CHAPTER 34 "You are the most important woman in my life"

That morning Moranno prepared for work, as usual they would have breakfast together. Moranno saw that his mother's seat was still empty.

"Mommy where's aunt Nur?"

"Mrs is sick sir, can't have breakfast together, I've delivered breakfast but the lady won't eat." Said aunt Nur.

"Have you called Dr Herman?"

"Not yet sir, the lady forbade me to call the doctor. Actually the madam also forbade me to tell the master, but I was worried."

"Well done breakfast I'll look at mommy. Please call Dr. Herman now to check on mommy."

Moranno and Yurina then start their breakfast in silence, until both of them finish the breakfast ritual.

"I'll go upstairs to see mommy. Do you want to come?"

Yurina then immediately stood up following Moranno's footsteps. The two walked together up one by one the stairs to the top floor.

Moranno knocked on the door repeatedly but there was no telling, the door was locked from the inside. Moranno then entered his old room near his mother's room and took the spare key on his desk drawer. He rushed back and opened the door to his mother's room quickly, fearing that something might happen to him.

As the door opened Moranno immediately rushed towards her mother's bed, followed by Yurina. Mrs Agatsa was still lying in her bed with her blanket on.

"What are you here for?" Madame Agatsa said in her flat voice.

"I heard mommy was sick, so I came here. I'm worried about mommy."

"really? Do you still care?"

"Of course, mommy is my mom the person I care about."

"Didn't you only care about your wife other than your job?"

Yurina who was behind Moranno could only stand in silence.

"Why mommy said that. Was it just because of our conversation last night? All that I say so mommy knows who the girl is, mommy doesn't know her well."

"Please doctor." Moranno invited doctors to examine her mother.

Doctor Herman then took out his examination kit, carefully he examined the state of Miss Agatsa.

"How's doc?" Moranno asked the doctor.

"Disturbance of stomach acid, and somewhat fatigue. Madam don't eat late and have to rest a lot for a while." The doctor explained the results of the examination.

"I'm sorry, and don't forget to take the medicine, ma'am." The doctor said Herman then left and was escorted by Moranno to the front door of his mother's room.

"Mrs, I help you with breakfast first." Yurina said as she brought the breakfast plate closer to Moranno's mother.

"Go you rotten woman. Don't come near me ! My son can get you fooled, but I don't!" Snapped mother Moranno.

"Mom, don't be. Yurina just wanted to help mommy have breakfast so she could take some medicine and get well soon." Moranno said as soon as he closed the door of the room tightly.

"She's a sycophant, doing good only in front of us Moranno!" Ketus the mother again.

Yurina just fell silent beside the nightstand while holding the plate. Moranno then took a plate in Yurina's hand and tried to feed her mother to eat.

"Mommy doesn't want to eat."

"Listen to Herman Mom, you have to eat and take medicine, and rest."

"Mommy won't."

"Did mommy want me to hang out all day in this room, hmmm?" Moranno looked at her mother who refused her breakfast.

"Don't you have to work?"

"If mommy doesn't want to eat, that means mommy's gonna be slow to heal, and I'm not gonna let mommy alone in this room in pain, I'm gonna get a work permit." Moranno said with his serious face.

Moranno smiled at his mother, slowly feeding her. Mrs Agatsa took bribes after bribes from Moranno. A few bribes later, Moranno's mother suddenly vomited her food.

"Mom, mommy is okay? Moranno's face looked panicked as did Yurina.

"But mommy needs a doctor's care."

"But mommy doesn't want to be in the hospital."

Moranno then took the phone handle over the nightstand.

"Bi Nur please make a warm soup for mommy and get her here immediately."

"Good sir." Aunt Nur replied from the phone call.

Yurina then took the blanket that had been hit by her father-in-law's vomit, and put it in a basket of dirty clothes. He began to clean up his vomit scars using tissue and put them in the trash can in the room.

"Come in." Moranno said from inside the room.

"I brought you some warm soup for the great mistress sir."

"Give it to me." Moranno said as he extended his hand.

"It's sir."

"Thank you." Moranno then brought the warm soup closer to his mother and began to feed her again. Moranno's mother swallowed every bribe her son gave her.

"Now, mommy's taking her medicine first." Moranno gave the medicine to his mother and gave her a glass of water.

"Now mommy is lying down again. Rest to be healthy again." Moranno said while enveloping her mother with a blanket Yurina had just taken from the closet.

Since they came to see Moranno's mother until that moment, Yurina could see that Moranno was very dear to her mother, and instead her mother also loved Moranno.

"Go to work, mommy will rest, there's Nur's aunt if mommy needs anything." Madame Agatsa said to her son.

"Remember, mommy don't mind much, just rest, and don't forget to have lunch and take the medicine again."

"Hmm." Moranno's mother simply nodded at Moranno's words.

"Aunt Nur, please wash the dirty blanket mommy there is dirty basket, also trash do not forget to be taken out of this room."

"Good sir."

Moranno kissed her mother on the forehead and hugged her for a moment, then left with Yurina out of the room.

"I might be a little late today. I have a lot of work to do and finish." Moranno said as they descended using the elevator.

"Is it just today?" Ask Yurina.

"Maybe this whole week. Wh why? Did you miss me, hmmm?"

"Hmm." Yurina just nodded shamelessly, for some reason her embarrassment seemed to just leave.

"Well, I'll give you a hug for your provisions all day." Moranno said, hugging his wife. Yurina also returned her husband's embrace tightly.

The elevator sounds open. Moranno then let go of his embrace and took his wife's hand out of the elevator to a car parked in the yard.

"Regarding mommy, let aunt Nur take care of her and take care of her, I don't want you guys to fight if there's no me at home. You are the most important woman in my life. Mommy was the mother who gave birth to me. You are my wife, and the mother of my children you will give birth to."

Yurina just nodded at Moranno's words.

"I'm leaving first, take care of yourself, don't get too tired."
