Out of the Desert

The journey is quite tiring, a lot of trials in an attempt to get out of the place. Yes this time Kaito was a great success, he managed to get out of the cave that almost killed him.

But outside the cave is not a village, not a river, not a mountain, there is only a stretch of sand and the sun is glowing with very bright. Kaito sits in front of the mouth of the cave.

"How do I go ? I have to fight again with the heat of the desert ? what should I do ?"

Kaito was confused to see outside the cave there was only sand that was hot enough. Kaito stared at every corner of the desert and not the slightest look of the village, all he saw was a sand and the scorching heat of the sun.

"What should I do ? there's no way I'm going through that place, and there's no way I'm just gonna stay here"

Kaito who felt confused decided to sleep in front of the mouth of the cave.

"Try I can do something great to get out of this desert hmm"

Kaito gets bored just sitting down and he gets up and starts walking in the hot desert. His feet were burning with the heat of the desert. Kaito just looked ahead and hoped to find a settlement or shelter as soon as possible.

I don't know how long he's been walking, but he hasn't stopped at all to rest. His steps were faster walking in the desert, he looked at the front there was a lake with a lot of coconut trees. Kaito was astonished by what he saw.

"Great there's a lake ahead there, I need to hurry to that place"

Kaito ran towards the lake, but when it began to approach suddenly the lake disappeared. He felt like he was being played and sitting on the sand.

"Sial turned out to be just a mirage, I was tired and thirsty. Isn't there any water here huh huh"

Kaito lay tired, and he closed his eyes.

"I'm tired of wanting to sleep, hopefully after sleep there's an answer to my problem"

Kaito fell asleep on the hot sand, suddenly a strong wind blew carrying sand around him. Kaito opened his eyes and took off his mana forming a lightning shield. The sandstorm was split apart due to the lightning shield, instantly he recalled which ability.

"Truely, I should have used my mana ability to get out of this desert"

Kaito uses his lightning steps and stops his lightning shield. Kaito's speed is so fast that each step can move quite far. He ran at full speed and made the desert sand split in half due to his speed.

"Come in, put the man on the bed"

Kaito put the old man down, he looked at the grandmother. The grandmother checked the man's situation. Kaito just sat on a wooden chair in the corner of the room. After examining the grandfather, the grandmother approached her.

"Would I make you some warm tea ?"

"Sure, thank you"

The grandmother walked over and made tea for Kaito. After a while the tea was provided to Kaito. The grandmother sat next to Kaito and drank her tea.

"Are you the man's brother, son ?"

"Then how's she doing Grandma ?"

"This village used to be so crowded, but everything has diminished since the desert storm and the robbers entered the village"

"Bandits ?"

"Yes, they robbed our place, and kidnapped the young girls in this village"

Kaito fell silent and drank it.

"Didn't anyone catch the robbers ?"
