اَللهُمَّ احْفَظْ وَلَدِىْ مَادَامَ فِى بَطْنِىْ وَاشْفِهِ اَنْتَ شَافٍ لاَشِفَاءَ اِلاَّ شِفَاؤُما شِفَاءً لَقاؤُما شِفَاءً لَقاؤُماً اَللهُمَّ صَوِّرْهُ حَسَنَةً وَثَبِّتْ قَلْبَهُ اِيْمَانًابِكَ وَبِرَسُوْلِكَ. اَللهُمَّ اَخْرِجْهُ مِنْ بَطْنِىْ وَقْتَ وِلاَدَتِىْ سَهْلاً وَّتَسْلِيْمًا. اَللهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ صَحِيْحًا كَامِلاً وَعَاقِلاً حَاذِقًا عَلِمًا عَامِلاً. اللهم طول عمره وصحح جسده وحسن خلقه وافصح لسانه واحسن صوته لقراءة الحديث والقرآن ببركة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم والحمد لله رب العالمين.

It means: "O Allah, may You protect my baby as long as it is in my womb, Give him health with me. Verily, You are the Healer. There is no health other than the health that You give, health that does not end with other diseases. O Allah, form him in his mother's belly in a beautiful form and establish his heart in faith in You and Your Apostle. O Allah, take him out of his mother's belly at his birth easily in safety and with a beautiful and perfect form. O Allah, make him a healthy and perfect child, a wise and wise man, and willing to put his knowledge into practice. O Allah, extend his age, so that his body, give him good deeds, be eloquent and give his voice to read Al-Qu'ran and Al Hadith with the blessing of Prophet Muhammad SAW. And praise be to God the Lord of the Universe."
