Red Box
Box 18: Why Cotton?

"Supervise him so as not to mess around!" remember Gilang, before leaving the room, while Roni just waved her hand.

"Basic nagging!" grumbling.

Roni smiled, pointing at my laptop.

"Can I check that?" ask, then I nodded.

I restarted the router, and the virus was all gone. This kind of situation occurs not only once twice, so I store important data into the backup hard drive.

Everything is still in control. It's just that, when I reinstall, sometimes I can't stand it.

"There's nothing there!" I reprimand, find him busy, tinker with the laptop.

"Just finish it, then play a game or something!" tell Roni, "it's not about the content, it's just a formality" he added.

Ngeyel! Whatever it is, he himself ordered.

"I'm not acting like I want to, you know!" I said, put some gaming apps first.

He just nodded, busy checking my laptop. I think I'll love the change of hours. Roni is more tolerant than that grumpy guy.

With some tricks, I think I can play more games. But, I also have to have some serious time with him. Tolerant people are usually terrible, especially if the limits of patience run out.

"Don't hate him too much" muttered Roni, "he's just being hit," he continued.

"That's impossible!" I said, "i hate everything!" my continue.

I think it refers to him, but if true, the professionalism of his work is questionable. He mixes personal matters with work, while police are jobs that override personal interests. Society must remain at the number of unites.

"If you're not ready, don't be a cop!" muttered.

All the forums I know I've been rummaging through, and that makes it clear that no one else has managed to hack Redbox. So far, only a few things have been identified.

Dolls, tape, plastic, and video tape rumors that he said were important clues. I found out through the video Anwar that used to be viral, but no one knows for sure; what the video tape is about.

I hope there will be a bright spot in this forum.

"Have you ever lost someone valuable in your life?" roni asked, "family for example?"

I fell silent, momentarily keeping my hands away from the keyboard.

"Precious or not, I don't know much, but if the family ever did" I replied, "I wasn't so sad when they disappeared. Honestly, I don't care. It's all just excuses, and I hate people who use that excuse for personal satisfaction" I said, again busy with computers.

"Your tongue is sharp, yes!" roni said, "he lost a role model, the person he respected the most. Once he knew he was dead, he was the hardest hit" he continued.

So why? Do I have to say, that's so sweet? If he asks me seriously, I'll say, "fool!" Your life is shaken, why is someone else's life you've made a mess?

When you hear someone is unnaturally dead, it is certainly scary. Moreover, it was a murder case. Surely they are still hanging around to this day, and we or the people closest to us could be the next victim.

If he was finally caught, everyone would be happy. But if it involves me, I'd rather he hang around forever. Thus, everyone would probably understand a little about my suffering.

"Basic silly!"

I murmured, putting aside everything that was teasing in my mind.

The current computer screen showed me something I should think about more seriously. I can't focus if I keep responding to everything.

"Ryanganesh@blogspot.com? Just heard," I murmured.

The Forum, on Reddut.

@LalaSleep

Have you tried to open that guy's blog?"

^^^@WhyCotton^^^

^^^"Indeed, what's wrong with him?"^^^

@LalaSleep

"People believe he was killed by a conspiracy!"

"What?!"

"Why yell?!" reprimand Roni.

I just shook my head, not wanting to rush this premature information. I searched around until I found a pretty interesting treat. There are so many crazy people in this world.

He seemed to know everything, but then disappeared just like that as the discussion began to heat up.

Like, the candidate conveys his vision and mission, then someone questions the weak side of the program. That weak point is vital. People began to participate in questioning the program of the Candidate Lurah, but when the commotion occurred he disappeared.

That's how this guy is. It came all of a sudden, protested everyone, then just left, after people started arguing.

My intuition is usually very accurate about this kind of thing. And that's predicting that this guy's a troublemaker. Obviously I'm not too sure, but there's no harm in critical thinking. Who knows, this guy really has the information I need.

(@LalaSleep, uploading a link)

.........

"Ryan Angga?" muttered, opening the link of the person's submission. Btw, "@WhyCotton," is my old id that I rarely use.

I like cotton. It is light, soft, and when you drop it from a height, it will hover quietly and soothe.

Why should cotton? I don't know, so I gave the account its name, @WhyCotton.

I'm no longer active in the world per-Reddutan, and less and less diving into the underworld. In the past, the account was quite famous because I opened several businesses using the account.

Jockey online games, cheat services, and many more other miserable jobs. Even now, I still do that on the side. If it wasn't for these assholes, I wouldn't have bothered to find a fortune.

Anyway, he sent me to a personal blog. I don't know who the founder of that blog is, which he's obviously an amateur about. Not just a matter of appearance, the content he published was not to be enjoyed. It was like using it as a medsos.

Surprisingly, it has been crowded since yesterday. There are about a dozen people interacting in the comment field of one of the posts.

"Sudden Rich!"

This is the title of the post that is now fussed.

...~I'm getting a collapsed durian. The five jewels I polished today dropped the fruit....

...Time to harvest it one-by-one~...

.........

The post ends, referring to an image. The picture features a box, as well as some familiar-looking objects.

I hate this sensation. I felt really bad when things like handcuffs and plastic were there. I'm sure I found a gaffe, but schroll down's starting to drive me crazy.

...

...(.(.Picture was broken!)...

"Who deleted this?" my thinking.

Link suddenly wavers. This is a sign. Either the server is down, the connection is drop, or this blog is being deleted by a party.

Question, why?

I saw a column of comments flooded with laughing comments and a post, "finally they decided to delete the blog."

"Damn!"

A few seconds later, the link could no longer be accessed.

I decided to dive in, find some software and then go back to the surface. I confirmed the download parameters, and confirmed again that my computer was still safe. No virus, no scam, and all the shitty stuff that could kill me.

I took a breath, staring at my still-protected secret mode. Time to dive deeper, collect fragments of information about this stupid blog. Before going to the bottom there, I decided to take some more information from reddut.

@LalaSleep

"The blog was just deleted, someone must have finally reported it."

@User_666

"He's a box maker, Anwar's premium box maker."

@ScareCrow

"Know what's funny, they both died horribly."

^^^@WhyCotton^^^

^^^"Is this serious?"^^^

@LalaSleep

"Have you not opened it yet (previous post tag)?"

^^^@WhyCotton^^^

^^^"I tried, but now it's broken."^^^

@User_666

"@WhyCotton, you're far behind!"

"I suggest you start over. You used to be pretty active down there, it's good to be careful."

My chest expands, gathering air around. The wind spread from my nose, bringing a calmness that had flown somewhere. The Deep Web may be dangerous, but even today, I'm still alive.

This kind of warning is just something that sticks to cigarette packs. Sounds scary, but the truth is not much. The appeal of Deep Web and Redbox is certainly just that kind of campaign.

Yeah, that must be so. I wish it was.
