Senior, Stop Teasing me!

Senior, Stop Teasing me!
Jutek Girl

Monday is the only day that does not distinguish student uniforms by majors, all seem compact in one color; white and gray. As for the following days, we had to wear the uniform of each major.

“Hei, Zytha!” Syafa greeted from outside the school gate, it seems that he just arrived as well.

“Morning..,” reply I throw a friendly smile.

“Zytha, why do I feel nervous huh?” Syafa began to wrap his hands around my arms, his skin felt very cold, almost frozen.

“Because it's our first day,” my words reassure. I couldn't deny some of the strange feelings within me either, and it was very difficult to ignore some of the gazes of interest that were pointing at me.

Right now, we are still standing outside the school gate. Hope to meet some other friends. While waiting for their arrival, I began to broaden my gaze from the west end to the east end.

The school that has now officially become the place where I study is located right on the right side of the highway, while on the left side of the road there are several schools, including Favorite Junior High School, MA, and others, SMK Management and STM. Another thing that should be boasted that my school has is about the length of the area that exceeds the total length of the area of the several schools in front of it. From the end of Favorite Junior High to meeting the end of STM, my school still stretches showing off its beauty.

This region is an area of education, no wonder the location of schools will be side by side. This also causes extraordinary congestion on the highway in the morning due to students who go in and out of school, some police will be on guard to control the road and some will discipline underage students who ride motorcycles or cars.

A few minutes later, Suci and Nurul have joined us. We decided to go in together. Right after entering the gate, our eyes suddenly focused on the large image attached to the building that read ‘Welcome to New Students of the Force 2020', he said', there was nothing strange in the sentence written there. But, the main image printed clearly enough to make my eyeball feel loose from its sockets. I forgot about this.

Last Sunday, Reza and I took a photo shoot for a school that had already been scheduled. And the result–image we both have filled the area of the banner. I didn't expect it to be published this soon. And now, I can't blame the views of all the students that led me.

I saw one different gaze from a senior, far ahead of us yet clearly visible. That senior had stolen a glance towards Syafa. “Syafa, do you know that senior?” I was curious because the view looked different.

“Who?” answer Syafa curiously.

“Senior who stood there, he clearly saw you very closely.”

“...” Syafa was silent for a while, “Ya, I know him,” Syafa replied doubtfully. I'm not trying to ask any more questions, maybe there's something between them that I shouldn't be able to figure out.

After a few steps, our distance between the seniors was getting closer. He was standing next to the middle gate, next to the security guard who was in charge of checking the standard of student clothes and the completeness of attributes. We then lined up for this routine check.

“Isn't that the girl you're appraising, Jaya?” A friend standing next to the senior was seen teasing him. His gaze was still fixed on seeing Syafa who was now in front of me.

“You do not start again..” he replied softly, somewhat whispering. The senior looked tall and had an ideal body. A little long bangs were seen covering his forehead.

“Cie..., your face flushed it.” Tempting his friend again, I also saw Syafa's face and the hue of his cheeks blushing. I smiled to understand the situation. Moments later, we escaped the examination and walked into the school's main grounds. We are preparing to attend the flag ceremony.

The main field is very broad, there are markers on each side that say the name of the department. Apparently we had to line up based on majors and classes. The name sign of the Computer Network Engineering department has stood upright on the eastern field. I'm grateful that the place is quite shady. At least I won't faint at my first ceremony.

“Don't fantasize on,” I said teasing Syafa because he has kept silent since the examination, unlike himself.

“What the hell, this Zytha,” he said shyly.

“Come game take place!” Nurul immediately took a quick step as the sound behind the loudspeaker was heard. I don't want to miss, that shady place was mine from the beginning.

“Friends! We are lined up based on height,” he said insistent. I also looked around and did not get a justification of his words. The Department of Hotel Accommodation (AP) is lined up based on gender.

“Try to look around you, the girl in front while the guy is behind,” obviously I'm lazy.

“Ahhh. Hehehe”

“Moving back!” i'm firm. I can't stand being in the sun. I just rolled my eyes lazy.

“You're pretty jutek too.” I heard sharp criticism from beside me.

“Se-Senior, why line up here?” I was nervous about Reza, seeing him suddenly make my heart beat, what's wrong with me?

“You blind? I lined up in my own class line,” he said flatly.

“TKJ majors also?” ask me with doubt.

“Mn” Reza replied briefly with a small nod. I just realized that Reza is my senior. I should have made a good relationship with him.

“Reza!” Call someone who comes near.

“Why?”

“Can you be Ceremony Commander today?”

“Find Jaelani. Ask him who takes over”

“Ta-pi..,”

“Search!” Reza's cold gaze frightened the senior and then rushed to run towards the AP department. Seen a little conversation between the two of them, then did not take long, Jaelani looks resigned and walked to the middle of the field.

“Tumben you refused to be Ceremony Commander. Usually always willing,” said his friend who stood in front of Reza.

“Front!”

Waw, she's like a woman who has monthly guests. A little, lives can be lost. I better ignore it, lest I get in trouble because of his mood.

Time goes on, why does this ceremony feel so long. The sun had started to rise and shift the direction of the trees. My breath feels too heated and more hunting, my opponent is no longer focused.

“Why are you marching to junior class?” whispered the senior who was beside me. I looked back for a moment and I found Reza standing behind me, looking at me with a sharp look.

“Playback!” tell him firmly. Knowing Reza was suddenly behind me made me have a strange feeling. Reza seems intentional to move into my ranks. Thinking about this and it made me forget about time, I managed to follow the ceremony to completion even though my mind was out of place.
