The sun showed his face. Last night Agasa woke up to write a blueprint of the Quantum Reactor Arc until he finally fell asleep on the desk.
Meanwhile, the boy who was chased last night by dozens of zombies was sleeping soundly inside the tent. The wound on his arm has been treated. It looks like Teo is relaxing while on the edge of the building wall divider.
"You awake?" Tanya Teo while sipping hot black coffee.
"Where did you get that coffee?" Ask Agasa while yawning.
"Where did you forget us?" Teo Say.
"Aha, did you just hunt for food downstairs?" Think Agasa.
"Unfortunately for this morning no, because the floor below has been filled with dozens of zombies" Teo said.
"A zombie? why did they get to the seventh floor?" Ask Agasa confused.
"Blood" replied Teo.
"blood? Yours?" Ask Agasa confused.
"Not, but it belongs to the child sleeping in the tent" Teo replied.
I realized that there was a boy sleeping in the tent. He woke up without seeing who was sleeping next to him.
"Tents? is there anyone in the tent?" Ask Agasa. He looked into the tent.
"Boy, where did it come from?" Ask Agasa to Teo. He sees from a distance.
"Last night, he just ran a marathon with the zombies. The wound on his right arm made the zombies follow him. I just think they like the smell of blood" Teo said.
"You helped him? Good," said Agasa. He brewed a coffee sachet in a cup that Teo had washed.
Before it brews, Agasa looks at its expiration date. There is still one month left before it expires.
"Then, what did we eat this morning? Canned sardines again, is it?" ask Agasa. He smokes the coffee he brews.
"I just shot two low-flying pigeons. You can start cooking it, I just cleaned it up" Teo said.
He put down his cup and took the bow he found in the office warehouse.
"That powder, can you use it?" Ask Agasa.
"of course. I'm pretty good at using an arrowhead" said Teo, who sipped back on his coffee.
"Is this destiny? You are like a hero in the world of anime genre isekai in Japan. Is there anything else you haven't told me?" Think Agasa. He mocked Teo with a smile.
The two stared straight at the boundary of the horizon that was on the sidelines of the abandoned city building. Smile at each other and laugh at what they say.
"From thinking of me, it's better to think of upgrading a weapon. These arrows are limited, I have to make new arrows just in case," Teo said.
"Is there any tooling? We can make it from the iron panels that are here. Or do you need a wood-based one?" Ask Agasa.
"Whatever it is, I accept it" Teo replied.
He put down his coffee cup and took his bow. Teo tried to shoot a cup that was placed on the edge of the building.
Slowly, he pulled the bowstring. Both of his eyes stared straight at the cup. He exhaled for a moment and immediately released his bowstring.
One arrow shot out fast.
WHOA!!!
NAH!!!
The cup was hit by an arrow until it fell down on several zombies.
Moments later, from inside the tent, the child had just woken up. He yawns while stretching the body. It smelled like burnt meat.
He turned his head out of the tent, the glare of sunlight reflecting glare into his eyes. He saw an old man grilling a meat shaped like a chicken.
"You're sober?" Tanya Teo sat in front of Agasa while putting together 3 dishes for them.
"Did I faint?" Ask the boy.
"Come on, you passed out and continued to fall asleep until morning" said Agasa.
He lifted the flesh from the fire.
The boy sat beside Agasa in embarrassment. His stomach was rumbling, indicating he was so hungry. From now on, he continued to look towards the meat that was being cut by Agasa.
"Eat, you need a lot of energy for this morning" Agasa said, giving the boy a cut of meat.
"What's your name?" Ask Agasa.
The boy ate very well. He did not even respond to Agasa's question.
"Slow down, you can choke later" Teo said.
He sat down next to Agasa after finishing archery practice. Teo took a piece of his flesh and ate it slowly.
"Have your hands healed?" Ask Agasa back.
"Huh? Oh, already. Alwi's arm is healed" he said with a smile.
"Alwis? Is that your name?" Ask Agasa.
"Yes right, Cake." Alwi continued eating again.
"Look? Pffftt…." Teo held back a laugh.
"Shut up! And you! Call me Professor Agasa," Agasa snapped.
"Si–ready, Professor!" exclaimed Alwi as his hand saluted.
Teo could not resist the ridiculous joke Alwi just casually called. But it broke the silence in the morning.
"Where is your country from?" Ask Agasa.
"Indonesia, right, right?" Ask Teo.
"Do you know where? Ask Alwi.
"Please let us be a match. My brother is also from Indonesia. And this old geezer is from Japan" Teo explained.
"Where are we really, brother? Why are there zombies? This is Jakarta, isn't it?" Ask Alwi streak.
"Professor, make yourself useful with that title" Teo said.
"It sucks!" Agasa's upset in the heart.
"At this moment we are in a parallel world, Alwi. More precisely the 2nd Earth from our Earth, or referred to as a mirror world or another universe," explained Agasa.
"Do you understand?" Ask Teo.
"So this is the 2nd Earth or another Universe. Then why are we here?" Ask Alwi again.
"Last time, Alwi was teaching at home, and suddenly there was a dazzling white light from outside the house. Alwi could no longer see. And suddenly Alwi is already in this city," said Alwi confused.
"Oh, it's because of her fault" pointed Teo to Agasa.
"Thank you, and now I feel like a multiverse villain for getting you both stranded here" Agasa said.
"meaning?" Alwi asked confusedly.
"The bottom line is the energy storm caused by the Quantum Ark explosion is the cause, done, point!" Seru Teo's.
"Whenever we meet another person again we should explain in detail the reason for his being here?" Tanya Teo who was feeling annoyed.
"I think we can do open recruitment and do the introduction as often as possible" joked Agasa. He laughed off.
After the three of them finished their meal, Teo prepared the honed katana. He also prepared bows and arrows, as well as some knives and axes.
Then, Agasa chose to return to the office space. He wants to complete the blueprint of the Arc Quantum Reactor as soon as possible.
Alwi, who was confused about what to do, chose to approach Teo. He saw what Teo was doing.
"Are you going hunting?" Alwi tried to hold the bow and tried to style like archery.
"You can shoot?" Ask Teo.
"Of course, Alwi had participated in an amateur arrow competition and champion two," he replied.
"Champions two only? It means you're not very expert yet" Teo said. He held up his katana again.
"Where will you hunt? Ask Alwi.
"Senayan stadium area and toll road" said Teo.
"Alwi forgot, we are in Jakarta. Can Alwi come?" Ask the boy.
"Hold that bow and arrow, don't get lost and damaged" Teo said. He beckoned Alwi to come along.
"Ready!" Shouted Alwi with a smile.
Teo did not say goodbye to Agasa. He immediately took Alwi down the rooftop stairs and headed to the corridor barricaded by Teo.
The zombies had already disappeared, but Teo tried to step slowly and asked Alwi to wait behind him.
He peeked out of the furniture pile. When he felt safe, Teo immediately removed the barricade from the corridor. Alwi helped him.
"They're missing? How's it possible?" Ask Alwi Curious.
"I don't care, the important thing is that we can get the hunted animals today" Teo said. He guided Alwi by walking in front of him.
Alwi was on standby with his bow and arrows. He looked around, his heart was beating fast, he felt fear and anxiety at the same time. Slowly walking, they went down the escalator to the ground floor.
"Alwi's blood doesn't exist?" Alwi asked confusedly.
"Maybe they licked it. Like wine, that's your blood" Teo thought. They're out of the shopping mall area.
"Stop!" exciting Teo.
He stopped stepping, in front of him there was a zombie who was silent while staring at Teo with a blank look.
"You can shoot right on his forehead?" Ask Teo.
"Alwi try, yeah?" He took the horses to shoot. Slowly Alwi pulled his bowstring and released one arrow that shot straight.
WHOA!!!
The arrow stuck into the left eye of the zombie. He fell backwards and didn't move.
"Nice! But it missed, but it's good, but it's ugly" Teo said.
He approached the zombie and pulled the arrow back. Teo immediately cleaned up the rotten black blood marks belonging to the creature.
"Are you actually praising or insulting?" Alwi asked confusedly.
"Hurry now! We need to hurry!" Shouted Teo started running. Alwi followed him from behind.
THE DUAR!!!
Instantly Teo was surprised and stopped. His eyelids were hit by bullets from firearms. He told Alwi to stop and take shelter behind him.
He saw someone standing smoking and holding a gun.
"It turns out there are still some alive, I thought I killed them all" said the stranger.
Beside him were five human corpses that had just been killed with gunshots and stabs in their bodies.
"You killed them all?" Ask Teo.
His hand picked up the knife he had placed in the back pocket of his pants. Teo clasped the knife tightly while keeping watch.
"They're just garbage in this virtual gaming world" said the stranger.
"Game World? Do you think we're in a virtual reality game right now?" Tanya Teo is back.
"Then what? It can't be real earth, can it?" reply back.
"Me, Teo!" He was trying to make peace.
"Jeremiah," he answered.
"Do you know the consequences of killing them?" Ask Teo.
"Sinful?" answer Jeremiah.
"That's one of them, and the other is you luring zombies to come!" Shouted Teo.
Suddenly from the other direction, hundreds of herds of zombies came from two turns of the road.
they ran in droves towards the pile of corpses near Jeremiah.
"Where to go, brother!" Shouted Alwi in fear.
