64. Surrender

The doctor and nurse attached a heart shock device to Rendi's chest, attached several times the mark on the monitor is still in the form of a line.

Once again the doctor placed the shock device on Rendi's chest, and a dashed sound was heard. On the monitor screen it looks wavy again.

Both the doctor and the nurses felt relieved and took a rough breath. There was fear from the people in the room.

Anita and Arga are also afraid of Rendi's condition which suddenly changes drastically.

"It is better not to be disturbed, let Mr. Rendi rest in peace. Mom and dad can get out first" the doctor said.

Arga and Anita hold Anita's hand, she gives strength to Anita because it was made anxious with the state of Rendi.

The doctor went to their respective stands tonight, while Arga and Anita sat in the waiting chair in front of Rendi's room.

They were still thinking what made Rendi suddenly make such a surprise. Did Rendi just hear her and Anita's words earlier? thought Arga.

Anita is also confused. Anita's head is sent to Arga's shoulder, Arga embraces Anita. Tighten him.

Tonight was very stressful, Arga accompanied Anita to sleep in Rendi's room. Anita sleeps on a long sofa while Arga falls asleep on a small sofa.

It was morning, Anita woke up from her sleep. He saw Arga still sleeping in his chair. Anita pityes seeing Arga like that.

Anita thought, Arga is very good to her. Until he was willing to take care of Rendi until she recovered even though she later returned home. But she was determined to hire a nurse for Rendi when she got home.

He'll talk to Arga about this, and right now Anita has no problem having to take care of Rendi again in the hospital. But he was surprised, why suddenly Rendi became weak heartbeat.

Did he hear talk last night with Arga?

Anita approaches Rendi's ward, looking at the heart-measuring machine. Normal, like last night he saw before Arga spoke to him.

"Have you heard my talk and Arga's, um?" ask Anita slowly.

There was no movement and cue from Rendi. He held Rendi's hand, cold. He looked back at the monitor screen. Still normal.

Anita stepped into the bathroom, one tear drop escaped from the corner of Rendi's eye. There was sadness that he felt, hearing Anita's words earlier.

Let him leave Anita, it is time to be happy with Arga who loves her sincerely, as well as with her children. He was with Anita and Arga.

Back at the corner of Rendi's eyes shed tears, but her eyes were still closed, only to feel how tired and tormented Anita had been taking care of her all this time.

He who had hurt Anita until that night, until Anita had to leave without saying goodbye to him. And meeting at the trial she traumatized him. He completely paled, back the corner of his eyes wet.

Now it's time for her to give up, handing Anita over to the good man who loves Anita and her two children. Rendi willingly took it off. He will be happy later in his proper place there.

Arga wakes up from her sleep, she does not see Anita on the long sofa and turns to Rendi's ward. The monitor screen is normal.

Arga sees Anita coming out of the bathroom already fresh, because she takes a shower first.

"Would you take a shower?" ask Anita.

"I'm gonna wash my face, then get you breakfast" Arga said.

Arga then goes into the bathroom, washing his face that looks still sleepy, but he has to go back to the village. Because in the afternoon you have to meet a new client in his office.

After finishing washing his face, Arga looks refreshed even though the clothes he wears are still like last night.

She then came out of the bathroom, tidying her hair with a comb. Then he approached Anita who was sitting on the sofa.

"What do you want for breakfast?" ask Arga.

"Anything, Ga. I'm not hungry either." said Anita.

He was still thinking about Arga's words last night and also Rendi's condition now.

"Ga, I want to talk to you" said Anita, but she glanced at Rendi's ward.

"What are you talking about?" ask Arga.

"Emm, just later. You buy breakfast first." Anita said again.

"Yes, I went to the cafeteria first" said Arga.

Three days is still normal condition Rendi, the doctor said Rendi back in a coma but can still hear people around her.

For that, the doctor suggested Anita continue to talk to Rendi. Even if it is just a greeting.

But this afternoon, Rendi made a surprise when Anita was in the cafeteria buying food for her, the nurse told her that Rendi was dying again.

Anita just left the canteen and his order, his mind was also worried that Rendi was back in the heart shock to restore consciousness and his heartbeat.

Many times doctors and nurses placed a heart shock device on Rendi's chest. The doctor paused for a moment and shook his head like he was giving up.

"How is the doctor, can it still be?" ask the nurse beside him.

While Anita who was far behind saw Rendi like that was crying, she did not know what to do.

"We are once again to try it, if it still does not also rise his heartbeat. That means patients can't be saved" the doctor said.

And the doctor put the heart shock device back in Rendi's chest. A few times Rendi's heart rate did not rise.

And finally the doctor resigned, the doctor looked at Anita and shook his head. Signs he has given up and Rendi can not be saved.

"Sorry, Anita, we tried. But apparently Rendi gave up on her own. I think Mr. Rendi is strong with the support of mothers and children. Sorry once again can not save Mr. Rendi." said the doctor regretfully and sadly.

Anita simply nodded, the doctor and nurse walked out of the room. An hour later Rendi's body will be taken care of.

Anita cried, she then approached the Rendi ward which was still attached to medical devices. Before long the nurse entered again to remove all the equipment attached to Rendi's body.

Anita saw the pale Rendi, apparently she had given up after a month longer to be able to meet her children.

"You gave up on me, don't you feel sorry for your kids? Hik hik hik." said Anita in between her cries.

She cried for a long time, and she finally contacted Arga.

"What's Anita doing?" ask Arga across there.

Anita long ago did not answer, only her sobs were heard by Arga.

"Anita, what are you crying about?" asked Arga again worried about Anita's condition.

"Ga, mas Rendi gave up. He has gone home Ga. Hik hik hik.." said Anita on the sidelines crying.

"*Oh my God, a*I'll be there soon." replied Arga.

"Ga, bring your children to see your papa one last time" Anita said.

"Yes, I will bring Chila and Chiko, Yuni's mother as well." replied Arga.

"Thank you Ga."

Then the phone connection was cut off, Anita looked back at Rendi again who was being tidied up directly.

Then Anita came out, she was sitting on the bench in front of the room. Her tears were left only her tears.

"Mom, the body will be taken directly to his resting place and immediately buried or brought to the funeral home?" ask nurse.

"Maybe go to the funeral home, I will give you the address" replied Anita.

"Oh yes ma'am, on the table there's that black bag does it have you?" ask the nurse again.

"Yes, it's Rendi's sir's. Let me take the sus later." said Anita.

He went into the room, took Rendi's bag which since the hospital was there. Arga did not tell me if it was a Rendi bag that was never opened.
