23.Bloody Mist

A week passed, Xena and Harry's forces had managed to clear the small bandits and the 4 strongest bandits. There was only one bandit group left that they had yet to tear down. Bloody mist the name of the group, bloody mist has 45,000+ troops.

Their estimation turned out to be wrong, the bloody mist was much stronger. Xena and Harry continue to devise plans. They had 20,000 troops, 500,000 gold coins and some horse carriages belonging to the bandits.

"Would we wait for Arka to return?" xena said.

"That's impossible. The bandits won't wait until help arrives" Harry said, looking agitated.

Hearing of a bandit group having 45,000 troops it looked absolutely impossible. Even a small kingdom could not stem the bloody mist army.

"You're right Harry. Should we ask the government for help?" said Xena.

"Don't. If we ask the government for help, I'm pretty sure those officials will take a huge advantage"

"Then how should we?" ask Xena frustrated

"We can only hope that the bandits do not attack before Arka comes" said Harry.

The next day the thing they were most afraid of had happened. A group of gold-armored bandits attacked their camp. Bloody mist troops were seen to sparkle as the sunlight illuminated them.

"We're under attack!" shouted one of the soldiers who was in the watchtower.

3,000 archers who had been formed to deal with the blody mist climbed up the fortress and drew their bows to slow down the Bloody mist army.

in one breath thousands of arrows shot towards the enemy and toppled 3,000 enemy troops.

Xena and Harry were panicking. How could you face such a large number of troops?.

'That's why you've been so long' Harry grumbled in his heart.

Axel and Daxi understand Xena and Harry's condition. They try to calm them down.

"We will keep fighting until the last drop of blood" cried Harry cheering his troops.

5,000 calavry forces drove their horses and killed one by one the enemy. Right behind them were 4,000 dark serpents and 7,000 troops running with full confidence.

Xena, Harry, Axel and Daxi also fought in front of dark serpents and other troops.

"12 Shio slashes" said Harry.

There were 12 people on Harry's head. The Shio attacked the enemy crowd and managed to kill 10,000+ enemies. The feeling of the current bandit leader was between shock because Harry could master it as well as annoyed that the move killed 10,000+ of his troops.

The 12 slash shio sword technique was one of those extinct techniques that made all the tabjuks see the technique.

"Don't expect me to let you finish off my troops" the evil grin added to the bearded impression on the bandit leader's face.

"Is that so?" asked Harry to tilt his head.

The fight between Harry and the bandit leader was inevitable. The two exchanged attacks. Harry was seen cornered for using a dash of his power to summon 12 people.

"Frozen Rose"

Two giant ice roses lock Harry and the bandit leader. A soft green light shot out from Harry's rose and restored his strength. While on the other hand the bandit leader felt half his energy sucked into the roots of a giant ice rose.

'As you said Rain, this move is very useful in the future' Xena thought.

"Thank you, Xena. Your moves are very helpful to me" said Harry.

Attack after attack was launched by the leader of the bloody mist bandit. Although the power has been reduced drastically but it is not a barrier. Xena and Harry could only withstand the brutal attacks of the bandit leader.

"Haha... You think you can defeat me and my army in such a lowly way" said the bandit leader.

"I never thought I could beat your team" Harry said with a faint smile on his face.

"They've arrived" said Xena smiling dismissively.

The speech of the bandit leader was cut off because the sound of an explosion from the lightning striking. The bandit leader gulped his saliva with great difficulty when he saw 1,700 lightning crows attacking his troops.

Not yet recovered from the shock of the bandit leader looking eastward the monster army and dark animals came storming. The force was led by a black-armored man who was riding a three-tailed white tiger.

The man headed for Xena and Harry's place with another 2 three-tailed white tiger and told them to go up.

"I'm sorry I'm a little late" the man said.

"The fight has just begun" Harry said as he looked at Arka's army of monsters.

"The playing time is up" said Xena coldly then darted quickly towards the bandit leader.

"Tornado Wind"

The tornado wind with incredible speed absorbed the bandit leader.

"Black Fire"

"Shadow Claw"

Arka and Harry add to the destructive power of the Xena milk tornado with their moves.

"Aggrrrhhhh" the bandit leader screamed as he felt the overwhelming heat and invisible claws tore his body apart.

When the tornado stopped there was a silhouette of the bandit leader still standing upright with a malicious grin on his face.

"Do you think it will be easy to beat me?" ask the bandit leader with laughter.

Appearing 1,000 clone bandit leader. The clones have the same shape and no one distinguishes.

"Shad-y"

"No. This is not a shadow body" said Xena cut words from Harry.

"Harry can you use your demonic senses?" ask Arka.

"The Devil's Hydra" cried Harry.

"Now show which clones have different aura colors" Arka ordered.

At first glance everything looks the same. They all had black aura. But after being noticed in more detail there are 1 clone has a more concentrated black aura among others.

"There!" show Harry.

"Freedom of Dusk" said Xena.

That orange-colored light split all the clones and bandit leaders into 2 parts. Arka and Harry could not believe seeing Xena using the twilight slash sword technique.

"When you p-" Arka couldn't finish her question because it was cut by Xena.

"After we go home to train with General Zaen and ask him to teach me" Xena said casually.

"Why don't you" Harry's question was also cut by Xena.

"Because I also want to be like you" said Xena.

From 45.000+ bandit troops 30.000 troops choose to surrender. Xena took their loot which amounted to almost 300,000 gold coins. But it all had to be paid dearly from 20,000 troops only 10,000 troops separated. The army of monsters that Arka brought also many killed.

They brought their loot back. Their dark serpet troops were only 2,000 people left. Cavalry forces left 3,000 people.

The whole coin has been counted, they got 700,000 gold coins. Xena gave 25 gold coins to Mike, Axel, Daxi Dan Griton 7 gold coins to his 10,000 troops, 5 gold coins to 200 servants of the mansion and 2 gold coins to 30,000 prisoners.

With this Xena spent 131,000+ of their gold coins. The prisoners were silent because they were confused. At first they thought they were going to be killed but the thought was very wrong they were instead recruited to be soldiers.
