Chapter 6's

In the middle of signing the file, Jungkook's hand movements suddenly stopped. Not because of soreness due to repeat the same activity since the last 15 minutes. But the figure of Hara has managed to disturb the mind of the CEO suddenly.

Jungkook does not accept, nor does he wonder why Hara behaved like that? Does the girl pretend not to know her because she is in the work area? Or did the girl avoid because of their different status? Really, if Jungkook doesn't find the answer soon, he's going to go crazy.

But before Jungkook thought about what he would do, he wanted to calm himself down with a glass of alcoholic beverages. Then he grabbed a bottle of champagne that is still sealed-along with his glass from the closet. Previously, Jungkook had asked his secretary to smuggle several bottles of champagne into the closet in his room secretly - although there was a light debate, to finally obey the will of the boss. After all, no one will know, or do a sudden examination to confiscate alcohol, right?

"Still in the afternoon, have you had a drink?" the sudden exclamation of a man named Jung Jimin-the personal secretary and friend of the CEO, made Jungkook look at it, then again poured the liquid sparkling into the glass.

"Wanted to." she answered briefly.

"Don't get drunk. You have a meeting schedule with shareholders this afternoon." said Jimin gave a warning.

"Yes,"

As a secretary-or more accurately referred to as a nanny; for having to keep the burly baby for 24/7 of an absurd act beyond reason, like a 5-year-old boy, Jimin has to make sure Jungkook won't do anything strange that will trigger his father's anger.

As a friend, Jimin has been very understanding of Jiwook's attitude to his only son. He also knows how drastic changes have happened to Jungkook since he lived in America.

After only 2 weeks of living in the land of Sam's uncle, Jungkook began to not bear and rebel against the father. Many times he tried to escape from the apartment where he lived to the airport alone. His goal is just to return to his homeland in Korea. And so many times his plan failed. Jiwook's men often manage to catch Jungkook, and bring him back to the apartment. Even the place where Jungkook lived had to be heavily guarded by his father's emissary bodyguards.

Jungkook is sick of being treated like a prisoner. Never once was he allowed to choose or have his own life. Jungkook's life path must be under Jiwook's control.

Of course, the more violent the father's actions, the more brutal the attitude Jungkook showed. Jiwook's bodyguards were exhausted from facing his boss' son. Like people possessed by demons, those who numbered 4 people were forced to hold Jungkook's body to prevent him from returning to perform crazy actions. Even Jungkook had his apartment half destroyed, until his father came all the way to America to warn Jungkook.

"Deliver! I said get off!" jungkook's call was ignored until his father arrived.

"Keep rebelling, Nam Jungkook! See for yourself what will happen to your girl!"

Jungkook fell silent. He then fell back down while clenching both hands-off from the clutches of the guards in front of the father. Ah, right too, the agreement they had agreed on the other day. At the same time, Jungkook almost forgot the figure of Hara who was far away there.

"sorry. I'll make sure this doesn't happen again." Jungkook had to give up again, to protect the girl he loved he didn't touch the father.

"I will take good care of the company, and will study again diligently." Jungkook continued. Truly, he would rather sacrifice himself than happen to Hara.

"How can I trust you?!"

"Give it to me" continued a man who, out of nowhere, suddenly appeared at the wide-open door of the apartment. Jungkook and the others' views turned towards the direction of the sound source.

That's when Jimin was present to propose to be Jungkook's secretary. He is a student exchange student and a neighbor who lives next door to Jungkook's apartment unit.

To be honest, Jimin has often heard or witnessed what happened to a man his age for the past 2 weeks. To be honest, he felt sorry for Jungkook. Jimin does not know what it feels like, because he grew up in a family that is fine. But Jimin wants to be Jungkook's friend, at least to keep the man sane under his father's shackles.

So Jimin ventured to talk to Jungkook's father by saying, "Let me be his secretary. That way, you don't have to worry about your son here."

"You who?"

The unwelcome handshake caused Jimin to pull his hand back with embarrassment. No one has ever rejected him like this. Again, because Jimin grew up and was often surrounded by good things.

"Then, what made me have to agree to your offer? I'm warning you, you better not interfere."

Jimin racked his brain, trying to find the right answer. It's hard to negotiate with that stubborn guy.

"I can help you manage your son well, Mr. Nam. So, you don't have to come all the way here just to worry about him."

Nam Jiwook was silent. He seemed to be considering Jimin's offer. Not a bad idea, not a good idea either. Given Jimin's presence is not Jiwook's will. But as a father, he realized, Jungkook will not be able to run the company alone. It takes someone who will help make decisions and set the schedule later.

"How about, Mr Nam?" jimin urged, because Jiwook was too late in worrying to make a decision.

"Give me 1 month to see if there's any progress on my son. Only then will I make a decision at that time .. will I end it, or continue."

Jimin commented on the joyful smile, though he had not received absolute certainty. But at least, Jiwook will entrust Jungkook to her.

"alright. But on condition, keep all your bodyguards away from him. Let me be the one to take care of him."

"You sure you can?" Jiwook laughed lightly. The bodyguards, as well as his men alone were overwhelmed by Jungkook, how would that man conquer his son alone?

"I'll try."

It took a few seconds for Jiwook to make a sound, until he finally said, "Alright. I look forward to the results of your efforts next month, Jung Jimin." he said, patting Jimin on the shoulder, then left with his guards, leaving Jungkook and Jimin there.

Jungkook is not happy with Jimin. That means adding one more person who will manage his life.

"Your apartment looks ruined. It's best to stay at my place for a while, until it's cleared up." exclaimed Jimin after observing how Jungkook's dwelling, like a broken ship.

"Who do you think you are, can you come at will? What, watching me? What right do you have to do that?"

Jimin sighed for a moment. In addition to trying to face the father of the man before him, he must try harder to face the man himself. If you look closely, both Jiwook and Jungkook they seem to look similar. As the saying goes: Like father like son.

"It's up to you to judge me. I just want to help you free."

"You, set me free?" Jungkook laughed lightly. "I'm in trouble myself, what about you, too" look? His personality looks similar to Jiwook's.

Jimin stayed for a while, then approached Jungkook while rubbing the man's shoulder in front of him - as if there was dirt on Jungkook's shirt. "Why don't you make yourself pretend to obey your father? Make him believe you. Silence him with your good attitude in front of him." Jimin took a step back. "The more you fulfill her wish, the more you will have freedom in your life."

"If you want to beat him, you have to be far above him." continued Jimin.
