The Hidden Pyramid
The fire was burning with the silence of the night in the desert. The rock cliffs where they camped became a protective base from the wind that night.
Rashad's grandfather walked over to Kaito with a plate of food and a glass of drink.
"Please enjoy the master"
Kaito just quietly took the food and drink, then ate it. Rashid's grandfather sat down and lit a cigarette.
"Is it, sir, in this desert there are often things that don't make sense. Sometimes a cliff like this can be a dead end for people traveling"
Kaito just keeps quiet and enjoys his food, Rashid's grandfather continues his story while smoking his cigarette.
"Well, sometimes a safe place can be a grave for us who feel comfortable"
The food ran out and placed plates and glasses. Kaito picks up a cigarette and then turns it on and listens to Rashid's grandfather's story.
"Do you feel comfortable if we spend the night here ?"
"Some time, but I feel like something bad is going to happen"
"That's it, if anything bad happens. You're gonna help us, aren't you Mr Kaito ?"
Kaito just silently looked up at the sky while smoking a cigarette. Rashid's grandfather smiled at Kaito, and then brought the plate and glass to where Salamah's grandmother was still busy reading the map. In Kaito's heart could only whisper.
"This cold thing remembers me, in the place that almost killed me when I first got here"
Kaito lay on the sand while occasionally closing his eyes. The atmosphere was so calm as to be a lullaby for her. In the silent silence it sounded faintly - faint sounds of Rashid's grandfather and Salamah's grandmother were speaking. The faint voice was tried to understand him, but only a few words were able to catch him. The two of them were talking about the contents of the map and some things about the old memories of the old kingdom. Kaito continued to close his eyes and continued to listen to the faint sounds from them.
The wind blows with a fast and accompanied by sand carried by the wind through the cliff gap where they camped. The sound of Rashid's grandfather and Salamah's grandmother arguing to decide the path that will pass tomorrow. The two of them argue hard enough to make Kaito sleepless. Kaito wakes up to open his eyes and uses lightning steps up the cliff where they camped.
"Basically, why did the two of them even argue. The road can be thought of tomorrow why they should argue. Well it's a hassle 'cause they I don't get to sleep"
"What strange place is this ? why is there such a place in the middle of the desert ? though it was noon when we passed through here there was no Pyramid"
The astonished Kaito only spoke to himself as he stared at the entrance that the 2 Sphinx looked at guarding him. Kaito also without hesitation walked towards the entrance to the Pyramid. He came in front of the entrance and saw him on the right and left of the pair of Sphinx as if staring at him and preparing to attack. Kaito paid little heed to the two statues and stared down at the entrance to the Pyramids. The road that looked dark and safe, made him remember the words of Rashid's grandfather.
"Is this what is called looking safe but not necessarily safe ?"
Kaito let out his ball of lightning to light it and walked inside. Suddenly the two statues moved to close the entrance right after he entered the Pyramid.
"Damn I'm stuck, I just need to walk until I find the exit"
Kaito stared at the road in front of him and walked calmly. The atmosphere that felt safe made him become more alert. Accidentally Kaito's leg kicked a hard object, he also directed a ball of lightning around his leg. To Kaito's surprise, there were countless skeletons of human heads and body parts scattered on the ground where he stood.
"Damn, this makes me feel nostalgic about where I used to be when I got this necklace"
With a calm step, Kaito walked over to all the scattered bones. The road was so quiet and it began to show strange. Many bones were as if trying as running and there were some skulls that acted like crawling. Kaito who felt suspicious began to be more careful. Until suddenly there was a sound like a tiger from inside the hallway. The voice sounded far away, but surely all the hallways felt shaken by it. Kaito walked in slow steps and accidentally stepped on a mine in the hallway. The roof of the hallway began to open and dropped many stones that would befall Kaito. He calmly took out a lightning shield that made all the stones shatter. Kaito who was getting used to his strength made him not too worried about all the traps or the enemies who would attack him. Kaito walked by continuously activating his lightning shield, and left the spot of the first mine. On each trip along the hallway almost all contain mines, but Kaito was able to survive because of his protector.
"This mine is like my playground. So remember the same goa who almost killed me first hahaha"
With pleasure and ease Kaito just laughed enjoying every mine that failed to hit him. Every mine that was willing to approach Kaito, all were destroyed along with the moment it touched his lightning shield
keep active. Arriving from inside the hall came a loud noise and getting closer at full speed towards Kaito. The sound of footsteps and movements getting closer made the entire hallway seem to be shaken so hard. Kaito just silently waited for what would come to attack him.
"Come, attack me !!! haha"
Kaito's arrogant voice and self-confidence made the atmosphere even more tense. Suddenly the tail attack shot towards Kaito's lightning shield and made him bounce quite far from the position he was standing before. The strong power of the tail attack made Kaito's spirit even more burning.
"Finally, a powerful enemy appeared to test my strength now haha"
The vibration from the hallway was increasingly felt with the growling approaching. Kaito closed his right eye, and focused towards the front. It was time for the monster to appear right standing in front of Kaito, ready to attack.
