61. The Hospital

Arga and Anita head to the Gemata Kasih Sakti house where Rendi is cared for. Along the way Anita was silent not much to say. He was worried about the state of Rendi.

Arga who knew Anita was silent, occasionally glancing at Anita. He saw the look on Anita's anxious and sad face.

Arga's heart was sliced, he was like there was nothing on Anita's mind. But once again, he thought positively, it was out of pity for the helplessly rolled Rendi. He also thought he felt sorry for the state of Rendi, what else Anita would see.

After permission from the officers and nurses, Anita was allowed to enter the ICU room to see the state of Rendi.

Once inside the ICU room, Anita is stunned. He paused for a moment. Then approached slowly, paying attention to the state of the Rendi attached various medical devices to maintain the breath and heart rate in his body.

Anita getting closer and sobbing, she felt sorry for the condition of Rendi. He stood right by the side of Rendi's arm, looking at her sadly.

"I want to go to the doctor's office first, Ga." said Anita as if she knew Arga's confusion.

Arga nodded, she sat back down after the doctor and Anita headed for the doctor room that dealt with Rendi.

He waited patiently, leaning his head against the seat. Closing his eyes, drowsiness suddenly attacked him. Slowly Arga fell asleep in that chair while leaning back.

While in the doctor's room, Anita sat anxiously waiting for what the doctor said about Rendi.

The doctor took a picture of a pile of files on his desk. There he showed Anita the results of a CT scan of Rendi's entire body.

Anita did not understand what it was, and the doctor explained the parts that were likely severe and could not heal.

"Look at mom..."

"Anita doctor."

"Ah yes, sorry are you the family of Mr Rendi?" ask doctor.

"I'm his ex-wife's doctor. Rendi was the father of the children" Anita said explaining her status with Rendi.

"Oh yeah, is it just you family?"

"Yes the doctor, Rendi has no family other than me and the children" Anita replied.

The doctor still wonders to Anita why she got divorced. But she is not a complex mom who likes to gossip and wants to know why they separated.

"Before the accident made us confused to handle the patient. Because he could not contact his family. And yesterday someone visited him and wanted to be responsible with the patient. That's why I continued intensive medical care in patients." until here the doctor stopped.

"Then how are the patients?" anita asked impatiently.

"The patient was in a coma, in some parts of his body a lot of injuries and difficult to heal. If there is a miracle from God it can be healed slowly with the help of the closest people. Right now the patient is just waiting for time, but back to God's destiny" said the doctor.

"What if I wait for him to wake up Doc?"

"May, give him the spirit to heal and wake up from his coma. Especially maybe the children of the patients" said the doctor again.

"Then, let me wait for him and treat him here doctor. I don't want my kids to have no papa. I hope to help Rendi recover doctor."

Anita smiled, then she quietly did not leave from beside Arga. And before long, Arga's eyes opened. He looked at Anita still looking at him. Arga smile. He straightened his seat back in harmony with Anita.

"I'm sorry, I fell asleep" Arga said.

"You're tired, Ga."

"What did the doctor say?" ask Arga.

Anita is silent, she hesitates to tell Arga, in her eyes Arga again intensely. Then bow again.

"What's wrong?" ask Arga.

She knew Anita was hesitant to say what the doctor said.

"Did the doctor ask to treat Rendi?" ask Arga.

Anita is still quiet, she's not good with Arga.

"Anita, just tell me what the doctor said."

Anita let out a long sigh, then she said what the doctor said. And as she expected, Anita would definitely take care of Rendi in the hospital. He was disappointed, but it was not the time for him to be jealous.

"You can treat Rendi in the hospital. If there is indeed a miracle from God Rendi woke up from his coma. Just do it, tomorrow I bring Chila and Chiko here." said Arga, he knew Anita was confused.

Arga entered the room, he saw Anita was wiping Rendi's dull face because of her bruised face. Arga stopped, seeing Anita painstakingly wiping Rendi's face.

Anita looked towards Arga who had seen her since.

"You've come, Ga? Where are the kids?" tanya Anita approached Arga.

Arga pulled Anita's hand, she spoke in a whisper.

"They are outside. You have to be ready to answer their questions later if they ask about Rendi, at least say what they can understand" Arga said.

Anita nodded, and she went out to see her two children. While Arga headed for the ward, approaching Rendi.

"Ren, I'd like Anita to take care of you until you wake up. I hope you wake up soon, because your kids need their papa too" Arga said.

His heart was tight, he was like a man who let his lover go back to his ex. And will it happen to him too?
