Sweet Retaliation Master & Young Miss
36. Fucked Circumstances

The next day, Clarie's permission was not to leave for work. He guards Ben's house along with Diena, while Ben, Lena, and Deo are in the hospital to take care of Martin.

The two intruders did not claim who ordered them to steal the data, it is still a puzzle.

The sun was already at the top, Ben's house felt even more gloomy than usual. The tension and horror they passed yesterday, but it took its toll. He said over the past few months no one had come to steal or do strange things, and now they were coming back. Clarie thinks about Ben's response when Ben comes back, about the rifle. It was one of the items Clarie bought from the web that not everyone could access. What if Ben asks it all the way to the roots?

"Clarie, Brother Ben told you to go to the hospital. There's something she wants to talk about" Diena said. Clarie got up and immediately covered her body with a jacket. "Well, please tell Ben I'm on my way. Would you be okay at home alone?" clarie asked to make sure everything was going well.

"I can arrange it,"

After getting inside the taxi that Clarie ordered, inside her head was a thought that had just popped up. Was Ben suspicious of my behavior yesterday? Will he thank me or throw me out?

Everything happened so suddenly, the problems that came piling up even his personal problems were still unresolved and now he had to take care of other people's problems that he had to deal with.

The taxi stopped across from the central hospital, Clarie paid the fare and immediately crossed the street. Clarie quickly entered the hospital and asked the location of room number 45, the room where Martin was being treated. Tok Tok Tok!

......................

"He killed those people, he looked at them with an innocent look. Was my decision wrong, Grandma? Am I wrong to bring people?" ask Ben to his Grandma. His mind and heart were completely muddled considering the events of last night, it was inevitable that the security and vigilance in his house had declined since Clarie had lived in his house. Ben suspects Clarie, based on what his eyes saw last night, Clarie looks different.

Deo and Lena looked lethargicly at the slumbering Martin, then turned to Ben and Aleeza. This scene is sad, very sad.

Tok Tok Tok! The door of the room was knocked by someone, Ben immediately stood up and opened the door. He knows who's coming, Clarie. "Is everything okay? What did you ask me to do here?"

Ben did not answer Clarie's question, he chose to look her in the eye again. Looking at his eyes that might be different from last night. Yet the gaze was still attached, flat and cold.

Clarie, realizing Ben's bad mood, follows Ben behind. Around them deserted, no one intended to open a conversation first.

The two of them sat on a park bench, the wind blowing accompanying the pain of the heart. Still the same as before, no one wanted to talk and this made Clarie more confident in what she was worried about.

"How home?" ben asked after a few minutes not opening his voice.

"Well, Diena's there. Em, did you want to talk about the matter last night? Actually that rifle..."

"When you saw the two intruders die, how did you feel?"

Clarie was silent, a question she hadn't thought of just now and she hadn't prepared the answer she was about to give.

"What do you feel? I'll give you 3 seconds to answer that,"

1 Second, 2 seconds, and,

"I feel a little satisfied, they look like deer. And I felt my grandfather was there, patting me on the shoulder so many times with a bang and pride,"

As Ben looked at Clarie, the girl's eyes closed and her lips slightly smiled. It doesn't make sense, maybe it's just a made-up excuse. "Clarie, humans are not animals, the two are clearly very different,"

"Huh, yeah, I know. But there is no harm if I do it on the basis of our agreement? I have to protect you and your family, at all costs. Am I wrong? And right now you must be suspecting me, right, Ben?"
