Orion's hold is tightening but not hurting. Orion swallowed up his pain by saying, "Dying is another name for a new life. The person who dies does not mean taking off the burden of the world? He would no longer be sick like in the mortal world. So, don't cry!"
"I'm sad, that's why I cry."
Orion smiled gently. The first smile he showed me was without falsehood. A smile that came from his heart without coercion. In the release of Candy's body from the clutches of her hands. His hand erased the wet trace on the girl's cheek.
"Don't be sad Candy," he said soothingly. He held the girl's hand. "Come with me."
"Where?" Candy asked in between her stuffing.
Orion tidied up the girl's messy hair. He smiles. "To the place where we throw away sad together."
...***...
Orion's big motor stopped slowly in an unfamiliar place. Orion took him down the road to his house. But when they meet the intersection, they turn from the direction they should so that they arrive at this place.
"Down."
Orion took off his helmet and helped Candy down the bike carefully. The coolness that had run from his chest cavity since last night began to return little by little when he first set foot in this place.
"Where is this?" Ask.
His feet stepped slowly while enjoying the cool air, waiting for Orion who parked his motorbike under a banana tree. For several years living in this city, Candy even just knew if this place existed. Green everywhere and looks blending with nature.
"Lo likes?"
Candy spread her eyes. "Hm, that's fine,"
There is no reason not to like this place.
Greener. Towering pine trees and the air awake. The afternoon sunlight seemed to emerge from the cracks of the lush trees, making this place as radiant.
"Thankful if you like it. But this is not what I want to show you."
"Keep what?"
Orion did not reply, but merely smiled knotfully before pulling his hand gently. Their fingers intertwined to fill the void as they walked down the path to the right left of which was a bamboo fence.
Candy felt they were touring the forest let alone the dense and tall pine trees. Isn't the forest always synonymous with pine trees? Now he was curious how Orion could freely enter this place which obviously belonged to someone else.
"This is my third favorite place after the same gathering place on the school roof. Secret but. Arya and the others don't know either" Orion explained without being asked.
Candy frowning. "If it's a secret, why am I being told?"
"Why or what?"
Being asked back like that was obvious Candy didn't know the answer. He innocently shook his head.
"don't know. Your mind is too abstract to guess. Arya also said so," she said which made Orion laugh for a moment.
The guy's eyes closed. His thick eyebrows slightly swooped down in rhythm with his long eyelashes. His cheekbones rose along with the reddish all that perched there. Overall, Orion looks many times over when laughing loosely like this. Unfortunately, Candy can't say that.
"Your innocence knows no time, huh?" Ask Orion.
Candy nodded in disagreement. "I'm not that stupid, yeah. Rena said, plain same b*go is different thin."
Orion's laughter disappeared instantly. Can't believe Candy would reply like that. What did Rena say to Candy? Aren't they friends?
His conscience is rebelling. But if he considers logic, he loses. Who is he to the right to interfere in a person's friendship? If he asks, what is the benefit for him?
"Ck, don't take her words," Orion patted Candy's cheek once.
Candy forced herself to laugh. He was not in the mood to joke. Orion seemed to realize this so he immediately opened his school sling bag, looking for something.
"Well, my pen in Wawan's pinjem is not behind anymore" Orion murmured. "Eh Can, you bring a ballpoint pen? Pinjem here."
Candy smiled weakly. "Make what?"
"Never mind being able to?!" Orion clucking. "Mr ah!"
Half clueless, Candy pulled out a short-styled ballpoint pen that she always slipped in her pants pocket. Earlier while counting the envelopes he got from the visitors, Candy wore them.
Suddenly he was pensive when he thought of his mother who was not there. His suffering came back again. He lost interest in doing anything.
"here."
Orion's attraction easily leads Candy to follow him. He just stared lethargic river water flow filled with small rocks.
"Now horrified me," Orion gripped her shoulder softly, hinting at Candy to focus on watching her. "Every time you have a wedge in your heart, write all your feelings down on a piece of paper."
"Everything?"
"Yes," Orion nodded. "Because by writing, you are willing to share the burden of emotions. Things you want to take to others, but no one can be a good listener, write them all down. It'll make you calmer."
Candy was still glued when Orion handed her a ballpoint pen and paper that was already in square shape.
"Write it all here. Let me tell you what it is."
Orion smiled faintly, his second move already implemented. So far the plan has gone smoothly without any disruption. He took a squatting position on the side of the river to relax himself.
"Losing is not good, yes" Orion picked up a pebble near his feet and threw it carelessly. "No eating, tasteless tongue, blank mind, and hope continue to live zero percent."
Talking to himself while playing the weeds he removed in origin was another activity in the middle of waiting for Candy.
"Gue knows exactly how it feels. Even the memory of the day you know someone is leaving will last decades. If you are lucky, you just take it as a lesson to become stronger in the future. If damn, the pain will settle at the bottom of your heart and at any time can be called again."
The pen stopped dancing. Candy looked at Orion expressionlessly. "Unfortunately, the lucky ones must be few in number. Mostly also the unlucky people who failed to move on,"
Orion chuckles. "That's it," her eyes tried not to make contact with Candy. He threw his eyes to the sky. "Gue was still in pain even though Regaz had been dead for a long time,"
Shoot once, twice. Her tears were silently shed. Orion let it go even though his head was still looking up. The clear sky made her tears clear.
"Whatever happiness may seem, there are times when I feel empty. I always beat myself up until I changed my character. I'm not really the main character, you know. I'm just a side actor who replaces the main character when there isn't."
Candy heard it. Since when are they this close?
"Why did you think of that?"
The guy shook his head in despair. "Emang is real," his mysterious rarity followed. "I'm really pretty, aren't I, Can?"
Candy pretends to laugh so Orion doesn't get dissolved in her grief. He simply could not watch the man crumble in the grief he had been hiding. Candy can't calm him down when he needs to calm himself.
"Narcissistic based!" Her lips.
Orion laughed even louder as he rubbed his cheek. "That's called pede. So that person must know what God loves! Say you're envious."
"Amit-amit. What do you want to get from a guy by himself, abstract like you?"
"much. You don't know, I'm a genius. Look out if you call me Pinter doang ya! Ganteng, sports guy, keep gaming, race guy. Where is a guy as cool as me?"
Candy shook her hand. He displayed an expression of wanting to vomit as Orion bragged. "Just whatever,"
Unwilling to extend the dumelan, the paper in his hand was immediately transferred to Orion.
"Now, that. Stay in apain again?"
Orion showed off his grin. He grabbed the paper and laid it on the ground. His fingers were nimblely folding side by side.
"Make what? Origami?" Ask Candy curious.
"What do you think?" Orion asked back. Just a little more, a little more done.
"You?" Guess Candy's on target.
Orion showed his hard work accompanied by a smile. "That's you know," he handed the paper crane to Candy. "Now come with me" he said inching up.
"Where?"
"There," Orion pointed at a single point in the river with his chin. Without the ba-bi-bu Orion dragging Candy's arm. It's not too far away. Maybe just a few steps.
"Follow my words, Can."
Orion cupped Candy's hand holding a paper stork. Their eyes were both fixed on the tiny thing.
"Hi stork,"
"Hi stork," imitate Candy.
"Take my notes on your body,"
"So my feelings on your body."
"Send my longing greetings to someone there," Orion stared at him for a long time. His hand grips.
"Send my longing greetings to someone there" Candy repeated.
"Tell him," Orion said without letting go. His smile slowly.
"Tell him."
Orion continued, "I love him. Always."
They look at each other.
Candy repeated, "I love him. Always."
Deg.
