BRUCK!!!

The sound of closed doors filled the neatly arranged apartment of Eleanor. That person just walked in, it seemed like he heard Eleanor's thunder-like cry.

The man who attempted to kidnap Eleanor was stunned for a moment, with his eyes round and stiff he tried to find the figure.

"Didn't he live alone?" he thought inwardly.

"Hey! You who?? Meng-," said the person who just went inside.

His speech came to a halt as his eyes aimed at the body of the monster that was struck by the iron chain as if a pet dog was lying helplessly on the floor.

"God! Is this a real monster?" the man muttered, not believing what was in front of his eyes. He took a step back, almost fainting at the spot of seeing it all.

"Yes, this is a monster. I hope you'll help me keep this a secret. I'll take him away from here forever" said the professor.

Yes, the one who tried to kidnap Eleanor was the same professor as the one who accidentally saw Eleanor when she turned into a monster in that dark little alley.

"Wait first. Let me process this first. My brain is still not digesting. First of all, I came to find my friend. Then, I heard a screaming sound from this apartment room, and when I came in...."

His hand held onto his nape, his eyes turning upwards trying to think hard.

"I saw you trying to tie a monster with an iron chain. Yes, MONSTER. Holy hooch! What's going on here. Can you explain to me who he is?" ask the professor.

"He is a human who can turn into a monster at certain times and he is very dangerous for humans. You see this, this is the wound he just made on me, he tried to strangle me and throw me into the corner," said the professor while pointing at the fresh wound around the neck area.

"Then, who are you?"

"I'm professor. I got a government call to take him," he said, lying.

"Can you prove it? Otherwise, I'm sorry I can't. I think the owner of this place should see what happens here first" he said after thinking for a long time. He begins to assemble a number of events that make him start to think the monster is Eleanor.

"I was in a hurry. I forgot to bring my identity. It's dangerous, you can't control it,"

The hand of the person who had just entered took the umbrella belonging to Eleanor that was located behind her. He began to approach the professor slowly, and ... BAMM!!

The professor fell down with just one umbrella blow on the back of his head as he stared at Eleanor's massive body.

He pulled the professor's body out of Eleanor's house. After that he locked tightly and locked the door of his ashes.

The man then took the blanket that was still folded tangled on top of the bed and enveloped the body of the monster that was still lying on the floor, he was unable to lift a body 2 times larger than him to get into bed.

A few hours passed and Eleanor's body only began to slowly shrink back as the effects of the evil professor's injections.

"Eleanor?"

The man did not believe what he saw, his initial guess was proven to be true. He began to get one by one answers to the problems he had been rumbling about, before all the problems turned into other problems that were even more complicated.

Without him noticing, his eyes glazed over and a tear came out and was held in the corner of his eye. He regretted something, once.

A few moments later....

"Revelation! Stay away from me! Don't you dare touch me, short man!" eleanor shouted suddenly, she who was from there was still sleeping had a nightmare instead of a beautiful one.

The man sitting right beside her who was tightly grasping her hands, narrowed his eyes, frowned. He who was still confused by the incident that he had just seen with his own eyes was increasingly confused because of the speech of Eleanor's subconscious.

It is not short in stature! Baffled by all this, he wanted to immediately interrogate Eleanor and ask about all the things that made her curious. He still can't believe what happened. How can humans be monsters?

Of course, it is difficult to understand and understand. Can you imagine if you saw a monster with your own eyes, what was your reaction? You would be surprised to thrash around, it could be that you died where you saw it all. This is what happened to the man who just saved Eleanor from the professor.

"Baylor's? You-" said Eleanor, who had just regained consciousness, her condition was still very weak at the moment.

"Yes, it's me, Ele," he answered slowly to Eleanor, who was still weak.

"W-you saved me from that short guy?" eleanor asked quietly, trying to sit with her blanket wrapped because she was not dressed right now.

Baylor who was beside him deftly helped him get a comfortable position to sit.

"Yes. And, you take it easy, you're still safe. I didn't touch you at all" Baylor said, trying to defrost the situation, but to no avail, Eleanor remained silent, not reacting.

To be honest Baylor is still in shock with all this. However, he only wanted to hear the explanation from his best friend when Eleanor was calmer.

"You see everything?" eleanor asked, breaking the silence.

"You mean?"

Baylor was confused by Eleanor's question, it could lead to all branches.

"You see when I turn into .... another creature?" Eleanor clarified her question as she calmed down.

"Yes. I didn't go with the team because one of my friends was sick and I went to see him. Then I decided to visit you at your apartment.

When I arrived on the 8th floor, I tried to search your room. Suddenly I heard a terrible scream. I went straight inside and someone tried to tie the monster with an iron chain and I tried to stop it." Baylor explained everything at length.

"Why are you hiding something this big from me, Eleanor Devacio?" ask Baylor hysterically. He only called Eleanor by her full name when he was upset.

"W-are you afraid of me?" eleanor asked a moment later.

"Small and moment. I'm not afraid of you anymore, Ele. You don't have to hesitate to tell me. W-why did you keep it a secret from me, Ele?" baylor said, the look on his face looked so anxious, worried, sad, all mixed into one.

"I'm even afraid of myself. How can you not be afraid of me?" eleanor stammered.

"Because you're my best friend, Ele. How this gentle creature could hurt me. I'll never leave you alone. I promise you, Eleanor Devacio. I will take care of you all my life" Baylor said with a smile.

Eleanor was silent at Baylor's words.

"Do you remember when you asked me if I was afraid of monsters, what was my answer?" said Baylor softly.

A few years ago....

"Ele, what are you reading?" said Baylor who came to Eleanor who was sitting quietly in class at recess, where usually other children were busy running in the school field.

"Hey, Lor! I'm reading a novel about monsters. Do you believe that monsters exist?" eleanor asked, looking towards Baylor.

"Yes, I believe enough in that. What's up?" said Baylor innocently.

"I thought that the monster only lived in the virtual world" Eleanor muttered.

***

"Yes, you said you believed," said Eleanor, staring at Baylor, her eyes twinkling.

It had been a long time since Eleanor's last expression was like that.

"Truly, when I first saw him, I almost fainted. However, I feel something is wrong. I also felt that there was an attraction between me and the monster. I thought it might be you but the thought was always on my head" Baylor explained.

The two lovebirds were swept away in grief, crying sobbing. Baylor hugged Eleanor, trying to calm her down. It had been a long time since Eleanor discovered such warmth again, it felt like she was already whole again. He did not want to let go of Baylor's embrace, begging for time to stop at that moment.

Things began to change one by one in Eleanor's mind. He who did not find his life spirit again suddenly found a new glimmer of hope with the presence of Baylor. He who felt his life empty suddenly felt that he already had the whole world with Baylor.

Yes, Baylor. Baylor is the meaning of Eleanor's life, it seems that the lost taste is beginning to grow back, even the sense that it is rooted more and more strongly in her heart that will never waver.
