Perseus was the son of Danae, daughter of king Acricius at Argos. According to the prophecy, Acrisios would be killed by his own grandson. Therefore, Akrisios locked Danae in the tower so as not to give birth to children. However, Zeus came to Danae in the form of a shower and impregnated her until Danae gave birth to Perseus. Knowing that his daughter was pregnant, Akrisios put Danae and Perseus in a crate and washed them out to sea.
The coffins were washed up on the island of Seifos, where they were rescued by a fisherman named Dictis who was the brother of Polidektes, king of Serifos. There Perseus grew up, then Polidektes fell in love with Danae but was always hindered by Perseus. Eventually Polidektes devised a plan to get rid of Perseus.
Polidektes had a wedding and his guests had to bring gifts, but Perseus came with nothing so Polidektes called Perseus a lazy and poor fisherman. Perseus was angry and declared that he could bring any object to Polidektes, so Polidektes had Perseus bring Medusa's head.
Perseus wanders in search of Medusa's lair. In the middle of his journey, he is approached by the goddess Athena with Hermes who tells him to search for the northern nymphs, as they will give Perseus a weapon to defeat Medusa. The beings who knew the existence of the nymphs were only the Graiai, so Perseus went straight to the residence of the Graiai.
In place of the Graiai, Perseus snatched their only eyeball. After they told the nymphs' place, Perseus returned the eyeballs again. Perseus came to the nymphs who gave Perseus various tools, including winged sandals, storage bags, darkness helmets, mirror shields, and swords.
After obtaining all of the equipment, Perseus flew straight towards the Medusa's lair. When Perseus arrived, Medusa was asleep. Perseus approached Medusa while looking from the mirror at her feet so as not to turn into stone. But before the sword of Perseus pierced Medusa's neck, it was restrained by the magical wall that Medusa had created.
"Hey.hey..lodging into my lair and wanting to kill me, is disrespectful. Did your father Zeus not teach good manners?" sindir Medusa when she woke up.
"I don't need manners to kill monsters like you" said Perseus, who was still sheltering behind his mirror shield.
"You should have known, I used to be the prettiest priestess in the temple of the goddess of war Athena" replied Medusa boasting.
Once Medusa was the prettiest priestess in the temple of Athena, she was a faithful priest so Athena always gave her blessings because she adored Athena every day. Medusa's beauty increased every day due to the blessing given by the goddess Athena to the many young men who liked and openly proposed to her but she refused because she only wanted to worship the goddess Athena every day.

She was intrigued by the news that the medusa was the prettiest woman in the temple of Athens. The god of the sea disguised himself as an ordinary human in order to get close to the girl of his tribe.
At first Medusa refused the presence of the sea ruler god Poseiden but over time the girl's heart was melted because of the persistence of the sea god.
Day after day they went through together, they often met at the temple of Athens to give up longing even they also often make love at the temple, the temple, but one day they were discovered by the goddess Athena and made her angry and angry so that she cursed Medusa into a half-snake woman.
The lower body from waist to foot turns into a very long and large snake tail but the upper part of the waist to the coconut is a beautiful woman with canine teeth and a long tongue with a tip her branched and beautiful hair is now a small snake.

Like a rumble that was raging in the storm, the screams of the medusa rang out to the corners of the world even as far as Olympud where the gods and goddesses lived. But they are not worried about it because they are creatures that cannot die or be immortal.
