Have Baby?

Ridho opened the door slowly, then walked into the room. My feelings became erratic. I pretended I didn't see it.

"When is the seminar a result?" tanyakanya.

"Eh, three more days," I replied while trying to shake off the nervousness.

"Ooh .. has all the preparations been done?"

"Tomple the list first. Let's ask for help."

"We used to do that, instead of supporting each other."

"Yes." Yeah." I stepped towards the table where I placed the bag and the folder containing the file.

I checked again so that no one would miss tomorrow. When he turned around, Ridho was right in front of me. I was a little surprised and a little backwards.

"Why you?" tanyakanya.

"Ah .. not ...."

Shit! Does it look like I'm nervous?

Ridho looks agitated. He sighed and then passed from before me.

"Sit here!" He patted the bed next to her.

I hesitantly approached her. Ridho grabbed my hand to sit next to him.

"Her problem?"

"I'm not papa," I said slowly.

"You need to think about it" he said softly.

"Huh?" I raised my face to look at Ridho.

"We go through it, it flows like water." Ridho smiled.

Sweet.

Oh ... My! It can shake my heart when I see her smile often.

"Now sleep, gih! Let's not have bad luck tomorrow," he added.

"D-yes."

Conscious Reva! Don't think about it first. Remember your thesis.

I took a slow breath before getting into bed. Ridho turns on the AC, then covers me.

"Have a nice dream .. my wife." The light-skinned man kissed my forehead.

Mak! Melted my heart. Gini yeah, it feels like dating after marriage?

I used to date before getting married. Haha. Uh, monkey love ever, Junior High. A smile is right to meet. Never walk, because of neighbors. Embarrassed.

I turned around and smiled. Looks like I'm in love.

Good nite my husband ....

***

At four in the morning I woke up. Ridho was still sound in his sleep. Last night I saw him open his laptop before closing his eyes, maybe he stayed up late.

I opened a closet to prepare clothes for campus today. I chose a cotton skirt and a pink shirt.

While putting clothes on the chair, my eyes fell on Ridho who was still asleep. I've never prepared his work clothes.

I opened the right closet door to choose Ridho's clothes. I was confused as to which one to choose.

Huff! I have to learn to be a good wife.

I put my feet back to bed. The once very cold face of the man looked peaceful. I put my hand to the cheek. Ridho opened his eyes.

"Why?" ask her with her eyes still narrowed.

"Where are you wearing today?"

"Tumbens! Want ready?"

I smiled, then nodded my head.

"Batic blue. His pants are ordinary. What time?"

"Still four o'clock. Sleep a little longer if you are still sleepy," I suggested.

Ridho got up slowly, then grabbed me in an embrace. "Thank you, yeah."

I'm just dumbstruck. So amazed by the changes Ridho these few days.

The tall man got off the bed, walked towards the table where the laptop and paper were neatly arranged.

"A lot of work, huh?" I asked while walking to the front of the closet to prepare Ridho clothes.

"Ga too. Nyiapin's teaching material tomorrow." Ridho stuffed the paper and laptop into the bag.

Once everything is ready, I bring our dirty clothes to the back. Ridho followed to take ablution and prepared for the Mosque. Finished soaking the laundry, I rushed to the room to perform the Fajr prayer.

When she returned to the kitchen, her mother-in-law took out cooking ingredients from the refrigerator. Want to not, I greeted him.

"Fry the chicken, same vegetable stir-fry." said slowly.

I saw his face a little pale. "Mother's sick?"

"It's not healthy enough."

"Let me just do the work, Mommy just rest," I said sincerely.

After all, in-laws are second mothers. I should be able to think of her as my own mother, albeit slowly.

"Yes, go to the room first."

I saw a grateful look on his face. Hopefully, our relationship will improve.

My work is done by six. Mommy pays people to clean the house that comes once every two days, so I just cook and wash.

I rushed to the bathroom. When he returned to the room, Ridho was ready with work clothes.

"The breakfast is ready" I said.

"Yes" he answered briefly, then passed from before me.

Ridho why? At dawn we were fine. He's in a hurry maybe, I'm trying not to be so bad.

After getting dressed and picking up the bag, I followed to the dining room. Mother and father-in-law had sat down and chatted.

"Wah .. is this Reva that cooks? ask Dad when he opened the hood to see fried chicken, sambal, and sauteed lettuce from my cooking.

"Yes, Dad. Sorry if it's not good. At home usually still helped by Mother," I said while glancing at the mother-in-law.

"Ga papa's. The name is also learning. Mother of early marriage is also not as good as now the cuisine. We also married young."

Mother-in-law's face pias a little but blushed. Well-favoured. I guess he's probably thinking about the past.

"Paat salut. Reva who is a mere puppet child can cook and do homework," added the middle-aged man who still looks dashing.

I smiled at her compliments. "Mothers and fathers continued to teach Reva about responsibility, so used to help with homework."

"Yes. Your father was disciplined. Oh yeah, what's your thesis?"

"Udah done, Dad. More seminar preparation results."

"May be facilitated, yes."

"Thank you, Dad."

Ridho and Mother-in-law only listened to our chat. Dad started scooping the rice and we ate in silence.

After eating, we all prepared to leave. Mom and Dad left first. Ridho locked the house, then turned on the motor.

Along the way, we didn't talk to each other. I dare not ask, exactly do not want to ruin this morning with a fight.

Arriving in front of the dean, Ridho stopped to lower me.

"I am gone" he said, before passing away leaving me with various questions that filled my head

I set foot on the second floor, waiting for Silvi while glancing at the lecturer room that had no one. I came too early.

"Well ... Did the morning really come, Neng?" greet Ma'am Iin.

"Yes, Mother. I want a seminar list."

"Stand, yeah. Get ready first."

"Look easy, Ma'am. Wait for Silvi to be together."

"Siip."

I threw my ass in the waiting chair, then took out the candidate thesis and read it.

Half an hour waiting, Silvi had yet to show up. I pulled out a device to contact him. Haven't had time to open the screen, the lady appeared.

"Old time, Beb?" ask her, then sit in front of me.

"Yes. It was with Ridho that he went."

"Cie .. delivered by man."

Ah, this kid! If he knew the household wasn't always as pleasant as he thought. I didn't touch Silvi's temptation, and then put the thesis and the device in the bag.

"Yeah!" I pulled his hand towards the lecturer's room.

We also registered a name for the seminar the day after tomorrow. Ma'am Iin told me something else that needed to be prepared. Finished business in the study room, we met with the class leader to ask for technical assistance on seminar day. Tak luoa we went to kos Stefi to ask him to handle the lunch of the lecturers.

Tiredness begins to break. I took Stefi for a short break in the cafeteria behind the dean. The coolness of the wind blowing from some of the trees around us was enough to reduce fatigue.

I haven't called Ridho to pick me up. I took out an untouched device from the morning. When I opened the screen, I saw a message from Deva.

[Cowo yesterday your boyfriend, Rev? Honestly, I have feelings for you. Lately I have been thinking about proposing to you. But you don't give us time to talk. If there is no chance, you try to back off.]

Holy hooch! Is this what makes Ridho come back cold?
