Early in the morning the soldiers of Mandaraka Kingdom left the slopes of Arang Lawu Hill. Their departure was led by Padggawa Karpatala with the eyes of Prince Kandara Jaya. In fact, the heavy Karpatala left Prince Kandara Jaya alone on this dangerous hill. But, the young prince's words and resolve were hard to deflect anymore.
The dwindling number of soldiers walked rapidly down the hillside, returning to Mandaraka Kingdom. The young heir to the throne stood upright with his hands holding the end of the sword hilt hanging at his waist, looking at the departure of his soldiers.
"I have to get to the top of that hill" muttered Kandara Jaya slowly.
Kandara Jaya immediately swung her legs rapidly up the slope towards the summit. The young prince walked by using the science of lightening the body. So lightly his feet moved, that it seemed like they did not touch the ground at all. Kandara Jaya continues to step through the forest and steep rock cliffs. Sometimes you have to jump over rivers and small chasms.
His steps suddenly came to a halt when his sharp ears heard the sound of other people's footsteps from the side. Kandara Jaya immediately jumped onto a large rock, and took refuge behind it. His ears twitched listening to the sound of footsteps getting clearer and closer. The sound of footsteps without being accompanied by the exercise of science eases the fall, of course very easy to listen to.
Not long after, from behind the dense trees appeared two men and women. They are Rangga and Pandan Wangi. The two young warriors walked leisurely while conversing. Nothing important in their conversation, not even rarely interspersed with jokes and laughter that loose.
"Pandan..," whispered Rangga suddenly.
"What's wrong?" tanya Pandan Wangi also stopped stepping.
"I feel a subtle breath around here," Rangga said slowly after whispering.
Pandan Wangi tilted his head slightly. Try to listen to the sound of a subtle breath that Rangga said earlier. But, despite the knowledge of differentiating motion and sound, still did not hear any sound except the gust of wind and the sound of his own heartbeat.
"You hear that, Pandan?" ask Rangga.
"No" said Pandan Wangi.
"Only one, but I think he has a very high level of knowledge. His breathing was so subtle, I almost didn't hear it" Rangga muttered softly.
"Is that not your own breath, Kakang?" Pandan Wangi was not sure, because he heard nothing.
"I can tell the difference between myself, you, and other people. Beware, that man is very highly educated."
Rangga stepped three acts forward. His head tilted to the right and to the left slowly. The science of distinguishing motion and sound has reached the stage of perfection. To him, a voice as smooth as anything was very easy to catch. So, it is not surprising that he is able to hear something that can not be heard by others, even though he also has the science of distinguishing motion and sound.
"Child, I didn't mean anything bad to you. And I also don't bother you if you don't have bad intentions on us" Rangga said. His voice sounded small, but echoed in all directions. Rangga exerts energy in the perfect.
There is no excuse. The situation around the place remained silent. Only the wind swish spoke the words of the Swordsman Rajawali Sakti.
"alright. I know where you're hiding. If you don't want to appear, I won't disturb your hiding place either" Rangga said.
Rangga flicked his finger, taking Pandan Wangi away from the place. Pandan Wangi followed, and walked beside Rangga. The two young warriors continued to tread normally without even turning their heads. But Rangga knew that the person who was sheltering behind the boulder was watching him.
Prince Kandara Jaya only came out of hiding after Rangga and Pandan Wangi were not seen again. He stared at the direction the two warriors had passed. He was completely unfamiliar with the two young people who might be his age earlier. But admittedly, if the man is really extraordinary knowledge. His concealment can be known even though he has exerted the science of relieving the body and regulating breathing perfectly. Kandara Jaya let out a long and heavy sigh for a while she was still standing.
"I can't imagine what it would be, if that person was one of the Red Castle groups," muttered Kandara Jaya softly.
"Your guess is wrong, buddy!"
"God!" Kandara Jaya was shocked to death. So shocked, that he jumped and immediately turned around. On the rock where he took refuge earlier, now stood Pendekar Rajawali Sakti. Kandara Jaya amazement is not play. The warrior's presence was unknown to him at all. His hand moved slowly touching the handle of the sword hanging on his waist.
"Hup!"
Rangga jumped down and stood upright as far as one spear shaft in front of Kandara Jaya. Her lips revealed a friendly smile full of friendship. Kandara Jaya shifted her legs to the side, as Pandan Wangi emerged from the direction of the departure earlier.
"Who are you?" ask Kandara Jaya.
"I'm Rangga, and that's my sister, her name is Pandan Wangi. Beautiful and gentle, but a little mischievous and judes," Rangga introduced herself.
"The back!" Pandan Wangi.
"Who are these kids?" tanya Rangga did not care about Pandan Wangi who was glaring with a red face.
"I'm Kandara Jaya" he said, introducing himself.
"Are you a prince?" look at Pandan Wangi who has approached Rangga, and stand beside him.
"No, I'm just an ordinary traveler" said Kandara Jaya, hiding her true identity.
"Hm.., you seem to be the king's son. Or at least the son of the aristocrat who was rude," muttered Pandan Wangi. His eyes were full of glance towards the clothes Kandara Jaya was wearing.
Prince Kandara Jaya was a bit surprised also by the words Pandan Wangi. The girl's assessment was correct. But Kandara Jaya doesn't want anyone to know her true self. Especially to strangers she doesn't know at all. Kandara Jaya must always be vigilant on anyone who is found in Bukit Arang Lawu.
"Well, I can understand that you're reluctant to mention who you really are. But, may I know, what are you here for?" Rangga interrupted Pandan Wangi's conversation which continued to distrust Kandara Jaya.
"You also why are in Bukit Arang Lawu this?" Kandara Jaya asked.
"I was chasing the horsemen who slaughtered one village yesterday" answered Rangga bluntly.
"One village...!?" Kandara Jaya was shocked.
"really. You seem surprised, why?" search Pandan Wangi.
"Oh, no. Its alright. I was also surprised to hear one village being slaughtered" said Kandara Jaya a little nervously.
Kandara Jaya was a little nervous to hear that. As for this morning he and his soldiers were still camping on this hillside. It is hard to believe that the Red Castle hordes can go down the hill and burn one village. How could it possibly happen? Where are they going from? Or is there another group? Various questions raged in the mind of Kandara Jaya. Questions that are hard to answer.
The Crown Prince of Mandaraka Kingdom looked at Rangga and Pandan Wangi full of investigation. He still could not believe that the two young people were not members of the Red Castle horde. Kandara Jaya gave some questions that Rangga answered frankly and honestly. All Kandara Jaya questions concerning the massacre in the village that Rangga has told.
Hearing honest and candid answers, Kandara Jaya became worried as well. Moreover, look at the appearance of Rangga and Pandan Wangi who are polite and friendly. The Red Castle Hordes were cruel and sadistic looking people. Are they really not from Red Castle? That question always lingers in Kandara Jaya's mind.

At that time Lawawi Girang and Kitri Boga had arrived at the top of Bukit Arang Lawu. They could hardly believe seeing the top of the hill as a fortress with walls of natural stone forming a circle like a giant ring. The natural stone wall was surrounded by a vast meadow, like a rug spread out. One beautiful sight, but it has an atmosphere that contains mystery.
"I'm not sure they're nesting here" Kitri Boga half muttered.
"Hm..," Lawawi Girang just muttered. His eyes kept going around.
"It's so lonely. There was no sign of anyone ever coming here" Kitri Boga said softly.
"But we have to be vigilant. The calm atmosphere was not necessarily..," Lawawi Girang did not continue his words.
Out of nowhere it came, all of a sudden they had been surrounded by no less than ten red-robed people. They all pulled out a three-eyed spear. From head to toe covered in red robes. Only the hands and a little face are visible.
Sreth!
Lawawi Girang instantly drew his sword. Kitri Boga had also taken out his sword hanging on his back. They stood against each other's backs. As for those red-robed people, just stand up straight without budging a bit.
"Be careful, they are definitely not random humans" whispered Lawawi Girang.
"Yes" said Kitri Boga.
"Don't give it a chance. Kill, while you can!"
Kitri Boga did not have time to say, because suddenly there was a loud snapping sound. Instantly also the ten red-robed people simultaneously made movements with their three-eyed spears. And just as they were commanded, they leapt, slumping towards the target they surrounded.
Kitri Boga and Lawawi Girang face each other against the red-robed men. His opponents attacked very quickly and alternately As commanded only, they leapt and slumped towards the targets he surrounded very regularly!
The battle is no longer inevitable. The red-robed people attacked very quickly and exchanged turns. And now they managed to separate, Lawawi Girang and Kitri Boga, so one had to fight five people. Lawawi Girang was also worried because he was separated from Kitri Boga.
"Revelation...!" lawawi Girang shouted when he saw one of the men who moaned Kitri Boga throwing a piece of mine from behind his big sleeve.
At the same time Lawawi Girang caught his guard, then a hard kick landed on his chest. Lawawi Girang bounced back. He had not yet managed to position his body one three-eyed spear thrust towards his body. Lawawi Girang swung the sword, fending off the spear that was pointing at his chest.
The tring!
Lawawi Girang was surprised, because his sword was stuck on the tip of the three-branched spear. And at the moment about to release it, suddenly the person holding the spear jolted strongly.
"Akh!" Lawawi Girang was surprised his sword came off.
At the same time, one of them jumped while turning his spear quickly. Lawawi Girang screeched loudly when the spear hit his head. Not yet lost the pain in his head, suddenly the tip of the spear's eyes shot out profusely from the front.
Lawawi Girang could not dodge anymore. The three-eyed spear tip quickly hit his chest.
"Aach...!"
"Uncle...!" kitri Boga shouted to see Lawawi Girang collapsing with a torn chest.
Kitri Boga let his guard down, at that moment also a single crushing blow lodged on his back. The young man fell to the ground kissing the grass. Not to mention having time to stand, the three red-robed people threw a mine at him. Kitri Boga can no longer avoid. Three mines quickly wrapped around his body. His beloved pure silver sword, fell on the ground near his feet.
The three robed men holding the mine, simultaneously jerked the mine. And like a lump of cotton in a sack, Kitri Boga's body lifted up, standing up straight away. The three men circled quickly around Kitri Boga, so that the mine became more tightly wrapped around his body. Kitri Boga is completely helpless now.
"Bring him! Your Majesty will be pleased to receive this gift!" the command of one of them in red robes.
Three people immediately approached and carried the body of Kitri Boga. The young man thrashed around trying to escape, but in vain. The bond that shackled his entire body was so strong.
Feeling no use thrashing, Kitri Boga was silent and resigned. His eyes watched the path the horde took. They headed towards the stone wall that resembled that fortress.
Kitri Boga bought wide, because the large and sturdy stone wall was shifted like a gate. Those red-robed people just kept stepping inside. And the stone wall again moved shut, issuing a rumbling sound like an earthquake. And the atmosphere around the battle had become quiet. Nothing could be seen anymore, except for the dead body of Lawawi Girang who was lying with a chest torn with blood.
********************
That day the sun was shining. The light was scorching hot, breaking through the iron fingers on the hollow stone walls, warming the small room. The room contained only a wooden cot located in the corner. On the couch, Kitri Boga lay unconscious. The sunlight that came to his face, made the young man sling.
Slowly Kitri Boga blinked his eyes. His head was shaken, trying to eliminate the dizziness that attacked his head. Kitri Boga immediately jerked up and sat down.
"Oh! Where am I?" keluh Kitri Boga.
Kitri Boga tried to remember the incident she experienced. His pair of eyeballs were circulating looking at this small stone-walled room. There was only one tightly closed door and a small iron-tested window. Slowly Kitri Boga began to recollect, what had happened to her.
Yep.... He had reached the top of Bukit Arang Lawu with Lawawi Girang. And they attacked ten men in red robes. Lawawi Girang was killed, and he was tied up and taken to their base.
Until there Kitri Boga does not remember anything else. As soon as he was brought in, one of the men who took him hit the back of his head. He also fainted. And know that you're already in this little prison-like room. Kitri Boga was surprised not to play, because all his weapons have been removed from the body.
"Ah, is this Red Castle?" Kitri Boga wondered in his heart.
Kitri Boga gets off the couch. His feet stepped closer to the only small window in this room. The window hole fits into his head. Looks like some people in red clothes are holding a three-branched spear at the end, just in case. Kitri Boga narrowed his eyes to see that there was a kind of large cage containing young women.
Around him were several people in red robes. Not far from there, there are several wooden milestones designed. Next to it was a large stone altar. Kitri Boga flinched as her eyes turned to the left. There was a pile of human skull bones building up from inside a large hole. Back his eyes turned on the cages containing the young women, the altar, as well as some wooden milestones.
"What exactly is this place?" ask Kitri Boga whispering.
Kitri Boga turned around, leaning against the stone wall under the small window. His mind turned around thinking about everything he had just seen. Questions ran through his head, but none of them were answered. His eyes turned to look at the door when he heard the sound of chains and locks being opened. The iron door slowly unfolded letting out a rowdy sound.
Three red-robed people stepped in when the door was fully opened. Two more people just stood by the door. The three men approached Kitri Boga, two of whom simultaneously attached the tip of the spear to the young man's body.
"Follow us, and don't do much!" said the person standing in front of Kitri Boga.
"Where?" ask Kitri Boga.
"Don't ask too many questions, come along!" snarl the man while turning around.
Kitri Boga was forced to comply, because one of them pushed him with the pressure of the spear. Kitri Boga tried to look at the faces of the red-robed people who herded him, but only a black shape seemed. The entire head was covered in a red cloth that was dented with a long robe caged all over his body.
They took Kitri Boga through a long, winding passageway. This hallway is like a cave, with several torches as lighting that stick to the wall within a certain distance. They kept walking down the hallway. Several doors are located on the left and right side of the hallway guarded by two red robed people at each door. Kitri Boga believes that the doors are the doors of the detention room as they were in his place.
The three red-robed men brought Kitri Boga outside. The young man continued to be herded towards the several wooden milestones he had seen earlier from the holding room. Kitri Boga tied on one of the milestones. The young man looked towards the cage that contained several young women. The women looked lethargic without the spirit of life.
"Wait on! What do you mean bring me here?" prevent Kitri Boga when the person who leads him will pass.
"I told you, shut up! Huh!" Buk up!
"Guhy!"
Kitri Boga ducked slightly as the man's fist entered his stomach. Instantly, his stomach felt nauseous. His eyes became cloudy, and his vision blurred. The red-robed people just kept passing leaving him alone tied to the pole.
"Uhhhh! Shit," snorted Kitri Boga. "Sure Kakang Kandara Jaya is already restless waiting for me. Hopefully he'll really catch up here."
Kitri Boga's face began to sweat, so hot sunlight was right above the head. His feet began to feel hot like they were above the coals of fire. Around it is indeed made up of stretches of sand and pebbles, so the air around it is so hot. Kitri Boga closed her eyes. He was trying to channel pure air, resisting the sun's intense heat and heat.
"Heeeh, until when am I here...?"
