The cold of the night has been replaced by warm sunlight. The birds began to perch in the trees, chirping to welcome the morning. Arriving in his room, Ridwan's doctor begins to explain about the state of Icha's mother.

"Look Icha. We've had an operation on your mother. But last night suddenly your mother had convulsions and we were hesitant to have surgery."
