Shazna sat on a swing in the back garden of the house, after they had lunch together. Fattan was standing not far from him, leaning against the garden fence.
'' So what are your plans in the future?, '' asked Fattan with a gaze that could not be separated from Shazna who was swinging slowly.
'' Find a job, have made some cv anyway, just enter into companies that have vacancies, '' said Shazna .
'' I need an assistant, you want me to recommend, said Fattan, Shazna glanced at the man before swinging back.
'' Thank's, I tried it myself first, ''' Shazna replied, Fattan smiled to find the answer he had expected .
'' You are still the same Shazna, the Shazna I used to know, '' said Fattan, making Shazna curl her lips. Fattan understood enough that the woman would rather go out on her own to achieve her wish.
'' I also hope that in your heart there is still a sense of what used to be, ''' added Fattan made Shazna turn to the man with a careless look. Shazna got off the swing , glanced at Fattan and said.
'' If for that don't expect too much.''
Shazna steps out of the garden, her heart still recovering from her love story. How could he possibly carve a story back with his past ?. Even like a wound, the former is still open and wet.
'' Shaz!," called Fattan as she grabbed Shazna's wrist, stopping the woman's pace. Shazna stared dislikefully at Fattan. The man looked down, with a huffed look on his face. But the grip on Shazna's wrist did not weaken.
'' I ''I don't have much Shaz time, '' said Fattan stammered. Making Shazna frown did not understand the meaning of the man who still tightly grasped his hand.
'' You mean?,'' asked Shazna amid a sudden sense of worry in her mind.
'' Next week, I will join a group of volunteers to the hinterland. I can't be sure when I'm back yet. But please Fattan's words stopped, the man took something in his pants pocket. A ring he took out without a box without any container. Just a simple ring that Fattan thrust on Shazna.
'' Please accept this, continued Fattan while putting a ring on Shazna's palm .
'' You mean?, you proposed to me?, I said, Shazna stammered, but Fattan immediately closed Shazna's palm and smiled faintly.
Shazna was glued to the spot, with a gaze unfastened from her clasped hand. There was a rumble of taste that ravaged his heart. Make the woman's eyes glaze over.
'' How long does it take?,'' asked Shazna without looking at Fattan .
'' I don't know myself. But at most one year, '' answered Fattan, he could not give certainty.
'' Sure for that long 'you can I wait ?, '' asked Shazna who now ventured to look at the sad face in front of him.
'' Nine years doesn't change anything about how I feel about you, it's not more than a year. Do you still doubt me?, Fattan turned the question around. The man stared in the teary eyeballs before him.
'' Man could have changed, Shazna said, Fattan slipped a strand of Shazna's hair that flew in the wind.
'' I don't deny that. But my assurance is that my heart is Shaz, said Fattan, bringing Shazna's palm to the chest of her field. Tears can no longer be contained, without permission the clear grains melted on Shazna's cheeks.
Fattan grabbed the woman's body and took her into a hug.
'' Why ?, '' Shazna shrieked in between her sobs.
'' Maybe God still wants to test my love, '' said Fattan increasingly tightened his embrace. Shazna sobbed in the arms of the man whose name had not been completely erased in the heart. Fattan was his first love. His first hug and even his first kiss. It's hard to erase about that guy in his life. And now when the wound gets wet again, the man offers his antidote. When he felt comfortable with the existence of the man, now he had to be left back. Oh, what plan is written in his love destiny ?.
Fattan let go of her embrace, wiping the tears with her two thumbs.
'' Are you willing to wait for me?, asked Fattan to make the day look mosquito net. In the roar of tears still reminiscing on her cheeks, Shazna nodded surely. Fattan's reflexes re-embraced the body. Both are immersed in the story of their past.
And the cloud of light up there, bears witness to two hearts still bound to one taste. The half-in heart releases it.
