Episode 2 - Case #1 Murder of Scavenger Women

"Bella"

"How are you? I'm Lita and this is Rere" said a woman in a long cloth coat and wearing a dark green blazer standing in front of Bella. Next to him was a girl smiling at him.

Lita held out her hand before she and Rere sat down in front of Bella. Bella herself just looked up and ignored Lita's invitation to shake hands.

" How are you doing today?" the smile never escaped Lita's face. His eyes began to evaluate the figure of the murderous girl who had already obliterated the lives of 9 humans. Not without reason he holds an expert doctor in the field of psychology, he tried to read the character of Bella from body gestures and facial expressions. Rere who was sitting next to him just noticed.

" What's necessary?" Bella's toilet with a flat face.

"Hahahaha.." the girl laughed until her head was turned up.

"He's not my first victim. She was my first target" Bella replied between laughs

Lita frowned and started to think.

"Targeted? How could he be a target" a follow-up question popped out of his mouth

"Hahahahaha, I think you're a smart professor. But still, you don't even understand me. She was targeted because I decided so" Bella still chuckled.

"From the beginning I was looking for it"

Lita again noted some important points. For this first meeting, he wouldn't put too much pressure on Bella. He needs to watch this girl. For this case, a personal approach is necessary to reveal the personality of the girl.

Bella was silent again, as if she had a world and a mind of her own. For a while Lita just looked at him. Until the woman finally opened her voice.

"Your mood doesn't seem too good Bella"

"My assistant and I are leaving now. We'll be back another day" he continued

Bella looks up

Lita just smiles at Bella's statement, after which she and Rere walk towards the exit of the room. As for Bella, the girl again saw the scenery outside the window.

The rain fell on the city after sunset. Lita was sitting at her desk. In front of him scattered the file about the murder case committed by Bella. The result of his observation from the first meeting, Bella is a closed figure. The girl was more comfortable with herself. Besides, smart. It's been half an hour since Lita sat in front of Bella. Both silent. Lita was busy observing the girl's movements. While Bella, she was drinking her coffee.

"May I ask for a cup of coffee" he asked the hospital attendant that morning. The officer tells Lita that Bella politely asks.

After getting her coffee, the girl headed for her favorite seat facing the outer courtyard. Lita who had been waiting for half an hour was not ignored.

"What do you want to ask?" The girl shifted her chair towards Lita

"Why did you kill Sumi?" This time, Lita went straight to the question.

"Because of herself" Bella replied as she sipped the coffee that had started to cool

"Explain" continued Lita

Bella put down the glass.

"The woman is desperate" Bella begins

"He feels useless to whom. How can it be useful if for life he has trouble. As a mother she was useless in terms of educating her children so they abandoned her when she was old. As a human, he was also useless as there was nothing he could do but scavenge to survive. As a human being, he was already trash because it was useless to whom. Is death not the right choice?"

Lita records all of Bella's answers.

"So you feel the need to eliminate him, just because he's useless?" Ask Lita

"certain. The world is getting damaged because human beings are like that old woman. They have no survival ability. All they could do was envy and blame the other humans whose fate was better. I think the scavenger's son was lucky. That was why, the woman wanted her son to look at her. He hopes his son can help him survive" Bella said firmly.

"This is what makes me sick of the professor" Bella corrected her sitting position.

They always talk as if they were great parents. But when they get old, they become parasites. Lita smiled and closed the notebook. What he was looking for he found the answer.

Bella herself looked back at the view outside the window. For a few minutes the two women drowned in silence. Until finally Lita stood up and said goodbye, Bella still did not turn her eyes from the window.
