Stay Alive - Jungkook's

Stay Alive - Jungkook's
Chapter 3

But to be sure, Jungkook knows the girl doesn't look okay. So without the slightest hesitation, Jungkook directed his steps towards the girl.

On the other hand, Hara noticed the presence of Jungkook standing before her. Slowly, the girl looked up to find out who was in front of her. Hara blinked several times trying to recognize the man's appearance under the full moon. The girl did not even show the slightest fear, considering that a stranger who had come out of nowhere had suddenly approached her. Something bad could happen to him at that moment. But Hara believes the man will be her helper.

At the same time, Jungkook believes something has happened to the girl. Hara's appearance looked very messy. Blush eyes, a red nose, and the rest of the tears that were still on his cheeks. I don't know how long the girl has been crying. Hara did not even think of wearing a jacket or thick clothes, given the cold night breeze. The girl was clad in a short-sleeved shirt and knee-length jeans in a home-grown outfit. Jungkook understood, no matter what appearance he was wearing, the girl was just thinking of a way to escape.

"You who?" hara's hoarse voice broke the silence between them.

But without answering, Jungkook suddenly leaned on Hara. Give a warm hug there. I don't know what happened to Hara. Although there was no need to wait for an explanation to come out of the girl's mouth, Jungkook reached out his hand voluntarily.

Jungkook seemed to feel the wound that was on Hara at this time. How the pain of strangulation that causes gaping wounds, to stifle the chest.

Jungkook reminded himself of the girl. Being in solitude embraces the void. Only accompanied by a shadow will disappear into the darkness of the night. Hiding behind the moonlight. Sit down on your knees at the end of the room. I wish someone would come out of the suffering.

Hara who received the treatment from a stranger was not necessarily angry or brushed off the embrace of the man. He found a sense of security that he had never felt before. The feeling of warmth and comfort, also fills the emptiness. Then unconsciously, Hara wrapped both hands on Jungkook's muscular body, while pinning her fingers on the man's jacket.

Hara spilled her sorrow without permission. The swift tears that flowed signified the magnitude of the pain that he had endured all this time. Sometimes Hara sobbed, to make her chest feel tight.

Sometimes, one does not need to explain why to make it okay. Or even crammed with motivational advice that is not necessarily able to ease the burden of suffering. Simply without asking, and giving a comfortable hug, has helped shed most of the feeling of unstoppable pain.

Jungkook loosened his embrace as soon as he realized Hara had stopped crying. He saw that the girl was wiping her tears with the shirt she was wearing. Jungkook still did not say a word. He sat down next to her, waiting for the girl to be ready to talk.

"Sorry, it's sassy. I don't know you."

Jungkook. "I'm the sassy one, for holding you just like that."

"But your embrace made me comfortable." the next second Hara turned her face away. He was too embarrassed by his own reflex speech. Also, the man next to her must be laughing at her right now.

"Have you felt better?"

Hara. For some reason, the simple things Jungkook gave her was the first time for the girl.

"Thank you .. Thank you." Hara ventured to look at the man next to her, making their gaze meet each other.

They exchanged silent looks for a while. Jungkook, being overly sensitive, realizes there are a handful of questions the girl wants to ask. "Is there anything you want to ask?"

Both of Hara's eyeballs grew like a prostitute. Really, Jungkook seemed to know everything that the girl wanted.

Hara looked down at the ground. "Well .. usually other people will ask me why, ask me to tell a story, and then in the end I get advice that is difficult for me to accept." Hara again linked her gaze to Jungkook. "But you're different. You know what I want without having to talk at length. How do you explain this?"

Jungkook put his shoulder down. "Destiny? Just think of my presence as destiny for you."

Oh, really. This guy next to her is indeed too frontal or what, anyway? There are unexpected things that make Hara's heart ready to explode, because the pounding is too great.

As if nothing was wrong, Jungkook resumed his affirmation. "I just feel like we're so similar."

Slowly, Hara's heartbeat began to beat normally. "You mean?" I can't wait to hear the next sentence.

"I understand your suffering now. Your pain, I feel the same. And your wounds, I have them too. I look like I'm in the mirror, seeing myself in you. Or I could say, you're me."

Hara doesn't understand. It was hard for him to digest the statement the man gave. "You don't even know the cause of me being here," Hara doubted Jungkook's assessment of what he was going through. To him it was just a coincidence.

"Family problem." as if the arrow stuck to the target, Hara was again made silent.

Once again, Hara considers Jungkook's true speech to be a coincidence. But at once his doubts were broken, as Jungkook continued his words.

"Why did you choose this place if you had a home to go home to?"

Hara is frozen.

"Because you can't make that place a home, can you? Seeing you like this, all you think about is being able to escape, even without preparation. You just want to run away from that place." Jungkook explained again, silencing Hara's doubts.

"Can we meet again?" Hara seems to have comfort. He did not want to lose this man.

The next day, both of them really kept their promises. They met with new wounds, then healed each other afterwards. Until they did not feel their meeting had been 1 week.

At the 7th meeting, Jungkook was present with an unusual condition on his face. There was a scratch on Jungkook's left cheek, accompanied by the corner of his lip was injured and there was still fresh blood left.

"Why face? There wasn't one yesterday."

"Regular, man." Jungkook did not want to tell the truth, that the wound had just been obtained from his father an hour ago.

On the other hand, Hara did not want to ask further. He chose to believe Jungkook's lies. Not because it does not care, for him, it is true that this is common in men.

"It looks like this will be the last meeting." Without further ado, Jungkook made a statement.

"Why?"

"I'll stay in America. Don't know when to return."

Hara kalut's. The feelings of sadness, disappointment, anger, fear, as well as the handful of questions that filled his head were mixed into one. He doesn't know which attitude to show. Considering he is no one, even friends do not feel. In fact, until this moment, they still did not know the names of each.

"Ah, so. In the end, it's only you I can count on." Hara smiled bitterly. From the bottom of his heart, he wanted to prevent Jungkook from leaving. But what right does it have to do that.

"Can we meet for the last time ... before you actually leave?" continued.

Jungkook gave a nod. "Tomorrow at 6am, we meet here."

The next day was truly their last meeting. Hara handed him a paper bag, and asked Jungkook not to open it now. While Jungkook accepted it with a bad heart. If he knew Hara would give him a parcel, he would do the same. But what power, the father's insistence makes Jungkook did not have time to prepare anything for Hara.

"Please take a thank you gift."

"All right, thank you. Sorry, I didn't bring anything."

Hara quickly shook her head. "No problem, you've been helping a lot."

Jungkook nodded, as he looked at the watch on his left wrist-looking for how much longer he had for Hara. At the same time, Jungkook only realized his favorite watch glass was cracked. I don't know when the crack is, maybe during a fight with Jiwook.

"Sorry, I have to go,"

"alright. Goodbye, take care of your health."

"You too, must be happy."

They don't say 'until we meet again' because they don't know when they'll meet again. The two did not exchange phone numbers to communicate. Their fate seemed to be just a momentary encounter, one that would be forgotten at any moment. They met and separated at the same place.

While waiting for the plane to take off, Jungkook was driven by curiosity to immediately open the contents of the paper bag given by Hara. He found a box with a watch. To be honest the girl had noticed Jungkook's watch cracked at their meeting yesterday, which is why the watch became a thank you gift from Hara.

In addition to the watch, Jungkook also found a handwritten letter, which contained:

Hey, thanks for not asking.

But give me your shoulder to lean on there.

Allowing me to express all my emotions.

Fill the peace throughout the full moon.

To you, who read this message without a sound.
