Chapter 48: Getting a Restaurant!

Hailey could not help but stomp her feet in excitement. “Yeah, you're amazing! I'm so envious of you, you have a husband that circles your fingers, and you can date so many other men without him noticing. Why was I caught on my first try? I even ended up in divorce! It sucks!”

Rachel laughed and said, “Nah, what sets us apart is your ex-husband is a delivery guy while my husband is a businessman. He often goes on business trips. He's rarely in town. So, she didn't have time to catch me cheating at all, hehe.”

“By the way, why did you suddenly ask me out?”

Hailey took out a copy of her contract and handed it to Rachel.

Rachel was surprised to see it. “Wow, honey, you actually made a deal with Ace Corporation on behalf of your family, and they even named the project after you! Greatable. How'd you do it? Did you sleep with the president of Ace Corporation?”

Feeling a bit speechless, Hailey said, “Seriously, don't consider me an easy woman, okay? Am I such a loose woman?”

Rachel pouted with a smile, "Yes, you slept with Tyler Collins just to get investors for your family business, didn't you?"

“You are so annoying!”

At the Ace Corporation's president's office on the same night.

Jordan was having a meeting with Steve Williams, a restaurant chain owner in Orlando.

Steve is a restaurant mogul who is second only to Zack Smith and longtime business rival Zack.

However, Steve could never beat Zack over business tactics and family background. Hence, he was the second best in the industry.

However, all of Steve's restaurants have excellent decorations and strategic locations.

Many of the outlets are directly across the Zack restaurant chain, making them heavy competitors for years.

During Diana's birthday celebration, Zack was one of the guests who vowed to ensure that Jordan would never make a living as a service staff again in the future.

Although Jordan had no enmity with Zack before, he had to pay Zack with his own coins because he wanted to take him to a dead end.

Jordan gave Steve a cigarette and said, "Master. Williams, I'd like to take over all your restaurants in Orlando, and I guarantee I can beat Zack Smith in two months' time. And I'll even make sure that he loses his footing in Orlando. Tell me your price."

Steve's motivation to compete lessened when he was in his fifties. He just wants to earn more money for his son and for the sake of a happy retirement.

After thinking about it for a long time, Steve said, "10 million dollars, I'll let you take over all seven of my restaurants in Orlando for 10 million dollars!"

Jordan agreed without the slightest hesitation, "Deal!"

After buying the seven restaurants, Jordan called Butler Frank.

“All the best graphic designers in the country create the perfect logo for Cloud Cafeteria and ask all seven restaurants I put up a signboard overnight, after the design is complete. I've sent you the address of these seven restaurants. I'd also like you to hire some of the most popular singers today.”

Butler Frank is on standby 24/7 in Orlando. "Yes, Mr. Steele!"

There were many people gathered outside the cafeteria in downtown Orlando.

They all raised their heads and looked at the cafeteria signboard—Cloud Cafeteria!

The font of the words was domineering yet beautiful.

The most astounding thing was the material it was made from, which many people could not deduce.

Those words seemed to be floating in the air!

“Kafeteria has changed its name. Could it belong to the same 'Sunny Restaurant' owner across the street?”

“I know, the owner's name is Zack Smith! Mr. Smith is very rich. He has acquired another restaurant! ”

“He must have spent a lot of money on this. Very cool and magnificent! I'll have dinner here tonight!”

At this time, the Mercedes Benz sedan was speeding slowly, and Zack Smith, Orlando's top restaurant mogul, was sitting in the back seat.

Zack's most famous restaurant is located across from the Cloud Cafeteria. He arrived brightly in the morning.

The reason being last night, Tyler called her to tell her he was going to book the entire restaurant floor for a wedding proposal.

Zack comes to the restaurant in person and instructs the staff members to make preparations and create the perfect atmosphere for Tyler's proposal.

However, he was surprised to find a large crowd outside the cafeteria across from his restaurant when he accidentally glanced out the window.

“Ray, why are there so many people gathered across our restaurant? Pull it here. Come down and see.”

Zack said to his driver.

"Yes, Mr Smith!"

Ray quickly pulled over on the side of the road and walked across the street with Zack.

Many people immediately recognized Zack before he reached the cafeteria.

“Hey, isn't this Mr Smith? Mr. Smith, you're really impressive. You managed to get your old business rival restaurant and even gave it a good name. That signage is also awesome!”

Zack looked up and finally saw the signboard that seemed to be floating in the air!

"What?"

Zack gets a big surprise because the cafeteria name has been changed into one of the themes similar to his!

'Is this an attempt to use my brand for fame? Or are they planning to fight me?'
