24.Building a Kingdom
With this Xena spent 131,000+ of their gold coins. The prisoners were silent because they were confused. At first they thought they were going to be killed but the thought was very wrong they were instead recruited to be soldiers.

The next day Arka went to the palace to meet the emperor along with Xena and Harry. They were warmly welcomed by the butler there.
"Your Majesty" said Arka as she bowed followed by Harry and Xena.
"What business are you here for?" emperor Chen said.
"We want to talk about the fog region" Harry said.
"Do you know about the announcement I made?" emperor Chen guessed.
"Yes your honor. We've all heard it. Is it true of the announcement?" ask Xena.
"What am I lying to? No profit for me"
"Good if it's like that. We just want to let you know that we've cleaned up the bandits" Arka said casually.
"Did you guys bring the terms?" ask empress.
"Of course the queen. We brought 25 heads of bandit leaders who ruled in the fog region" said Harry casually.
"I will see it" said the emperor.

Mike, Axel, Dexi, 46,000 troops and 20,000 monsters and dark animals belonging to Arka were ordered by Harry to build a large empire in the fog area, the, 4 big cities throughout the kingdom and make a deep cave for the monsters and dark animals belonging to Arka. They all immediately set out for the fog region to carry out their duties.
