BIRTHDAY OF SELENA I

Flashback Selena's first life, six years, Indonesian.

"Mother's sick?"

Selena sat next to her mother and brought a cupcake with candles. "Mother, Selena brought a birthday cake. Today is Selena's birthday. Selena was told that she expected Selena's presence and said love every day."

Stefano feels guilty for Selena. "Selena, I'm sorry. We celebrate our anniversary tomorrow."

Stefano got up and looked at his mother's anger. "Mom, they're my kids."

"The bad boys can only trouble your life. They'd better stay in the dormitory, expand their knowledge."

Aether hugged her little sister tightly and calmed down. "Don't worry, if dad dumps us. Selena's still got a sister."

Stefano who heard that, scolded Aether. "Speak what are you? Go to your room and celebrate your birthday with your sister! I work for you too!"

Aether gently pulled her sister away from the adult commotion.

Selena looked at the door of her mother's room that was closed once again and asked her brother. "Mom can heal, right?"

Every birthday, Selena has to pass it along with the closed door in her mother's room and the birthday cake along with the candle that was not lit by fire.

Selena can light her own birthday candle. However, what he got was a bitter reality.

Along with the candle's extinguishment, the door of the room accidentally opened and Selena saw a leg hanging in the air.

Shouts echoed inside the house.

Aether immediately pulled her sister away while Stefano pulled Aelia's body.

"Aelia! Aelia!" Stefano shouted frantically as he hugged his wife's cold body.

Stefano's family who came to visit and saw it was shocked, Aelia who was stubborn and embarrassed the family, decided to commit suicide.

Selena looked one by one at her father's family who had been insulting her mother. "It's all because of you! You tied her up like crazy, when she was sick! Brother! Mother's autopsy! Please autopsy mom, I know you're sick. I know you can't afford such unfair treatment."

It was Selena's worst birthday, a birthday that signified maturity and hope, just vanished.

A few days later, Selena and Aether must come to terms with a painful reality.

"The great lady was pregnant and it was time to give birth but could not get out because her body was too thin and had no energy, one of the babies died in the womb."

"One? Then there's another one?" Aether asked after getting a statement from the butler.

The butler took a long breath. "The other one is in the incubator and is in good health."

"Isn't mom crazy? Who's been impregnating mom?" Selena asked in a high tone in front of her father's family. He used to hate the family of the father who always cursed his mother in the back.

Stefano's family dared not comment, but Stefano's mother, who had hated Aelia from the beginning, cursed Selena. "Your crazy mother must be having an affair with another man, she's lost her mind so she can't tell other husbands and men apart anymore!"
