Part 38: The Power struggle

"It looks like you need a break!"

Brian doesn't understand Bella's direction.

"I'll take care of the company, while you're at home. Take care of the house of course!"

Brian just gawked, the next second.

"Darling...You didn't mean it, did you?"

"Of course it really is!"

"But....!"

"You don't trust me?"

"It's not like that Bella!"

"There is no rejection! Understood!"

Brian nodded.

To be honest he hated Brian's attitude like that.

A little cowardly and submissive.

His unpredictable attitude, manly and always dominating that makes Bella always curious about him.

The next second the two humans just fell silent, stressing their dinner.

"Let me do the dishes, baby!" Brian said as they were eating.

"All right!" Get up from his seat and go.

Brian just gawked.

"Heeeeh!!!" Exhaling deeply.

"I deserve to be treated like that!" While taking the dirty dishes and tidying the table.

Morning time...

Bella's been neat in her work suit.

Brian had just opened his eyes, as the fragrance of perfume filled the room and stroked his sense of smell.

His wife had dressed up pretty, a white Blouse with long sleeves, a light purple mini skirt made of brucat, a white high heels.

"Darling....!!!" Call Brian in his long voice.

Bella only squinted for a moment, looking at her man who looked so adorable even though he had just woken up from his sleep.

"Where are you going?"

"Didn't I talk yesterday?"

"But you're still sick!"

Bella looked in the mirror, sure enough, her head still hurt.

"I'm fine!"

Brian threw himself back into the bed, trying to close his eyes, but suddenly a foolish thought flashed through his head.

What if Bella's in trouble? However, managing a company is not his expertise.

"Let's just relax Bella's an expert at everything!"

What if her dad finds out that she's in a relationship with Claire? And her household with Bella is in danger of falling apart?

"Ah...Bella's good at dealing with problems!"

Then he closed his eyes again....

A foolish thought flashed back in his head.

"What if the guys in the office are looking for a chance to tempt Bella!"

Brian opened his eyes...

The latter matter he really could not ignore just like that.

Brian got out of his bed and rushed to the bathroom "Wait for me! We're leaving together!"

At 07:00, Bella and Brian were ready to leave for the office.

Arriving at the front lobby, Calvin was waiting for them.

Calvin opens the door for Bella.

"Good morning ma'am!" Bella nodded while smiling at Calvin.

"Tumben once you've been formal?" Lead Brian.

"For the young master!" Greet Brian and follow Bella.

"I've prepared the file you want and put it in Mom's room!"

"Nine o'clock in the morning ma'am!"

"All right! I'm going upstairs first!"

"Yes Mom!" Calvin answered while bowing.

"You talking about meetings? What meeting? Why don't I know? So what file did Bella ask for!" Brian hooked Calvin up with a lot of questions.

Calvin gawked, then whispered in Brian's ear "Are the great masters yet to speak to the young Master?"

"What's that?" Brian asked, getting curious.

And this was completely out of Brian's mind.

Gabriel handed over the leadership to Bella without consulting her first.

"Something's wrong!" Then he called his dad.

"You're faster than Papa thinks!"

"What's this Pa!" Ask Brian curiously.

"It looks like you haven't been able to fully digest Papa's words back then Brian! Papa won't tolerate the second mistake."

Degs...

"Did his father know about his problem with Bella!"

"Where is papa?"

"Why?"

"Brian wants to meet!"

"We will meet soon!" While hanging up his phone call.

Brian stuttered, Calvin just looked at him from earlier.

"Come on!" While rushing to his room.

"Sorry young master!"

"What else is it?"

"Your room is not there!"

"Well!!! Then?"

"Vice-presidential room!"

"What???"

"God!!! Bellas!" Not heeding Calvin's words, Brian persisted in entering his room. Opened the door violently, and saw Bella sitting with a file in her hand.

Realizing Brian's arrival "Why come here?" Without looking at her husband's face.

"Darling!!! You didn't mean to get rid of me, did you?"

Bella put the file on the table, looking at Brian "I've been kind enough to let you come to the company, do you want to go home now and do some housework?"

Calvin could not hold his laughter, with his mouth closed by hand, but still his voice was still heard.

Brian glanced at Calvin while snorting in annoyance.

"Bella!"

"Go back to your room and do what you should!"

"O yes Calvin what about the preparation for the meeting?"

"Everything is ready, Mom!"

"Go back to your room, I need to concentrate! Mm mm....Calvin's! What about the person you promised yesterday!"

"When you can meet him!"

"Ah...today is quite dense, how about tomorrow afternoon!"

"Yes Mom! I'll talk to him!"

"Is he competent!"

"Sure!"

"OK!" Smiling with a wink.

Calvin retreats and Brian still stands before Bella.

"Darling you should come back!"

"No!" Said spoiledly while shaking his head.

Calvin realizes the situation, deftly turns around and takes Brian by the hand and takes him outside "We'll excuse us, ma'am!"

"Calvin! Off!"

"No!"

"Why are they so childish!" Sighs and then resumes his activities.
