Chapter 38 "And all this is still a dream to me"

Yurina had finished her dinner by herself and was back in her room, she checked her phone, but not a single message came in.

My husband must be very busy, she thought. Yurina opened the book she had brought from her husband's library. He began to read page after page, but sometimes his concentration was diverted with Moranno's face which often suddenly appeared in his mind.

Yurina tried hard to keep herself busy by studying all the books she had brought this afternoon. Until finally he did not feel he fell asleep with a sitting position in bed with still leaning on the back of his bed.

At eleven o'clock in the evening, Moranno opened the door to the room, which was sealed shut and unlocked. Moranno hurriedly entered when he saw Yurina who was asleep in a sitting position. He lifted Yurina's body to allow her lying position to be more relaxed and comfortable. But the body was already much heavier than usual, and almost could not lift it, especially with a feeling so tired after returning to work.

Yurina's hand suddenly hugged the neck of her husband who was lifting her so tightly that Moranno accidentally fell over with Yurina on the bed. With the Replex Moranno restrains his body with one of his hands so that his body does not hit Yurina.

"Almost just." Moranno said as she let go of Yurina's hand that was still holding her.

"I miss you" Yurina said with her eyes still closed and increasingly tightly hugging Moranno's neck. For a moment Moranno stared at Yurina's face, which was only a few inches away from her face. Moranno then landed her kisses softly known as Yurina.

"Take it off for a second baby, your husband hasn't had a bath, still smells and feels all sticky." Moranno said as she let go of Yurina's hand that was holding her neck slowly so that Yurina would not wake up from her sleep. Moranno confirmed Yurina's reclining position, then covered her with a blanket. After that Moranno immediately went to the bathroom.

Yurina slowly opened her eyes as she heard the bathroom door close. He heard the sound of water in the bathroom. Yurina was smiling alone remembering her act of pretending to be asleep just wanting to hug her husband, her longing made her able to do all that, if blatantly of course she still felt embarrassed.

Shortly afterwards, the bathroom door opened. Yurina hurriedly closed her eyes back, as if she was asleep. Moranno put on his nightgown which he picked up by himself on the clothes and approached the bed. Moranno carefully climbed onto the bed and laid her body next to Yurina.

He looked at Yurina's face that was sleeping quietly. His gaze turned on Yurina's stomach which was getting bigger and bigger. Slowly Moranno's hand touched Yurina's stomach, which was held back from the blanket, gently rubbing her slowly.

There's no movement in there. Moranno imagined the twins in his wife's stomach might also be asleep like his mother.

"What do they look like when they are present in the world? His face must look like me." Moranno lirih.

"Or is similar to his mother." He said again with a smile and still continued to gently stroke Yurina's stomach.

Kriukkk....

Moranno's hands spontaneously stopped hearing the sound from his wife's stomach. Yurina's eyes were wide open, her face was embarrassed as her husband caught her stomach wet voice.

"Are you hungry?" Moranno looked at the face of his wife who was pretending to have just woken up. Yurina nodded her head.

"Did you not eat dinner last night? Ask Moranno worried.

"I had dinner before I went to bed, but I'm hungry again." Answer Yurina.

"Let's go to the kitchen, I'll help you get up." Moranno said while helping his wife get out of bed.

"Slow, my waist hurts." Yurina tried to get up and rest on Moranno's body.

"Is it really that sick?"

"No, it's just painful to get up after lying down."

"How long have you been through this? Are we going to the doctor tomorrow?"

"This past month. According to the book I read, this is still normal for pregnant women, Dr. Rosalie also said that when we checked the contents of the last few moments. Do you remember?"

"Yes I remember it. But I'm just worried." Moranno looked at the face of his wife who was standing in front of him.

Yurina looked at her own stomach and looked at her husband's face.

"It doesn't seem like it's my stomach? Yurina.

Moranno smiled at Yurkna's behavior.

"Yes, that's the sound of my stomach, I was hungry and forgot dinner." Moranno said as he held his hungry stomach.

" I'm sorry I didn't notice you, but fell asleep first." Said Yurina who felt bad for her husband.

"Not to apologize, not your fault. I told you not to wait for me."

Moranno then took Yurina's hand out of the room to the kitchen.

"What do you want to eat?" Yurina asked when they arrived in the kitchen.

"What's wrong, so you don't get too tired."

Yurina then heats the soup on the stove. A few minutes later she served it in a bowl for her husband and for herself.

Moranno also helped Yurina bring the bowls to the dining table. The two sat face to face at the table eating and enjoyed it quietly.

Finished eating Moranno immediately stood up to take over to clean up the cutlery they used.

"Sit down, let me clean this up."

"But you're also tired all day working."

"No, I can still do it."

Moranno then brought all the tableware, and cleaned everything using running water in the sink faucet. Yurina looked at Moranno from her seat at the table. She is very grateful and lucky to have a husband like Moranno who is very kind and caring for her and the baby in her womb. Yurina can see the sincerity of Moranno's heart that is truly responsible for her and her baby, Yurina secretly hopes that Moranno can stay that way for her, never to change.

"What are you thinking?" Moranno asked as she approached Yurina who was still looking at him.

"Ah, ti.. no." Yurina replied slightly stammered.

"Then let's go back to the room. I'm so tired." Moranno said while helping Yurina to get up from her seat.

The two then walked side by side to their room.

"Thank you...." Said Yurina who was walking by her husband's side.

"For what?" Moranno asked while holding the shoulder of his wife who was walking by his side.

"For everything. All your attention, all your understanding, all your support, all your responsibility. And all this is still like a dream to me. I'm a nobody and you know it all. But you want to accept me into your life just because there's a baby in me."

Moranno grabbed the doorknob of the room and the two entered and closed the door.
