Stunning Ghost Doctor
Chapter 27's

The man stared blankly at the green-faced little beggar who was bowing over him and he was still unconscious until he heard the little beggar's voice.

“Your head must have hit a rock when it fell. The blood clot must have pressed on your nerves and I think your amnesia was only temporary and you'll be fine after the clot is gone.” He stood up while shaking his hand and said, “Alright, since you're awake, I'll go.”

When he heard that, the man panicked and he endured the tremendous pain in his stomach as he stood up. Filled with an uneasy feeling and suddenly feeling somewhat confused, he stood beside Feng Jiu. He seemed like he was going to say something but he did not know how to say it and he only looked at Feng Jiu with his mouth open and closed without a word.

After the man stood up, Feng Jiu was suddenly startled. That was when he saw how tall the man was. He was half a head taller than her, his skin tanned and bronze, muscular, seemingly a little more muscular than that uncle. The set of clothes covering his body at that moment was slightly tight and well stretched, the protruding muscles on his arms looked like they were going to split the clothes apart at any moment.

He turned his eyes and looked at the man following him, he asked: “What are you doing?” He had just saved the man without thinking and he had no idea that it would bring much trouble to himself.

“Cannot…. Can't I follow you?” The man looked at her, his eyes filled with anxiety. “I can't remember anything and I only know you.”

Feng Jiu suddenly fell silent. Those words sounded somewhat familiar to him. He himself had said something close to it when he decided to cling to that uncle at that time.

“I.. I won't trouble.”

Feng Jiu rolled his eyes and said desperately: “You, yourself, have troubled me.”

If it wasn't for him, he wouldn't have had to stare at those wolves all night. With his skill and speed, even if he was unable to fight them, he would have no problem escaping.

When he did not hear any answer, he raised his eyes to glance at her, and that one look surprised him.

“A…. Why would a grown man like you cry?”

With a large and well-built man crying with red eyes filled with tears before his eyes, looking every inch like a little son-in-law who had been bullied, what else could he do besides be shocked?

“You do not allow me to follow ...”

Feng Jiu clapped his palm on his forehead and stared at the sky speechlessly. He really got himself stuck in trouble that wasn't easy to get rid of this time.”

Is this retribution? He had attached himself to someone, and now someone was doing the same to him.

He walked into the river and took out a bamboo tube to fill it with water while he removed the top layer of clothing that had splattered wolf blood and threw it away.

He was preparing to leave that place when he saw the man still standing there stupidly, looking like he wanted to follow but did not dare and just stared at him. He sighed heavily and said: “Why are you still standing there? Let's go!”

“Hah? Oh!” The man was startled for a moment before he smiled happily and nodded in agreement, taking quick steps to walk. However, he had his hands on his stomach as he endured the pain.

The two of them walked up the slope and went deeper into the forest. At that moment, Feng Jiu's slowly moving eyes flashed as he quietly swept his eyes around, as he continued walking forward.

“About it... How... how should I call you?” The man asked, following at Feng Jiu's side.

“Anything.” He replied nonchalantly, his attention not on the conversation.

Hearing that, the man thought about it for a moment and he said with a laugh afterwards: “You are younger than me, so I will call you Little Boy, okay?”

“Mm.”

He replied in a daze, not really listening to what he was actually saying, but instead tilting his head to stare at the large clump of weeds behind.

Hearing Feng Jiu's approval, his face beamed. He was about to speak again when he saw the little beggar staring at a place behind on the left. He followed the direction of the view and what he saw made his face change.
