Chapter 23 Destruction

Toni sat on the porch of the empty house. He saw that no ghosts were left behind. He then cast a few spells to summon Bu Ratih's spirit before the destruction of the house.

Toni was holding a doll that looked like a jalangkung. Not long after, the puppet twitched the summoned mark that had entered his body.

Toni spoke and there was a voice from the headscarf. The voice was sobbing and it was the voice of Madam Ratih.

"Son..forgive mom....."

Rangga sat beside Toni who called out the spirit.

"Mom....." Rangga cried sobbing.

"Jaga your sister Sintia son...."

"Yes Mom....."

Toni then asked Ratih.

"Who made you like this?" ask Toni.

"He is the one under the bridge. There are people who want me as a victim. Free me from being their follower" said the ghost of Ratih Bu vaguely.

"Do you mind if we destroy the house you bought?"

"If for the good of my children, then destroy it! I'll help you...."

"Well, if you allow it then the process of destruction will begin immediately...."

"Just destroy. If there wasn't this house, then there wouldn't be a family that lost its brother,"

Suddenly the voice of Mrs Ratih disappeared.

Toni took the doll and handed it to Rangga.

"Can't call him too long.we'll soon start his destruction...."

Toni wakes up and tells the residents to pour oil around the haunted house.

"Are you sure none of your stuff is left there? If there's a take!"

"I've taken it all out. You can start destroying it!"

"Yes. Okay...." Mr. Jono then walked away from the residents and began to pour all the water around the residents' houses.

Residents along with Rangga and Toni will now burn down the haunted house.

They're pouring kerosene.

"Now!" Toni gave aba-aba.

The fire quickly devoured the haunted house.

Some residents kept the fire from extinguishing before the house was completely destroyed.

Suddenly there was the sound of a baby crying from inside the house.

"Toni! There's a baby inside!"

"It cannot be allowed. I have to put out the fire!"

"Andar! Stop that!" shouted Mr. Bayan annoyed staring at Danar. But Danar did not care and still poured water towards the house that has not burned everything.
