's shoulder.
Not answering but Iqbal laughed louder as if confirming Luke's accusation.
In addition to these stores in this area can also be found stores that sell equipment related to sexual activities. Out of curiosity they tried to enter and look around.
Aurora and Saras just chuckled at the goods being sold while more confused as to what objects they saw. Behind them followed their male friends who were whispering about the functions of the goods.
The exits from the Aurora and Saras store both immediately burst out laughing because of the actions of his friends.
“That you guys yes, use the event discussed anyway.” While still smiling widely Saras pointed his index finger at the four men who were just a whimper did not intend to argue.
For Awan, although this trip around Amsterdam was not the first, his heart felt happy. Hours spent with Aurora, it felt irreplaceable. He can have a lot of time to pay attention to Aurora's movements, enjoy his face, and of course launch an approach to Aurora.
“From among these guys like the hell I have no competition. No one shows signs of liking Aurora.” Clouds daydream inside the train that brought him back to Rotterdam.
Before going to bed Aurora prayed that happiness like today could continue with her.
“The more I know Mas Awan I became more amazed and liked. More than ever before fit in the campus. Moreover, he had a lot of nemenin right on the road. His attention is that, make me klepek-klepek.”
Aurora blushed in embarrassment as she pulled the blanket over her face.
“But Mas Awan likes me too don't ya?” His eyes closed hoping a beautiful dream came his way.
