Today we decided to go to school even though our streets were still on the asphalt so that the warm asphalt could not be stepped on. I flocked with friends across the river while occasionally looking up at the top of the bridge, although it still needed a few more additions.
"When can this bridge be used? I can't wait to get over the bridge."
"If the bridge is good, does that mean that we can pass there and use a bendi to go to school?" ask Leha again.
"Yes it's possible" Mansur said, making me nod my head. If Mansur answers then everything is right.
Along the way we could only pass in sirens the streets did not dare to set our feet on shiny asphalt stretching so long splitting the still noisy forest filled with wild animals.
During the time we stepped foot, during that time we turned to the left right and made us laugh when Jono who intends to try to touch the asphalt surface. I let go of my laughter as Jono tried to lie on the asphalt. His name is also the village people never see paved roads in the forest.
"Don't lie there, Jono! If the asphalt is still wet and you lie there you'll drown!" leha said a scare made Jono quickly keep his body away from the asphalt.
As we traveled through one by one the tents that were on the road siren until finally the sound of laughter and jest we did stopped after hearing the sound of ape screams that sounded as if he was in pain.
It suddenly made our steps stop quickly and we looked at each other trying to hear the sound of the monkey more clearly.
"Did you hear that voice?" manslur asked, making us all nod our heads.
"It looks like the ape's voice came from that tent!" his pointing made me and the other friends ventured closer to the tent.
"God, there's a caged ape!" panicked Leha who quickly ran over to the monkey who was seen locked in an iron cage.
"We all don't understand why these apes can be in cages."
"Looks like this monkey is still a kid but why is this ape in the cage, huh?" I said ask.
"Just take it off! I'm sorry if the car is locked up like this!"show me making leha look towards the cage trying to find the door that is in the cage.
"Cannot be opened. The cage is padlocked."
"So how should it be?"
"If there is a lock means there is a key and one of them is to look for the key," Mansur explained, making us all speechless.
"Where's the key, huh?"
Long time we were silent trying to find answers, not long ago Mansur stepped closer to a table not far from the tent.
"This is the key" said Mansur who then ran a small approach to us and put the key into the lock hole.
"Yeeee, it's open!!!" we shouted while jumping around happily until the monkey ran away.
"Hey! What are you doing there?!!"
The sound of screaming was heard from behind made us turn to look at some men ya still rubbing his eyes reddened and face is still sleepy.
We simultaneously stepped back until the empty cage was clearly visible making the two men's eyes rounded.
"Loh, my cart! Where'd you guys let go of my collar?" the panic.
"What monkey? The ape in this cage?" ask me a brave ass.
"Yes, that's my cart."
We stepped back as if to maintain the distance between us and the man while a small sobbing sound was heard of course Leha cried again.
"When did this man give birth to monkeys? This monkey lives in the forest not in a cage, why did you catch the monkey anyway?" ask Mansur.
"Yes, sir you shouldn't catch a monkey and put it in a cage, it's called destroying nature."
"One ape you take is equivalent to destroying thousands of generations. If you take it, then die in this forest."
"Alah, the village boy Sok-sokan wanted to reprimand," he was upset.
"Sir, we are indeed village children and we are still small but we are not as stupid as the father." Show Mansur to make almost my heart come off just like that.
I was indeed angry with this man but did not dare to say foolishly to the people of that city.
"Bare you, yeah! Let me hit it!" his screams made me and the other friends surprised instead of playing.
"Kabuuuur!!!" my shout while laughing giggled made us all run.
Today was quite exhausting we even ran in a splash and we all unknowingly ran on the smooth asphalt it made Jono who ran the very back yell in excitement because of his intention to set foot on this asphalt materialized.
"Well, look at me like a flying bird!!!" yelling Jono spread his hands on both sides then ran while shaking his body.
"See there's a monkey!!!" samal's shout made me look at Jono who ran like an ape.
I shook my head at Jono's behavior, just a second ago he ran like a bird now he ran like an ape while twitching his lips and making an ape-like sound.
Our happiness was simply running on the new asphalt. This is the first time we have seen asphalt that has just been made and we were the first to step on it.
I was still laughing when I looked up at the monkey we had let go was jumping from tree to tree as if following our steps. I smiled and then ran into a race with my friends who didn't realize that the monkey we had saved was following us.
