WE (MONSTERS) ARE REAL

santi Miadami - Santi

Both of them were very excited to read more in the book. Trying to find the solution they have been waiting for.

After almost 4 hours, they finally finished reading the hope-giver's book. However, deep behind the quetiaw, the two just stared at each other and shook their heads in despair.

In the book there is not a speck of stain about the solution. Just leave a sad ending: a monster man who goes away is kept away from the world by the one above.

Eleanor held back her tears that kept forcing her to come down. Unlike Eleanor, Baylor does not seem desperate. He kept flipping through page after page, front cover and also back. Until a high-voltage power flowed and turned on the idea lamp in his head.

The thumb and middle he attached then pushed it which then produced a sound.

"Ele" said Baylor, facing Eleanor and gripping her shoulders, "I know." His index finger pointed to a name.

Eleanor did not understand Baylor's implied message. On top of his head seemed to appear a big question mark, which meant that he was confused.

"meaning?" eleanor asked even more confused as she thought about it.

"The author," Baylor answered, slightly widening Eleanor's eyes. "Writer! He must have experienced it, or he knew about this," he said again exploding which Eleanor finally realized.

"Lor," said Eleanor gently with beaming eyes.

"But how do you find a writer?" the question returned after digesting it even further.

Baylor lowered his gaze, looking for a way to find the author. "Ahh, I have a friend, he works at a publishing company, I will contact him immediately," he said suddenly after a deep seriousness.

"Where, Lor. Have you heard from your friend yet?" eleanor asked as she turned to Baylor, who was watching a live football match on television in Baylor's apartment.

"Hmm, you check yourself, hehe. Again, Ele. I wanted a goal, nih," Baylor told Eleanor, but her eyes could not be removed from the television screen.

"Your password?" ask Eleanor.

"Your name" Baylor replied.

"Huh? For what?" eleanor said in disbelief, then her hand quickly typed 'eleanor' and pressed the enter button, but the small screen instead showed a 'wrong password'. He then typed 'eleanor' again and again.

"Lor, what a mistake," Eleanor grumbled.

"What emank did you type?" baylor asked, looking at Eleanor.

"My name," Eleanor replied casually and her lips were advancing more than a little.

"Ciahhh, really bad, Ele. Hahahahaha, what I mean is type 'your name'," Baylor said, laughing heartily at Eleanor's innocent behavior.

"Huhh, you're the one, you're the one" said Eleanor, snorting with Baylor's mischievous behavior.

After a long and humiliating struggle, Eleanor finally managed to open a Baylor phone.

He then pressed the Whatsapp application and stalked the Baylor chat. He frowned and looked at the small screen he was holding with a puzzled look.

"Lor, he's already avenged!" eleanor said excitedly but confused.

"What did he say?" asked Baylor who was immediately excited as soon as he heard Eleanor's words. He immediately left his soft sofa and live football broadcast, then moved to sit in front of Eleanor.

"Wideon City, Boster Street, No. 04" Eleanor said.

They repeat the word constantly shuffling one by one their memory, trying to remember something.

"Wideon City, the city of mystery!" they said along with shocked gazes.

"You sure we should go there?" eleanor said, she seemed afraid that she would have to set foot in the city, let alone her entire body.

"Yes, we have to go there" Baylor said, staring at Eleanor, trying to convince her best friend, despite her hesitation to let them go.

"Follow," they said, again at the same time.

"The holidays? You two?" asked the manager while shaking his waist and looking intently at the two people standing before him.

"Yes, Mom. We have an important event to attend" Baylor said.

"You two? Attending an important event?" ask again.

"Yes, Mom. In our hometown." Eleanor's turn explained.

"Hmm, if it's important, you need to find a boss. I can't just give you permission if you want a month off. It was a sabbatical," the manager said.

"Alright, then, ma'am. Weexcuse you. I'm sorry to interrupt" Baylor said with a faint smile at the manager's mom, then turned their back slowly and walked into the boss's office.

"Hmmm, what did the two of them say to Madam Manager?" favid murmured in his heart, but soon he returned to focus on his computer screen.

Htc .. tok .. tok....

"Excuse me, sir," they said simultaneously.

"Come in, come in" said their jolly boss.

"Excuse me, Sir. Are we disturbing?" baylor.

"Hohoooo's.... No no no" he said with a laugh and floated his index finger left and right, "of course you don't bother me at all. What was? Why are your faces so ugly?"

"Emmm.... Sorry, Mister. We want to ask for a full month's leave" Eleanor stammered as she stared at her boss's bead with a clear face.

"What's? You two want to ask for a leave? A month?" he shouted, very excited with his loud voice.

Eleanor and Baylor simply nodded in response to their boss's question.

"Y-you are the bearer of good luck to us. The company has just improved, and you're asking for a leave? Nay! Give a clear reason as consideration for me," said their boss sir while shaking his waist, just like their manager's reaction.

"Emm, so look, sir. Eleanor and I were from the same town, Delson city, and both my parents and Eleanor's father were good friends. It just so happened that the three of them were going on vacation, traveling around to other countries, and taking us both. As a good boy, we want to make their wishes come true, sir" Baylor said.

"Is that right, Eleanor?" asked the boss while playing next to his eyebrows at Eleanor.

Yes, Sir. That's all true" said Eleanor, nodding her head and smiling sweetly.

"You are truly sweet and devoted children. All right then, I grant you your leave. But don't forget to give it to me, yeah. Hohohooo," said the boss while patting slowly on Baylor's shoulder. He understood that the old man's wish was the sky of all the heavens, and he himself felt it.

"Ready, thank you, sir," Baylor said with a big smile displaying his white teeth and bowing his 90° body to his boss.

"Thank you very much, sir." It was Eleanor's turn to salute her boss.

"Alright, if your business is done, you can go out. Hehe, I want to continue eating," said the boss, a big smile on his round face and his distended stomach had shrunk with hunger.

"Well, sir," they said simultaneously and then walked out of the large private room.
