Chapter 22

The time that had shown midnight made him stop to contact Rania. 

He was still pensive on the side of the bed in a room in his apartment.

Start thinking again. Can he be a husband to Laura? Is he able to carry out the mandate of the great Lord to guard his only daughter?

Tantra was unsure of herself. He took a cell phone lying underneath, looking at a photo of the sweet girl who became the background of the main screen.

Tantra missed that smile. Tantra misses the spoiled voice of Masyita.

If only Masyita would be his bride. Of course he will feel very happy, very excited. Not as of now.

Tired of thinking about it all. Tantra prefers to lay down its body. Rest his body and mind. I hope he gets more excited about his life after he opens his eyes.

Until this morning and every morning after, Tantra was always busy with her work. He didn't even think about his wedding plans.

"Where's Laura? Does he stick to his decision? Did he really cancel this wedding?"

Tantra was reluctant to wait for Laura. He had no desire to meet the girl.

"Go home! Call family. Take advantage of this one week to convince them." Again Mr. Ardikusuma gave a command that is coercive and indisputable.

Tantra can only execute all of those commands with resignation. Somehow he had to pass on this senseless news to you. News that in a month he will marry a woman without proposing to her.

The orange red sky had changed color as the sun began to infiltrate the horizon and prepare it to turn the day into night.

Tantra has arrived in her hometown. He still has no preparation to face his mother.

Tantra decides to meet Rania, hoping that her best friend can help her to convince her.

Tantra was in the hospital car park. He stood next to the city car that he was very familiar with and waited for the car owner to come.

Before long, came the beautiful brown-skinned woman still wearing her snelli. The woman set off her car alarm. When he got close to the car, he was stunned to see a prince standing at the door of his wheel.

"Tantraaaaaa?" That beautiful woman is Rania. He immediately ran and hugged the man.

"How are you, Doctor?" greet Tantra.

"Have to call mom! I'm not old! Ma'am! Doctor ma'am! call Miss too." While smiling jail Rania pinched Tantra's arm.

"Yes, Miss! Miss doctor, can you take me home?" Tantra began to be nosy by teasing her best friend.

"Eh, what was the boss here to ride? Not a driver? Duh, temen I'm already the Boss now!" Rania seduces Tantra back. Rania has known all this time about Tantra from Mother. Although Tantra is not at home, Rania still often visits Mother's house.

A smile never escaped Rania's lips. He was so happy to let go of his longing. Meeting a friend who has filled his heart for a long time.

I don't know when he holds the title of friend. He wanted to change that title, change his position in Tantra's heart.

The smile continued to accompany their journey until they arrived at the mother's house.

They rushed in to meet my mother.

The atmosphere of the house feels more alive when all the residents of the house namely mother, Armita and Tantra gather in the family room. Of course with Rania. The girl seemed to be part of the family.

After some time off longing with jokes and excitement of the story, melted in the warm atmosphere of the family.

Tantra felt this was the right time to talk about it. When the conversation was a little bit off. Tantra started to come in with the opening sentence.

"Mother, there's something Tantra wants to say." Tantra changed her sitting position to be more upright, indicating that she was not joking.

"Tantra is getting married!"

My expression changed, becoming happier. Her happy eye glows towards Rania.

Tantra came with Rania. They both must have planned it. This is not just the mind of the mother but also a bear hope for the mother. Mommy really wants Rania, making Gadia as her daughter-in-law.

Different from Rania. The girl was still confused by Tantra's words.

Be married? With who? Why did Tantra suddenly decide to get married?

And there are many more questions that arise in Rania's mind until she revealed them to Tantra.

"Who is Tra married to?" Ask Rania.

"Laura who? Mother never heard that name?" Mother asked with a look of disbelief at her eldest son.

"Ardikusuma Laura. She is the only daughter of Mr. Ardikusuma. He has prepared everything. The show will be held later this month."

Bummer. Mother covered her mouth with both palms. Didn't expect his eldest son to be rash in making a decision. Especially the most important decision of his life.

"Can't! Less than a month and our family has no preparation! You haven't even introduced the girl to us yet, son." Talk to your mom with stifled emotions.

"I have to do it, Mother. I can't avoid it because I have to take responsibility!"

This statement of Tantra further caused deep disappointment. Mommy catches the word responsible in different versions.

"What have you done to him, son? Is it wrong to educate you so far that you dare to do that to a girl?" Mother really thought that her son had impregnated a girl. A round of tears began to trickle down her cheeks.

Tantra nodded in her sitting. Didn't expect her mother to think like that.
