After the death of Mrs Ratih there was a feast for seven consecutive days inside the empty house. The party runs from 11pm to 3am. No citizen dared to pass by because if he had a sixth sense, then he would see along the way the spirits who came to celebrate a victory.
The house faces the cemetery which is located on a cliff. And in the cemetery also saw the sound of drums perched.
However, after three in the morning came the sound of crying from the grave. Madam Jono who was going to go to the market early in the morning heard that voice.
"Sir..try listening. It's like someone's crying...." Mr. Jono who was driving directly stopped his motorbike right in front of the grave door.
"What do we want, sir, to come here?"
"We'll see who's crying, ma'am, who knows he needs our help"
"But sir, where could there be a girl here?"
"There was a voice crying, ma'am......"
Mr. Jono and Mr. Jono got off the bike. They then looked for the direction of the crying voice earlier.
"It looks like the voice came from here, sir.." said Bu Jono because he felt anxious and afraid. Entering the cemetery at this hour is still good if you do not meet with kuntilanak or pocong.
But courage comes because of the two of them. If it is alone then it is better not to look for the sound of crying earlier.
"Sir..the voice from underground...."
"What is Mom ...?"
"Try listening, sir...."
"Truely so, Mom. That's kan....."
"The grave belongs to Mr. Ratih...."
"God, sir.means the one who cries is not human...."
"Come sir, we'll get out of here...."
Bu Jono looked at the grave that was still red and only realized the origin of the crying voice.
Bu Jono pulled out Mr. Jono's hand and clasped it tightly.
They ride back to the motorbike and when it will be turned on even the engine dies.
"Oh sir, how is this?" Ma'am Jono who had been piggybacking panicked and stared at the grave earlier. His premonition suddenly became bad as if someone was holding him back from staying here.
This time with a voice for help.
"PLEASE.....!"
"PLEASE.....!"
Mr. Jono and Mr. Jono looked at each other.
"We need to get out of here as soon as possible!"
Then after trying to repeatedly turn on the motor, finally the engine will live too.
"We're going after sir!"
They immediately hit the market with their merchandise.
And once in the market in just ten minutes the trading of Mr. Jono and Bu Jono immediately sold out and there was nothing left.
It is a tradition in the village if they will sell their crops in the morning before sunrise. Ranging from 3am to 5am.
If they come home at 7 it means the trade is quiet. And usually if it is close to 7 o'clock they sell it at a cheap price. The important thing is that the business sells and can be for daily needs.
"Alhamdulillah yes sir. Sweet selling!"
"Yes Mom. Not because it was that morning....".
"This man is all-existent!"
"True ma'am, said people if going to apsar we meet with ghosts, it's a sign that our merchandise will be in demand...."
"Hahahaha.we're not seeing a ghost sir. It was just a sound...."
"Ohh yes ma'am. whose voice is it? His spirit days, Mrs Ratih, wept in her grave. That's impossible...."
"Come on, sir, I'm confused too. Should we tell this to Rangga or not sir.....?"
"Let's just tell Mom. Who knows if his spirit is indeed tortured by Mrs Ratih and wants someone to hear her cry...."
Mr. Jono and Mr. Jono came home happy. While Rangga and Sintia to date stay at his home.
They can't go back to that empty house alone. Residents also prevent the two of them from returning there, because as long as the spirits are still nesting there, the house is not safe for humans.
