A nurse came in and brought some cut fruits to Bella's room. "Bel, there's fruit. The new donor came and brought a lot of fruit," he said, putting fruit on banana leaves right next to Bella who was sitting on the floor.

"Bring again. I don't accept gifts from anyone other than this hospital."

The nurse smiled for a moment and then nodded. "Don't see the park this afternoon?"

Bella shook her head, "Urus is your business and stop mixing me up."

After being silent for a while, Bella thought of something. "Who is the good donor who gives fruit?"

"They're sisters who just moved in and bought a house not far from here. Both their parents are gone, and they continue the charity that their parents used to do."

"Omong empty." The girl looked into the senior nurse's eyes. "I am more and more convinced to refuse their gift. Don't ever come back to bring me food from anyone."

Bella stared at the girl's arrival from behind the window where she was sitting. Visibly bothered by carrying some cardboard, the girl ignored the offers of some nurses to help her.

"Hello," someone greeted from behind Bella's back. It still remains in its original sitting position facing the garden.

"Hey, I'm talking to you."

"Then?" Bella opened her voice.

"I just want to talk about this."

Over time the sound made Bella curious and turned around. He saw the donor girl carrying some cookies in a small box.

"Do you know if you're not allowed to feed me in a box?" Bella asked.

"Why?" his interlocutor was curious.

"Because I can do this." Calmly Bella got up and spilled the entire contents of the cake onto the floor. In his hand was only an empty box. As fast as lightning the girl tore it apart and stuck it on the neck of the donor girl.

"It could be a weapon in my hand." The neck of the donor girl was flushed due to the sharp angle of the anus. There was a long whistle and several nurses ran over.

Bella let go of the dus she was holding and raised both her hands parallel to the face. "I didn't do anything. Just get acquainted with a kindly donor."

The donor girl held her scratched neck. Bella saw that there was not the slightest fear from her. 'Interesting, ' thought Bella.

"Yes, we're just getting acquainted. I was curious about the only patient in this particular building. I'm fine" the girl said to the nurse who was on standby.

The nurses asked the girl to come out for her own safety.

"All right then. See you around, Bella. Oh yes, my name is Ayodya. Please remember, yes" the donor girl turned her body and walked towards the exit followed by the bodyguards.

Bella sat back down and smiled. He had seen how Ayodya stepped on the cake when going out.

"It's interesting, Ayodya." And Bella laughed out loud.
