CHAPTER 286: CHANGES (ENDING 1)

"Today's news, last night a huge lightning bolt hit the ground hard causing damage to the ground. Fortunately the lightning hit the ground far from the residential area, therefore no one was a victim of this incident. Currently, experts were rushing to the scene to check-in".

The sound of the news report came from a store that was selling tv, they put their tv in front while broadcasting the news to show the customers that they are selling good tv.

Right now in front of the television protected by the glass wall, a boy of about 20 years old with short black hair and black eyes stood there.

He only wears a black shirt and black trousers as well, therefore the boy does not attract any attention at all.

The boy stood in front of the tv for a while to find the date and time that was broadcast on the TV "Is it already 2022? Time goes by so fast, who thinks I've gone that far".

After saying this, the boy went to an alley beside the store before disappearing.

At present, in an elementary school located in a village near the small town, an old man who had a long white beard was busy teaching the elementary school children in front of him about Math lessons.

When the sound of the alarm indicating the school was over, the pupils shouted in delight.

The old man simply shook his head with a bitter smile, he had been a teacher of this elementary school student for decades so he was not surprised anymore with the students who were happy with the sound of alarms indicating that school time was over.

"You can go back to your homes now, don't forget to do the PR I gave you" the old man said firmly.

"We understand, Master Lanzar! Thank you for teaching us today" said the children who ran away from class.

Lanzar slightly shook his head at the attitude of these children, but he smiled again. He was happy to see such passionate children, so he could survive being an elementary school teacher for decades.

"Old Man Lanzar, I think you're too old and can quit this school, don't you have a grandchild already? It is better to retire and take care of your grandchildren every day, let alone your son already at work", suddenly another old man came nearing Lanzar who had just left his class.

Lanzar looked at the old man then smiled, this old man is none other than his co-worker who has worked for a long time at this school as well.

They were both teaching in a school located far away in the village, even young teachers were not interested in teaching in a place like this. But both Lanzar and his partner both have a high spirit to educate children, so they go to a school far away in this countryside.

"Old Brother Stork, although I am old but my spirit is still not old. Besides your name is so strange, who is the one who names their child with a name like Stork?", asked Lanzar.

"That's my parents!" said Master Stork.

After that they laughed at each other, as close friends then they had often talked and laughed like this.

But the figure of a man about 20 years old with black hair standing at the school gate caught their attention, the man also looked at them with a smile.

"What a coincidence, I feel the same way! Was he once our disciple?", asked the Stork hesitatingly.

"Then why don't we go near him, however he will greet us if he is really our disciple" Lanzar said.

The stork nodded, as they gazed back towards the school gate then they discovered that the man had already disappeared, though they had only diverted attention for a few minutes but the man had disappeared which made Lanzar or Stork confused.

In a small-town restaurant, 2 men and 1 woman were sitting down and having lunch together.

The man on the other side said in surprise listening to the explanation of the man and woman in front of him "Karter, Trei, you guys are getting married this year?".

Karter nodded "What good is it that I lied to you, Tano? How're you? Aren't you married too?".

Trei who was at the side was staring at Tano, however he knew that this Tano was a close friend of Karter.

Tano slightly smiled "I'll wait until my company becomes number 1 in the country, maybe another 5 years. When that happens, it's just the right time to get married".

"You're still very ambitious, Tano! But I think it's just like you, if you're not ambitious then you're no longer fit to be called the Poison Boss who will take down all his enemies with great business abilities like poisoning his enemies", Karter.

"Then, the figure known as the Harem Boss who was famous for wealth as well as the many women around him would get married, it was definitely no less surprising" Tano mocked Karter.

When the 2 people were busy talking, Trei who was on the other side found a young man about 20 years old who was eating from a table that was quite far away with them staring in this direction with a smile.

Trei couldn't help but pull Karter beside him and say "Karter, do you know the man sitting there? I feel like I know the man, but no matter how much I think then I can't remember him".

"Who?", asked Karter who was staring in the direction where Trei pointed. Looking at the young man, Karter could not help but say "You're right, I feel like that man is my friend, yet I can't remember him in the least".

"Then we just have to ask him" said Tano who stood up from his desk.

Karter and Trei stood up, however, if the young man was a business partner or really their old friend it would be impolite not to say hello.

But when they just stood up that made their attention diverted briefly from the man, when they looked at the table again then the table was empty.

"Where is the man?", these are the questions that are on Karter, Tano and Trei's mind.
