Romantic Husband (Stupid Sure Met) By Meisy T
Mutual Forgiveness

The month of Ramadan is almost over. Today is the last fast, I try to strengthen myself. There is always a feeling of sadness when a blessed month is about to pass.

Mom makes banana compote for the menu breaking. My struggle was paid off. I enjoyed the sweet food so well.

"His appetites, Yang," said Ridho.

I smiled shyly, let alone hearing Ridho's call in front of Father and Mother. It's hard to change the reason my husband is. Mom put on a smile.

"Yes, tuh. Choking on later." My father also reminded.

"Yes, sir." I also slowed down the feed.

Thank God, even though I was pregnant, I was given the strength to fast. Only two days were off because I had a fever. It was also because Ridho asked me not to fast first.

Tomorrow the day of victory will come. Ridho and I deliberately stayed at my father's house. After breaking our fast and praying Magrib, we went straight to our room. Saying sorry to each other, remembering moment by moment during our marriage.

My tears had dripped when we remembered the baby candidates who could not be hugged. Ridho stroked my hair gently.

"I'm sorry, Mas .. if my attitude ever hurt Mas. Especially when you're pregnant." I kiss Ridho's hand.

"Sama-sama, Darling .. mas did not think that your attitude fit pregnant. Sorry if I can't make you happy, yeah." Ridho grabbed the hand, then kissed the ring finger attached to our wedding ring.

"Mas can't say that. I'm happy with our marriage."

"Masa? I don't think I can be a good husband yet. Especially when leaving you alone at home."

"Yes. Except for the beginning of the marriage!" I said with a smile.

I chuckled at the thought of Ridho's annoying attitude in early marriage. Ridho laughed after being stunned for a moment. Maybe he was also reminiscing about our meeting at the beginning of the acquaintance.

"You were also very tired when we got married. Especially after that collision."

"It's so jutek."

Our laughter is breaking. Just this time we discussed the start of that less pleasant meeting. Ridho grabbed me in a hug, then kissed my forehead.

"Whatever has happened, I am grateful to be betrothed by God to you."

"Yes, Mas. I also feel lucky to have Mas as a husband."

For a while we hugged in silence trying to permeate every word that had been said. Comfortable feeling filled the heart. Our embrace unraveled when the Adhan Isya began to roar, Ridho said he would go to the mosque.

After the Eid prayer, Ridho and I apologized to Father and Mother who were sitting on the sofa. Mom hugged me tight. I stroked the top of my head. Our happiness feels complete.

"Now we're eating, yes," Mother interjected.

"Yes, Mom."

We also walked to the dining room. Mom made chicken opor and some kind of wet cake. I had cooled the syrup in the refrigerator before the prayer.

"Well the family at home, Dho?" ask Father.

"Udah, Sir. Also gather there."

Enjoy food while occasionally opening a chat about the atmosphere of Lebaran. We're going to Ridho's parents' house this morning. My mom and dad also joined. While enjoying the company, some neighbors came.

"Sorry born inwardly yes, Ma'am, Mas," said Aunt Eva and her husband, next door neighbors.

"Sama-sama, yes. We also apologize if you have been acting less pleasing in your hearts," said Mother.

Aunt Eva also brought her two children. Another one is a toddler. I rubbed her cheeks in a fit of anxiety as she grabbed a hand to kiss. Ridho gave the money sheet as THR for the children who came.

"Come, eat first!" take Mother. "We're eating in the back."

"Be careful on the road if that is so," added Mr.

"Yes, Mas. Thanks." Thanks."

After the death of Aunt Eva and her husband, other neighbors began to arrive. We finished our meal quickly too. Ridho kept his plate under the hood.

The house is getting crowded. You are one of the parents in our RT. Moreover, he was once elected as the head of RT first. After the neighbors began to quiet, we also prepared to go to the house of Ridho's parents. Mom put some kind of cake in a plastic container to carry.

"Let off now, sir?" ask Ridho.

"By, Son."

We got into my car too. Ridho's car was kept in the garage because it was small. According to Ridho is less safe for my womb because it is far away.

Upon arrival at the in-laws' house, the atmosphere was quite crowded. I heard from Ridho, Bang Rafli and his wife just arrived yesterday afternoon. Dad got out of the house when our car entered the yard.

"Assynnya!" say us simultaneously.

"Getishalight." Mother also came out.

"Come in. Come in. .. are you all healthy?" greet Dad with a sigh.

"Alhamdulillah, Fik," said the Father.

We entered and returned late in the atmosphere. Take turns grabbing each other's hands and saying sorry. Mother hugged me and Mother took turns. It's a little stiff when I shake hands with Mas Rafli and his wife.

"Well, Reva's pregnancy is big, huh?" greet Bang Rafli friendly.

"Yes, Bang. Thank goodness."

I answered the question briefly. Unkind to those who have not been blessed with a baby. Especially when Ratih looks at my stomach. I know what it's like to wait for a much-anticipated pregnancy.

"That can only pray that you and your baby will continue to be healthy. Maybe we can't go back home soon. Can't meet the newborn."

"Ngga papa, Bang. Thank you for that."

Ridho hugged his brother tightly. Bang Rafli patted his sister's shoulder repeatedly. They had not met for two years because of the distance. Even Bang Rafli couldn't come when we got married.

"How many months is it?" mama asked Ratih when we lived together.

Ridho and Bang Rafli move to the family room sofa to let go of the longing. I looked at the sweet black face. His lips curled up a smile.

"Alhamdulillah will enter four months, Ma'am."

"Oh .. healthy you, yes."

"Thank you, Ma'am. I hope you can feel it too soon."

"Aamiinu. Thanks, yeah."

I replied with a nod. "During your return here, Ma'am?"

"I guess not. Next week at the longest return to Papua again."

"What a big deal, Ma'am?"

"Yes .. understand, a country man like us can not be free to vacation."

When you want to go back to chatting, Mother called us to gather in the dining room. Ratih pulled my arm together. Not expecting her to get along so quickly, I thought she was quiet at first.

We again enjoy the treats that Mother prepared. Lontong vegetable and various traditional foods. Instantly remembered the cravings of last month. Kulirik Ridho who was smiling looked at his wife.

Just be careful if he dares to open his mouth!
