38.Two Men

As Arga called last night, she had him in front of Anita's house, but apparently the house was quiet. Where's meraka?

"The kids are inside playing" Anita replied.

Reluctantly Rendi entered the house, still staring at Arga with a flat gaze.

Arga was pulled by Anita to sit on the front bench. Rendi sees Anita pulling Arga's hand stopping her steps.

But then he went inside the house, his mind was in a mess. But then approached his two children who were playing with Celine.

"Iko, Chila." Rendi called her two children.

Chiko and Chila turned towards Rendi. Then Chiko ran towards Rendi.

"Papa..!"

Rendi catches Chiko and hugs her, she laughs happily. While Chila was still hesitant to get close to Rendi.

"Here sister, papa wants to hug big brother." said Rendi spread her arms.

Slowly Chila approached, still hesitating. But finally he hugged Rendi while crying.

"I'm sorry, brother" said Rendi again.

Chila breaks her embrace and returns to accompany Celine who has since looked at Chila and Chiko in Rendi's embrace.

Rendi smiled, then she sat down on the chair while looking out if Anita was still with the man.

"Yes, that's for Iko and her teddy bear for Chila's sister. Nih, love Chila" said Rendi.

Chiko took the teddy bear and gave it to Chila.

The two children were pleased with Rendi's gift. They play together. Anita was still chatting with Arga.

Arga himself was actually he was in a hurry, but there was Rendi ex Anita so he postponed first to his office. She wants to make sure Anita doesn't go back to her ex-husband.

"Anita, is he your ex-husband?" ask Arga.

"Yes." replied Anita.

"Will he come back to you?" asked Arga again, but hesitated a little.

"I don't know. I think he just wants to see the kids."

"I hope so. I'm just worried about you."

"What worries?"

"You're back with your ex-husband."

Anita silently did not reply, she herself was still confused. But he tried to be calm.
