SECOND CHANCE: Grandpa's Choice Wife

SECOND CHANCE: Grandpa's Choice Wife
Enjoying Dusk

Without trust and confidence, life is empty. Huge, without hope, without dreams. Dreams can never be certain, without a strong urge to make it all happen. Life without purpose is like a dried up leaf. Fly free, follow where the wind blows it. In the end, he was nothing more than a piece of trash.

It's sunny this week. Almira's heart filled with thousands of hopes. Although the hope is uncertain, he remains optimistic that every togetherness has a purpose. Only, maybe the path is different. Almira was wearing her dress. As promised, Husayn wanted to take him for a walk.

"We're leaving" Husain said.

Almira followed him. The luxurious black Maybach parked in the yard, waiting for his master. The couple then entered the car. Husain was behind the wheel, while Almira sat sweetly beside him. Husain who wears a gray shirt press body looks more sexy. While Almira was using a t-shirt with matching colors, combined with long jeans. Her black hair was ponytailed with a simple polish, the soft color of her lips made her look fresh and younger. She looks like a high school girl.

Anyone who saw the couple would definitely feel envious. They were created to complement each other. But the human heart no one knows. Sometimes what we think doesn't match reality. The car is relaxing. The awkward atmosphere, made Almira unable to break the silence.

"Where are we going?" tanyakanya.

Husain turned, then smiled faintly.

"Later you know too,"

What a shitty answer isn't it. It is like guessing something that is never certain. Seeing Almira bend her face, Husain felt unwell. Finally an idea came to his mind.

"If you're bored, turn on the music." he suggested.

Almira glanced at him for a moment, then snorted resignedly. His hands struggled to find the music channel he wanted. Shortly thereafter, an old song titled "She's Gone" by "Steel Heart" made a beautiful accompaniment to their journey. Almaen seems to enjoy the song. He even played it over and over again without getting bored. The song tells the story of a woman's departure from one's life, due to the person's own fault. Realizing the woman is very meaningful, the abandoned person hopes that she will return, even if it will not be possible.

Hearing each verse of song that echoed in his ears, somehow made Husain's heart troubled. There was a feeling that stabbed slowly to the bottom of his heart. It made his chest feel tight. In the shadows, he thought if it happened to him because he took the wrong step. He shook his head, trying to refute that thought.

Look, how naive this guy is !

Sometimes, helplessness makes one's heart hard. Had Husain been willing and tried to understand each other, perhaps things would have been better. But, again, the haughty nature and selfishness force us to keep breathing even in a suffocating state. Husayn chuckled at the stand, which would lead him to the deepest corner of regret.

When the sunlight began to break through the windshield of the car, the roar of the engine stopped. Almira who enjoyed the music he played too much, without Husain realizing it turned out to be asleep. Husain turned off his music, momentarily looking at that plain white face. Deep in his heart, he admired the figure before him. Doubt for the sake of doubt was getting into his heart. However, the grudge of misunderstanding did not also subside in him.

Husain tried to wake Almira up by patting her cheek gently.

"Hey .. wake up. We've arrived." he said softly.

Almira. Those pretty eyes slowly opened. He tried to cultivate his consciousness before finally widening his eyes.

"Wah ... beach !" Almira exclaimed with excitement.

He immediately opened the car door and ran cheerfully like a child who got cotton candy. The energy seemed to be full. The corners of Husain's lips curved. He shook his head at Almira's adorable behavior. The girl was seen removing her sandals, then stomping her feet on the sandy ground. The girl seemed to be smiling cheerfully, while occasionally widening her hands and circling. Husain continued to observe him from a distance, and it warmed his heart.

"At least, I'm not just going to slip the wound. But I also give you a little happiness." murmured Husain.

After Almira appeared to sit himself on the sandals he had released earlier, Husain approached him. He sat next to Almira with his knees half bent. Almira was in the same position, with both her hands hugging her knees.

"You happy?" ask Husain. His gaze was straight staring at the turbulent high seas. Waving waves playing magic, as if inviting people who look at him to play together. Then the occasional visitor passing in front of him, does not make them disturbed. Almira smiled broadly at Husain's question.

"Yes, sure. I'm very happy. I haven't been to the beach for a long time. Thank you for taking me to this beautiful place. I really enjoyed it." she said with a sparkle.

Almira seemed so excited. The smile never faded from the girl's pretty face.

"Take this as our wedding gift. Because I'm too busy and can't take you to a better place."

Husain tried to show his regret. Almira was amazed by Husain's reply. He took a quick glance at it, then smiled while shaking his head.

"This is more than enough. For me there is nothing more beautiful than the breezy beach, and the smell of the sea is so soothing." he said excitedly.

Husain stunned. He did not expect the woman beside him to have a simple soul. If usually women out there seem to whine and ask for something that is even beyond reasonableness, Almira actually enjoys every trip that stops in her life. Has he not been given an extraordinary fortune? Will he rethink his disgusting plan?

"Yes, maybe I can think about it." she said inwardly.

"Can we stay here until dusk? "

The words of Almira disperse the reverie of Husain.

"You know, dusk in the afternoon that appears at the end of the beach looks really beautiful. But, if you mind I won't force it." he continued with a slight plea.

Cup.... suddenly something cold and springy stuck to his lips. Almira was surprised, then turned her head back.

"Of course, we will do whatever you want" Husain said without feeling guilty.

Husain smiled at the woman who was staring in front of him. His emotions are so complicated. This time, he wanted to be greedy. He wanted to see the sun in front of him that was always shining. He wanted to enjoy the remnants of time that still existed before he finally lost the twinkle of light that lately made his life brighter. Almira seemed excited to hear Husain's answer. His heart flowered and he involuntarily hugged the man in front of him. Husain returned his embrace gently.

They enjoyed every moment that day. Starting from the conversation, then noon, rest for a while at the nearest inn, until finally the anticipated afternoon arrived. Almira dragged Husain's hand impatiently. He wanted to get there soon and watch the orange half-orange twilight. Husayn was treated like that. Until finally, he aligned himself and hugged Almira's waist possessively. Almira looked at the man who looked so cute. His heart was pounding, his smile was blushing and looking timid.

In the end, they reached the shore. Almira sat cross-legged indifferent to the knee-length dress she was wearing.while Husain sat right behind her, with a pair of her arms draped around Almira's neck. Almira seemed to be smiling shyly.

That afternoon at 5 o'clock. The evening was so beautiful in both of their eyes. Even more beautiful than they had imagined. All of that is none other than their feelings that are also stirred up because of the vibrations of love. After being satisfied, Husain finally decided to take Almira back to the inn.

"Let's go back to the inn." asked Husain as he reached out. Almira nodded and accepted the hand. Husayn grasped it tightly, and they walked together towards the inn .
