Chapter 53

Alpha Flashback

Today, I went to college as usual but from last night I was confused and tried to find answers to my turmoil.

"I should be able to rather than give hope to him" my inner voice said.

I took my phone and I sent a message to the number I want to see today.

"Can we meet today?" I pressed send and did not wait for a long time already ticked two and blue. Where the meaning of blue is the receiver is reading our message.

"Can, Honey. Where are you gonna meet?" reply to the receiver.

"At the cafe near the campus after finishing college" I reply quickly.

Yeah, that receiver was Rere. The woman I was dating.

I'm entering class and college classes are about to begin. Today there are two courses I attended. Me and rere one major but today we are not in class because of the different courses taken.

Time went on and the second course was over. I grabbed my bag in a hurry. I want to get there and finish all my business.

I took my foot to the place where Rere and I made the deal. When I got there I saw Rere sitting down.

"Sorry I'm late" I said before sitting down

Rere turned his head, "it's okay. What do you want to drink, Fa?"

"I don't drink, Re. I have something to talk about"

Rere looked confused "What do you want to talk to?"

I sighed softly and tried to regulate the guilt inside the chest. " I'm sorry, Re. We'd better get here" I said slowly but I'm sure he heard. I don't want the students/i who are hanging out here to hear.

"What do you mean, Fa? We breaking-up? Butwhy? Didn't we just date?" the question is blind without blame

I don't know what to say. There's no way I'd be honest if I was dating Rere just for an impingement, it would hurt Rere.

"I don't think we're a match, Re. I'm sorry" I said as I stood up but my hand was prevented by Rere.

I tried to get my hand out of his hands. "Sorry, Re". I left after I managed to release.

I know Rere must be disappointed with what I did. And I'm not happy with Rere either, but Love can't be forced.

I headed for the car and immediately ran the car slowly. Not feeling without a clear purpose, the car I was driving was right on the fence of the house I recognized.

Two-story house with a fence around it. I used to see Sese playing in front of her bedroom window. But now, that figure was going to study in the city of people.

"I miss, Se" I said slowly. I don't know when I'll see him again. I miss her cheerful figure and smile easily.

A week after Rere and I separated. Suddenly a phone came in my phone.

Drrr.. Drrr.

I don't know the number on the screen. Once I didn't pick up but the number called back.

"Hello, who is this?" ask after trying to get the call.

"Alfa help me" said the caller across the street.

I'm surprised Rere called and is now asking for help.

"Why are you, Re?" I said hurriedly because Rere's voice sounded so bitter.

"Help me, Fa. I don't have anybody else. Please come here" Rere said.

"Where areyou? I'll be there soon." I asked with anxiety and without thinking of anything else.

"I'll send the address to your phone. Come here quickly, Fa. I was scared" he said while crying.

I grabbed my car keys and immediately ran the car to the spot that Rere was infusing.
