"This is my master." Someone's voice from behind the door. Moranno turned the key and opened the door.

"Sir, I delivered the change of clothes of the young master and mistress that you ordered." Said Rudi's assistant while handing over some paper bags in his hand.

"Thank you." Moranno said while receiving a paper bag handed over by Rudi's assistant.

"Okay sir, thank you very much sir." Said assistant Rudi smiling sumringah.

"Now, you can go."

"Good sir." Rudi's assistant then saluted and immediately left the employer.

Moranno then closed the door tightly. He rushed to bring a paper bag that had been delivered by Rudi's assistant.

A knock on the door was heard when Moranno was loading a paper bag into the patient's wardrobe.

"I'm sorry sir, we're the nurses that Dr. Rosalie assigned here. I was assigned to release the infusion of the young mistress. My other friend will help the lady for dinner, and the other will help the young lady to clean up" said a white-clothed nurse standing at the door, while two other nurses were standing behind him, each carrying a tray filled with dinner and a basin of warm water and cloth.

Moranno then looked at the watch in his hand to confirm the examination hours.

"All right, you can come in." Moranno said he allowed the three nurses to enter.

The first nurse then checked the infusion and released it carefully so that Yurina was not in pain.

"Madam is young, she doesn't need any more infusions." Said the nurse then packed the infusion equipment into the box.

"Thank you, sus...." Yurina said with her smile.

"Yes young mistress." Said the nurse.

"My young lady will help the mistress to clean herself up." The other nurse said.

"All right...." Yurina said briefly.

"No, let me do it." Moranno said suddenly quickly.

"But sir, I was assigned to...."

"Don't worry sus, you won't get in trouble, because I myself do want to do it myself." Moranno assured the nurse.

"Okay sir then." The nurse said carefully and was still uncomfortable.

"When you're done, you can go, I'll do it myself, as well as in helping my wife to dinner." Moranno said again.

After tightly closing the door and locking it from the inside, Moranno then approached Yurina who was lying in the patient's bed.

"Let's go, baby, I'll help you clean up." Moranno said while helping Yurina sit up from her bed.

"But why?" Moranno asked looking at Yurina who looked doubtful.

"I'm ashamed, ashamed of my husband." Yurina blushed.

"Why should I be ashamed? I'm your husband. Anyway I've seen it all, have you forgotten?"Moranno said while smiling seductively making Yurina blush even more.

"May I clean my own body in that bathroom?" Yurina said while pointing with her face towards the bathroom that was in the corner of the room.

"No way, you're still weak baby, I don't want anything else to happen to you, just obey your husband. Besides, you were willing to be helped by the nurse earlier, why won't you come with me?"

"All right, I'm following...." Said Yurina giving up.

"Well, so the wife is." Moranno said happily, then immediately helped Yurina take off her clothes.

Moranno began to clean Yurina's body using a wet cloth with warm water in a container carried by the nurse. Yurina seems very uncomfortable, but she tries to remain silent to see Moranno's treatment is so attentive to her.

"Why are your hands and feet so many scratches?" Moranno asked in surprise while cleaning Yurina's hands and feet.

" The scratch wound was due to being hit by weed as I tried to escape. One of the kidnappers was kind enough to help me get out of the place where they held me." Yurina said while recalling the incident that had happened to her.

"really? A kidnapper would do that?" Moranno asked in disbelief.

"That's right. But since I couldn't run fast, we ended up getting caught. The kidnapper man who tried to help me was beaten to a pulp, I feel so sorry to see him."

"Then the bruises on your face are what the kidnappers did. I must have beaten them!" Moranno said emotion while still cleaning the bruised face of Yurina carefully using wet and warm water.

"No. It's not them who do it. Ouch, sick. About that part." Said Yurina grimacing in pain from the bruising on her chin area which was rather severe.

"I'm sorry...." Moranno said he stopped for a moment from his activities, then continued cleaning the bruises on Yurina's face.

"Who did it then?" Ask Moranno again.

"Miss Gandis." Sahut Yurina was still grimacing in pain.

"What??.... How dare he!" Moranno.

"He did it when he found out I was trying to escape." Yurina said again.

"That woman.... I won't forgive him." Moranno said still angry.

After finishing cleaning Yurina's body with warm water, Moranno picked up the paper bag she had stored in the patient's wardrobe. He helped his wife get dressed.

"Now you have to eat dinner first, then get some rest." Moranno said while taking dinner on the nightstand.

"Are you not eating with me?"

"I'll, more importantly, our children are hungry, and look at them moving around in your stomach." Moranno said holding the plate in her hand while pointing towards Yurina's stomach with her face.

Yurina smiled and stroked her own stomach feeling the movements of the babies inside.

"Come, open your mouth wide." Yurina opened her mouth and took a bribe after a bribe from Moranno's hand. His heart was so moved to see Moranno who was so attentive to him.

"That's enough, I'm full." Yurina said as she rubbed her increasingly bulging stomach.

"Now you eat, do you want me to feed you too?" Said Yurina looking at her husband.

"No need, I can do it myself. You lie down, and go to sleep." Moranno pressed a button on the side of the patient's bed to adjust Yurina's reclining position. Then wrapped his wife's body neatly.

"Good sleep, baby." Moranno kissed his wife's forehead affectionately.

"Thank you...." Yurina looked at Moranno's face with teary eyes.

Moranno was stunned for a moment to see his wife's eyes.

"What's the matter, baby?" Moranno asked softly as he rubbed the clear water flowing at the corners of Yurina's eyes.

"Thank you.... For all your attention and affection, as well as your love for me and our babies. I don't know if you're not there for me... What am I..." Yurina said still crying.

"Sleep, I'll always be by your side baby to take care of you." Moranno said while lying on the side of Yurina. She stroked Yurina's hair gently until a few minutes passed and Yurina fell asleep in her arms.

Moranno looked at the tired face of Yurina who had fallen asleep. The face was stained by multiple bruises. Scratch wounds also litter the skin of his feet and hands.

Moranno carefully let go of his embrace, rising from the patient's bed.

Moranno walked towards the medicine box to take the ointment. With great care Moranno began to apply the ointment on Yurina's wounds.

The wall clock in the room shows nine o'clock at night, when Moranno had just finished his activities caring for Yurina.

He then immediately cleaned his body in the bathroom inside the hospital room Yurina his wife.
