The Cottage of In-Law Tak Indah
Prayer in a Third Night

Not that Gibran neglected his mother, but indeed he had to focus more on his wife first. It was all also because the weakly lying Giselle needed it more. Again, instead of Gibran subordinating his mother, there must be a priority scale.

Even at the end, Gibran is still to blame by his mother. However, Gibran can accept it because the one who hurt his heart is enough of him, and not Giselle.

With anxiety and panic in his heart, Gibran chose to take ablution. He then held a prayer mat and faced in the direction of the Qibla. Then he continued with Tahajud Prayer.

"Ushallii sunnatat-tahajudi rack’ataini (mustaqbilal qiblati) lillahi ta’aalaa."

Meaning:

"I intend to pray sunnah tahajud two rakaat (with facing qibla) because Allah Ta’ala.”

Start Gibran prostrating in prayer in one third of the night. When the heart was so troubled, the answer seemed not to be found Gibran chose to reassure his heart to God. Begging for His mercy and mercy. When the conscience was unstoppable, Gibran decided to seek God.

"O Allah, I beg of You. May God soften Mother's heart. To make him accept and love Giselle. The servant knows that the servant's wife loves the mother and every day always expects the affection of her mother-in-law. If only God can turn the heart of man, please turn the heart of Mother. Make him look at Giselle with a different perspective."

In prostration for a third of the night, Gibran revealed all of his heart to God. Unrestfallen, Gibran can say it all to God, the Owner of his Life. In his prostration and thanksgiving, in his fret and judgment, Gibran was sure that God would listen to everything.

"Allahumma rabbana lakal hamdu. Anta qayyimus samawati wal ardhi wa man fii hinna. Wa lakal hamdu anta malikus samawati wal ardhi wa man fii hinna. Wa lakal hamdu anta nurus samawati wal ardhi wa man fii hinna. Wa lakal hamdu antal. Wa haqq. Wa liqa’uka haqq. Wa qauluka. Wal jannatu haqq's. Wan naru haqq's. Wan nabiyyuna. Wa Muhammadun shallallahu alaihi wasallama. Was the haqq.

Allahumma laka ashlamtu's. Wa bika amantu's. Wa ‘alaika. Ilaika anabtu. Wa bika khashamtu's. Ilaika hakamtu.

Meaning:

"O Allah, O our Lord, praise be to Thee, You are the enforcer of the heavens, the earth, and the creatures therein. Praise be to You, You are the ruler of the heavens, the earth, and the creatures within. Praise be to You, You are the light of the heavens, the earth, and the creatures within. Praise be to You, You are All Right. Your promise is true. The meeting with you will be true. Your word is true. Heaven is real. Hell is like that too. The prophets are right. Similarly, Prophet Muhammad SAW is right. The Day of Resurrection is true.

O my Lord, I surrender to You. To You I also believe. To You I resigned. Only to You I return. For Thy sake I am willing to fight. Only to You is the basis of my judgment. Therefore forgive my past and future sins, the sins I hide and speak, and other sins that You know more than I do. You Are the Most Past and You Are the Most Expected. There is no God but You. There is no power or strength other than Allah's help."

Ending his prayers, Gibran surrendered to Allah. Full surrender to God. May Allah hearken to his prayer and show his guidance to his mother.

After performing the Tahajud Prayer. Gibran ended by rubbing his face slowly and then folding the prayer mat he was now wearing. The man felt calmer in his heart. Feel shady. When a man feels his life is full of heavy burdens. The best way to go is to ask God.

Later, Gibran sits on the edge of the gurney where Giselle is still lying. She looked at Giselle with her sad face. Dive into also the conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law that seems to never end.

"Reply recover and be aware, dear. Don't worry, I'll always be with you. We'll go through it all together" Gibran murmured softly.

The next day ....

Giselle's awake. The effects of the injected drug made him sleep. Indeed it is a way to restore his energy, and make him not too weak.

When Giselle's eyelids opened, Gibran got up and sat on the edge of her safe. Gibran immediately greeted Giselle who had just woken up.

"Morning, my dear .. You slept all night. How is it better now?" tanyakanya.

Then Giselle nodded her head. "Much better, Mommy. Thank you," he replied.

"No need to thank me. I will always take care of you, my dear. Focus on healing first yeah," said Gibran.

Giselle nodded faintly, "Yes, hopefully soon to recover and I can go home," he replied.

Gibran smiled as well. The man chose to nod his head. Now, Gibran must sort out what information Giselle is allowed to hear. All that so that Giselle is also mentally and emotionally stable. Thinking heavy to cause stress is also dangerous for pregnant women.

"Ssshhs, my hand hurts, Mas," complained Giselle now with a slight hiss.

The pain in Giselle's hand was certainly due to an infusion needle attached to her hand. Makes his hands hurt and look swollen. However, it must survive because indeed now there are still some drugs that must be injected through the infusion.

"It's okay. Patience first, the important thing is that you get healthy fast and our baby is fine" Gibran said.

Giselle then nodded her head. Indeed now the important thing can be healthy soon and also the baby will be fine. The safety of her baby is much more precious to Giselle.

"Rather than myself, I'm more afraid of something happening with my baby" Giselle said.

"Not so, honey. I'm worried about you and our baby. Hope you're all right" Gibran replied.

Between his wife and his baby, of course, both are equally valuable. Two people Gibran loved with all his heart. Now, Gibran will focus on his wife first. Later when he came home, Gibran would meet his mother and apologize to the mother again.
